- "Excellent!" - "Very spacious " - "Allowed me to access the room 3 hours in advance since it wasn't occupied. Been to over 500 hotels, this one is easily one of the top 5 for cleanliness. Whoever cleans deserves praises. Plus all of the bedding is probably cleaned after each stay and the mattress has a mattress cover which seems to be cleaned pretty often (compared to yuky yuk usual hotel mattress the thin bottom layer sheet usually sits directly on). Bed is comfy. What was expected for the price. I would take a bit softer personally but it's probably semi-firm. Unit itself is really nice. I had the third floor corner unit facing Beenox. Pretty quiet given where the building is. The only things that could be improved would be the heat pump which was struggling a little bit given the heatwave and the lack of opaque blinds in the common areas (bedroom has some). I would at least add some in front of the washroom since people from the street can see inside at night. Overall though, the HP is probably sized properly for 95% of the summer in QC...this heatwave is pretty brutal. It was still comfortable. A big plus, since it's active ventilation in the bathroom and you have control over the HRV the moisture is very easy to control (which is sometimes a big problem in hotels). I love the fact it's minimalistic. Oh and yes, the fridge IS quiet !!! Overall loved my stay, will 100% be back. Location is perfect. Great experience on every aspect. Kuddos to the whole team."

- "The loft is clean, beautiful, and well-furnished. The building is old so there is some natural wear and tear but that only adds to the charm. The soundproofing is okay, not terrible, but you can hear other guests walking up the stairs and some minimal noise from the street. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and small appliances, but the stovetops are quite worn and the teapot is badly rusted. There are no filters for the coffee maker, sponges, or paper towels, so you'll have to buy them yourself. Also, the tiles on the terrace are in rough shape and need to be replaced. Besides that, everything else was great. The area is convenient -- a short walk to Rue Saint Joseph and the Old City, even in winter. Overall, a very enjoyable stay."
