Built in 1927, this magnificent English style building with 3 floors is surrounded by mature trees. It used to host foreign engineers of the pulp and paper company Abitibi-Price in Beaupré. These employees were mostly originally from Ontario and England. This incredible “Staff House”, by the Sainte-Anne-du-Nord river, was used mostly as accommodation for the staff as well as visiting company guests.

In 2006, Chalets-Village acquired the manor. Its primary vocation is still to welcome groups of visitors in a country setting. This is the perfect setting for celebrations such as family reunions, weddings, wedding anniversaries, and provides a great location for large group gatherings of friends or colleagues. The reception hall has a surface of 1,500 ft2 (140 m2) with a view of the river and mountain, all within a beautiful countryside setting.

The 32 bedrooms are designed with style and elegance. The furnishings were acquired from the Château Frontenac. The manor has 15 washrooms, a large living room, a spacious and distinct dining room, a very large, professionally equipped kitchen, a large game room in the lower level and a reception hall.

The Mont-Sainte-Anne Manor is located only 5km from Mont-Sainte-Anne, at the heart of Beaupré and all of its amenities. The beach, tennis courts, and public pool are all just a 5 minute walk away.

The Lodge is a very large building built by combining two 150 year-old homes. Visitors can enjoy this welcoming ancestral home and its large stone fireplaces in each dining room. Hardwood floors, wood beams, and paneled walls, present throughout the chalet, reminisce of homes of the 19th century.

This spacious chalet has two wings. Each wing has multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and water closets as well as a dining room which can also be used as a reception hall. These reception halls can accommodate up to 76 people. The chalet is well designed for large groups. Intimacy was in mind when creating the layout of this chalet, as you are still able to enjoy your privacy while accompanied by multiple guests.

The game rooms include 2 pool tables, 2 ping pong tables, 2 foosball tables, 1 Mississippi table and a 1 poker table, which are guaranteed to keep you entertained. Located in the heart of the village, this chalet allows you quick access to all activities (both interior and exterior) offered by Chalets-Village.

There are 18 bedrooms in total, 9 of which enjoy their own private bathroom and 9 others have a shared bathroom. There are a total of 14 bathrooms. 76 people can sleep here comfortably and there are 25 parking spaces available on site.

The East Wing can accommodate up to 41 people. The total surface is 5,300 ft2 (495 m2)across all floors. The central, communal room has a surface of 1,500 ft2 (140 m2).

Continue on foot to the hikers' passage (covered passage to the right of the garage) where the reception and the sanitary block are located. Follow the path in the woods and the "La chouette" will be along the path.

Other things to note
We ask tenants not to fry in the mini-house (bacon, etc.) to keep the premises clean. A mini-oven is available, as well as a stove top for the kitchen.

No Smoking indoors

Unless there are exceptions, no pets are allowed in the mini-house.

Thanks to its minimalist design with clean lines, the chalet seamlessly integrates into its environment, providing a privileged setting to contemplate the splendor of nature. Like the mineral that makes up the characteristic rocky outcrops of the region, QUARTZ clings to the mountainside, revealing a breathtaking panorama.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a queen-size bed offering vertiginous views of the St. Lawrence Valley. Full-size windows on both levels allow you to admire the beauty of the landscape in every season.

Enjoy year-round comfort with heated floors throughout the house, a central heating/cooling system, and a gas stove ensuring enveloping warmth even on the coldest winter days.

Our tiny-home is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. A sofa bed on the first floor accommodates 2 additional guests, allowing up to 4 guests in the house.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware for preparing delicious meals at home. Outdoor amenities such as the jacuzzi, barbecue, terrace heater, and gas fireplace are operational year-round, providing you the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Just twelve minutes away, discover a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh morning croissants and special bread, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy all your culinary cravings.

WINTER TRAVEL:
During snowy season, from November 1st to April 15th, an all wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is necessary in order to make it up to the property. During winter season, it is also possible to plan a shuttle service with us. Shuttle service must be planned in advance with us.

TAXI AND UBER:
Because the house is in a remote location, it is not advisable to depend on taxi services or Uber for transportation. These services are scarce in the area, so getting picked up might be difficult or even impossible at times, and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please get in touch if you have any questions about transportation.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We’re pleased to offer a convenient shuttle service for our guests!
To use the service, please make your way to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved complimentary overnight parking spaces for guests to leave their vehicles securely for the duration of their stay. This location also serves as our designated pickup point.
To ensure a smooth experience, simply share your planned arrival time, and we’ll add you to the shuttle schedule.
The shuttle service is available at a cost of $50 CAD each way, making a round trip to the house and back $100 CAD.
