Kristopher K who checked us in was lovely, and he sent us a text to make sure we were happy with our room. A+ customer service. A few small cons: hvac sort of loud. I think this is because the style of this place is a lot of cement, exposed pipes, etc. This did not bother us because we like this sort of white noise when we sleep but some may not. We did find a few things to be a bit dusty in our room - lamps, tv remote, etc which was a little strange. I do wish they had smart TVs so you can pull up your streaming apps. We can't wait to return here on our next trip to Rhode Island."

They treated us with some champagne and then when our room didn't have king bed (as I booked on hotels.com) they upgraded us. They made us feel important and valued. They made the difference in us deciding we were going to stay. All the rest of the staff was wonderful too. I believe it was Ashley that assisted us too. We got a late check out and spent the afternoon in the lobby area which was awesomely set up for lounging, watching TV (with a fireplace) AND playing games. One of the girls was waiting for her flight so this made for a perfect place to hang. Next time I book directly. But many thanks for helping our weekend be fun and carefree. "
