- "There were nine of us divided into two families of four and a grandma. We each had our own apartment which worked well. There were times when we cooked, ate and watched movies together and other times when each family had their own space. It worked so well. The apartments are all beautiful with two bedrooms and a bath. It could not have been a nicer place for us to stay. It was close to the grocery store, the liquor store, the coffee shop, and the beach, even though we spent a lot of our time away in Bristol, Newport, Block Island, Providence, and Boston. We would definitely rent this house again. Tyler was easy to work with. The check-in and check out process was easy."

Completely renovated charming cape is just steps away from Narragansett Bay. Come relax and enjoy your time in this two bedroom, one bath home that sleeps 5. This home has everything you need for a memorable time. Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, a good book and your fishing poles. Plenty of nearby attractions. 4 houses away from Conimicut Beach. Providence is only 20 minutes away. Newport 35 minute away. Roger Williams zoo. ****update: 7/6/2024: A brand new dishwasher has been installed. Air conditioning on both levels and new gel mattress pads have been added to the king and full bed.
- "Such a charming home in a very quaint neighborhood with a beautiful ocean view. We felt very comfortable the moment we walked in the door. Once we settled in, we took a walk to the beach and came back to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. Because the cottage was so close to many areas, we took some day trips to Block Island and Newport. The one thing I must address are the departure requirements. I have no issues with stripping the beds, and setting the towels to the side to be laundered, but I think that being required to vacuum the floors was just a bit too much to expect since we did have a cleaning fee we had to pay. All in all, the property was charming and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay! Christine was always available to answer any questions we had!"

Upstairs, the master bedroom, with king bed, enjoys 180 degree water views. All blinds upstairs are blackout when pulled down, each room has a ceiling fan, and mattresses are new. The master has ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom down the hall. Each bedroom has water views, and has a full bed along with a twin trundle underneath. There is central air, and there are plants throughout.
The basement is finished, but without a bathroom. There is a small table and four chairs for games or a puzzle, a loveseat, two small lounge chairs, a ping pong table, a kids basketball game, and an exercise bike..
There is driveway and street-side parking. Along the side of the yard is public access to the beach where guests can get to the beach, along with the public, who take their dogs on leash down to the beach. In the summer, there is a pretty steady of stream of people who use the public access beach path. When you're sitting in the dining room, the stairs down that path are about twenty feet away, but blinds can be closed and neighbors have been respectful of our privacy. The back yard is giant and fenced in, with one opening to the beach area. There is a trampoline for guests with kids along with a swing. There is a firepit and some outdoors seating.
The bike path just 1/2 mile away.
We have wifi, netflix and amazon for programs and movies (no cable), and sonos to enjoy music throughout the downstairs.
The river is not swimmable, but neighbors have said you can swiim at the beach on the other side of the neighborhood.
There is a stop and shop within a few minute drive, and a few other shops nearby, but you'll find a plethora of upscale restaurants, coffee shops and shopping options, in Providence, less then 15 minutes away. There is one nice little coffee shop, Borealis, just five minutes away.
The house and view are divine. The beach is lovely for morning and sunset walks. The neighborhood is pleasant for biking and walking. There is a local beach to swim. A bikepath, and the adjacent town, Barrington, also offers nice restaurants and shopping. Grocery and restaurant delivery is available from whole foods, and countless other stores and restaurants. Riverside itself has a lot of potential, but does not yet boast lively, interesting shopping and dining. But Providence is a short drive away, along the waterway. Renowned carousel a five minute walk from house along with park and trails.

The photos of the house and views looked terrific but as experienced vacation home renters we knew that you never know until you get there. From the moment we walked through the door, everything exceeded our expectations . The house has a large living room with cozy, comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen is spacious, wonderfully designed and has all the gizmos to make a cook happy, The dining room is an enclosed porch room with large windows looking out over a small beach and and estuary that leads into the Providence river. It faces west into terrific sunsets, The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Everything is new and modern. Yet it has an easy, lived in feel. Riverside is a sweet, quiet little town. Even though it’s 15 minutes from Providence it has very little traffic. Supermarkets and convenience stores are minutes away and there’s a terrific farm stand 20 minutes away. It’s close to Barrington, Warren and Bristol all with wonderful small beaches and great seafood. Jen is the best host I’ve come across. She makes sure the house is in perfect shape, gets back to you immediately when you have questions or concerns and has put together a terrific house handbook. I can go on but you get the idea. Needless to say, we’ll be back"

'Water Street' Loft is in on Warren’s historic waterfront on Narragansett Bay. In the 19th Century, it was a French club, a lace factory, and a showroom for Dyer Dinghies. The loft is perfect for lovers of art, designed by an artist focusing on regional art. The loft is on a street that ends within ½ block on a marina and near the town wharf. Warren is famous for its numerous restaurants, theater, live music, and unique shops, and artistic community. The town is a short drive to Newport, Providence, and RI’s many beaches. Boston is close enough for day tripping. To top it off there is a bike path that runs right through town connecting Providence and Bristol, R.I. You can walk down Water St, with its array of colonial houses and waterfront restaurants to the town beach, great for swimming, picnicking, and extensive recreation fields with baseball fields, basketball, and outdoor summer concerts. The loft is two-level with one bedroom ( queen) in an upstairs open loft with a private bathroom. Downstairs has a pullout queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue for your use. The street ends at a public park with seating to view the bay. and is adjacent to Massasoit Park. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Used the fire pit in the backyard for barn fire one night. Played pickleball in a neighborhood park recommended by the host. The house is clean , comfortable, homey, and well stocked. The host deserves 10 stars. His is welcowing and responsive. I would love to go back again."

Only downside was no dishwasher but I knew that going in. Downstairs is another rental unit and was occupied for a few days of our stay. If I hadn't seen them unloading their car, I would not have known though! Another great positive is that there is dedicated parking behind the house - so no need to parallel park on the street. I would absolutely stay here again."

Historic second floor Italianate roomy apt with 11ft ceilings in the heart of historic waterfront village. Perfect for anyone, especially lovers of art. This is an artists house and the apt reflects an artists touch. Bicycle path to Providence and Bristol . The hosts are also owners of Warren CiderWorks two blocks from the house with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and Taco Box food truck right next door with garden seating .

It had a parking area and was right on the main road where you could walk to coffee shops, etc. The house is on two levels (2nd and 3rd floors) so made it nice that some could sleep in and have their own time on a different floor as the rest. 3rd floor is more updated than 2nd. Air conditioning units in most windows so house was comfortable and cool. Washer/dryer was available, but no laundry soap which would have been nice. A couple outlets did not work but we worked around them. Owner was very responsive when dryer didn't work and came out immediately and the problem was fixed. Highly recommend if you need a larger space and/or have a big group!"

- "Maybe I’m getting too old. Or maybe I’ve lived in the quiet suburbs for too long. This place reminded me of an 18th Century mill town boarding house. A 150 year-old, 5-unit wood framed structure, where not a single door, window or floor board was plumb. The stairways are so steep and narrow, it would give a mountain goat a challenge. And forget about carrying anything larger than a nap sack up the stairs at one time. If you don’t mind being kept awake by children running back and forth for hours or people waking up at 4:30 AM and stomping around in work boots for 45 minutes as they prepare for the day, perhaps the constant hum of street traffic is your preferred source of anxiety. - "The home was beautiful " - "I recently stayed here while working in the area for a few days. The place is clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of good dinner options to go to in-person (walking or quick drive) or order in. Also very close to water and bike path if you want more than sidewalk exercise. Owners were very responsive via text and email and addressed any questions I had very quickly. Despite working in Taunton, I chose to stay here (45 minutes away) because of the location--access to water and restaurants--and I'd stay here again should work bring me back to the area.Note when checking in there is an outer door (with a key code) and an inner door (with a separate keycode). On top of that, there's a lock box (with yet another keycode) that contains a physical key for the inner door, if needed. This took a few minutes to figure out and we saw another group checking in to the 2nd floor apartment also confused by the door/code access process."

This home is fully furnished and newly remodeled. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, utensils, kitchenware and everything you need to live comfortably. The bathroom is newly remodeled as well. Wireless internet allows you to connect to your devices or the smart TV provided. A large basement offers plenty of storage and a fenced in backyard is perfect for kids and pets to play. You are a short distnce to restaurants, shopping and downtoen Providence and only a 30 minute drive to some of RI's best beaches.
- "Stayed here for 3 months while our house was being built. Easy check in and the owner was always available for questions. Nice to walk to the ice cream shop or CVS. Great storage but the bedrooms were a little tight but for a short stay it worked. The kitchen appliances are all relatively new and clean. Bugs were a minor issue but that’s summer in New England. " - "We chose this home because we needed a place to stay for 6 weeks while renovations were happening at our home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, the bike trail, CVS and other places all within walking distance. The bedrooms are small but it was just the two of us so it worked fine. There is a high top table in the kitchen and a breakfast bar. Two couches in the living area - personally I would have loved a chair too. We had a few issues but Paula was on top of them. When one issue couldn't be solved right away, she got us a temporary fix. I enjoyed my daily morning walks to the coffee shop"

- "We are from RI originally and often stay in Warren or Bristol when we visit. Unfortunately, there were many issues from the start with our stay. Communication was fast, but we did not have the check in details and I was scrambling to get that sorted as we were driving from the airport; then when received, things were not clear as there are 2 buildings, east and west. We were trying to access the wrong unit. The code for the outside door took time to work. We had issues with wifi where only I could access it and not my partner since I had booked the stay, but they provided another wifi for him to access. We enjoy warm cozy spaces and this was not it. There was not much lighting in the kitchen area. Things were more sparse and cold. It is loud, but we knew that would be the case given its location on Main St. For us, we have just learned that homes rented out by individuals versus rental companies makes all the difference as far as those thoughtful touches and warm accents to a space. Location is great as far as walkability into Warren area restaurants and bars. Just know that if you are looking for warmth and coziness, this isn't the place. "

GUEST ACCESS
Full use of house. Registered guests can use the dock and waterfront. Two car private driveway for free off-street parking, and space at rear of driveway for kayaks/canoes (guest must bring their own). Propane grill and deck furniture.
The rear of the property is shared with the neighbor as needed for access to the dock.
Guests are not permitted to use or board the neighbor's boat or use the neighbors property. Dock safety is very important, so no jumping or diving (the water is too shallow) and children must be accompanied on the dock by an adult and must wear life jackets (provided for free in the deck box for adults and children). State law requires the use of life jackets when kayaking, paddling, or using other water devices. Life jackets are provided for free in the deck box.
