The best trip is when the location exceeds your expectations! The family room is huge and there was plenty of room for our group to hang out in the evening. The massive patio is great for morning coffee, watching the ducks, fishing or catching the quiet calm in the morning. There are separate A/C controls in each room which were a life-saver during the heat wave that we were there for. We really liked that it was a quiet area-easily driveable to many locations, but out of the hustle and bustle of other touristy locations. Joseph's communication was top-notch. These stairs are wide and to modern code unlike the existing stairs from the 1850’s. This should be very helpful to guests carting items in and out of the apartment.

- "The family used this place as a base camp while we visited extended family for the holidays. It is situated right on the highway system for easy access to the whole state and almost everything we needed to accomplish was within minutes of this location. The home is cozy and quirky with large open areas to let the kiddos unwind and unleash their inner beasts for a bit before going to bed. The beds are super comfortable and the ghosts are friendly! (Probably a joke). Will definitely consider this property when we visit again!"
