Layout: The house has an open layout with a large dining area. There are 2 living rooms, one on the first floor and the second is in the finished basement. The Sunroom offers natural light, with view of the patio and lushed backyard. The dedicated office on the first floor, provides a quiet working space, but also has a full-size pull-down Murphy bed. It's perfect for guests that doesn't like to climb stairs. The space is big enough for large groups without sacrificing privacy, 2 out of the 4 bedrooms has only 1 bed. There are retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for those with young children.
