When you enter the apartment the fabreeze plugins hit you so strong it takes your breath away. There are literally 2 in each room to cover up the mildew smell. There is no Hvac. just an AC unit in the kitchen window. The floor was super sticky when we walked in. The floors are very uneven. In the welcome email they tell you they are not responsible for injuries and quiet time is at 9pm. 9pm is when the upstairs apartment will start to stomp, scream and move furniture until they fall asleep. The water pressure is very low. There is a film of sticky something on all hard surfaces. Even if you follow the rules the owner will accuse you of bringing a pet (which you didn't do. It was a teddy bear urn of your son who died at birth. And try to charge you a cleaning fee because they finally cleaned the apartment.) I am writing this review at the request of two VRBO agents. I had to send picture of my sons teddybear urn to vrbo to make the harrasment end. There are no words on how distressing this has been. "

The bed in the bedroom sits a few inches higher than a standard frame. A small stepping stool is positioned by the bed if mobility issues are present.
