- "The place was clean BUT there were 3 of us and only one set of towels! Also I contacted the host THREE times requesting to check in early and never got a response. Lastly , there is a hot tub but some directions of where it is located in the complex would have been helpful. We had to ride around and look for it. We kept asking people but most people we saw were guests as well and did not know. At the exit you are supposed to take out the garbage but there is no instruction as to where the dumpster is! We finally had to put our trash in a public trash can at the mail boxes. Nice place but no communication or instruction!"

Foxwoods Resort and Casino is less then a 20 minute drive, as well as downtown Mystic Ct, Mystic Aquarium, and Mystic Seaport. We are less than 30 minutes from the Connecticut shoreline and Rhode Island beaches.

Centrally located between Providence and Hartford- 45-50 min drive in each direction. 15 min to Sub Base-Groton

The living room is 12x12, and the bedroom is 9x11 with a double bed. My co-hostess is on-site the majority of the time and will give you as much privacy as you wish. She is very welcoming and considerate of your space, and she keeps the place very clean.

For the convenience of smokers, there are designated outdoor areas at the Villas grounds where smoking is permitted. To ensure a smoke-free environment, there will be a fine of $250 for smoking inside or on the balcony of Villa Royale.

The fireplace is closed for the summer season. In the winter months, to ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you seek approval prior to check-in. If you would like to have a fire in the fireplace, we provide the approved logs, service the fireplace prior to check-in (flu open, screen available, fireplace tools out), and clean the fireplace after check-out for a small fee. We will arrange payment with you upon request. If you have a fire in the fire place without prior approval, there will be a fine of $250.

We kindly remind you that the outdoor pools are open from May until September, and wearing the Villa's identification yellow bracelets are required to enjoy the pools and Club Houses #1 & 2. These bracelets are required for all ages 3 and up. We kindly ask that you return the bracelets to their original position on the desk in Villa Royale at check-out. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $75 for each missing bracelet. Please be advised that Club Houses have security cameras for privacy reasons, although Villa Royale does not have any security cameras or devices.

The space
Bathroom:
Large shower head with an extra detachable one. A rack with hand towels, bath towels and washcloths. Basket with pads, tampons, feminine wipes, alcohol wipes, Tylenol, tooth picks, lotion, eye masks, mouth wash. There’s bandages in case it’s needed. Hair dryer and curling iron.

Kitchen:
Provides fridge with ice and water dispenser. Stove with oven. Coffee maker (along with cups, creamers, sugar). Toaster. Microwave. Air fryer. Salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, cinnamon, and all purpose seasoning. There’s a dining table that seats 6. Fire extinguisher located by the microwave.

Living room:
Flat screen tv. Fire place. Sofa bed that fits 3 also a chair. Side lamps that turn on by touch. In the closet there’s extra linings. For extra sleeping arrangements you’ll find a queen size air mattress.

Main bedroom:
Queen size bed with soft pillows. Flat screen tv with Roku. Closet with hangers for guests to arrange their clothing. Glass desk for those twirling while traveling. Mirror.

Bedroom:
Has a twin bed with flat screen tv. Along with a small futon. Night stand with lamp. And close with extra linings and hangers.

Extras:
The property has washer and dryer. In the foyer there’s a table with board games, emergency pet items. Hand sanitizer and a basement with snacks.

Back door entrance is located on Fowler ave. Thru there guess also access the private parking.Front entrance (front of property)is the single door entrance to the right of the double doors. Building contains a front porch and a backyard. Guests allowed.

My Space offers a 4 bedroom and 2 Full Bathroom equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

My Duplex Apartment has 2 floors and two living room making my space comfy enough to host 8 guests. Very comfortable beds for a dreamy night and smart TV’s to catch up on your favorite shows. Also, a kitchen equipped with all the amenities needed to cook your best meal which is great for saving money during your stay.

Guests has access to the entire Duplex and full privacy.

Other things to note
- There’s no washer & Dryer inside the home but We have a Laundromat right across the street from our home. Making it easy for our guest to do their Laundry during their Stay.

- One of the Bedrooms is a Kids room with NO DOOR FOR PRIVACY. It’s design for guests who have small children or for an Adult who dont mind sleeping with the door Open.

- The duplex is Located on the second floor. Once you are inside the apartment there’s two floors inside.

- Backdoor stairs should be use for Emergency only or quick enter or exits. Please try to avoid this entrance as often as you can.

- We have no Cable TV. However, Our tv’s are smart with all the apps you need to watch your movies or Favorite shows. ( please don’t forget to log off before check out )

- We have an A/C in every bedroom. Please turn them off when you not in the home. It will very helpful for us when it comes to the energy cost’s.

Living Room has a loveseat, accent chair, small eating bar for 3, 55-inch TV, and a wood burning fireplace. Please remember to open and close the flue after use.

Dining area has a table for 4, Murphy bed, 1 nightstands with lamps, and a small Juliette balcony.

First floor has a full bathroom with a tub and make up counter.

Guests are permitted to use the club house 1 or 2 with the following amenities: two Saltwater outside, seasonal heated pools, indoor spa/hot tub, sauna, small cardio fitness center, and tennis courts.

Sleeping arrangements - We have a total of 2 queen size beds. The second floor Bedroom is loft style with open balcony and has one queen bed. The second queen size bed is a Murphy bed is located in dining area. Guest will have Book directly with the spa if they wish to use the indoor pool. This charge is approx $20-$40 a day depending on package purchased. Subject to change without notice. There is no charge for the seasonal outdoor heated pools.

The clubhouse pools are seasonal and open Memorial Day (May) to Columbus Day (October). Free WiFi available in both clubhouses too. You must bring your own towels to the jacuzzi during the off season.

Two restaurants are located inside the Spa at Norwich Inn, both within short walking distance and open daily. Food can be delivered to your room or the pool area during operating hours, providing a true spa-like resort experience! To order reach out to the Spa at 1-800-ASK-4-Spa and they will direct your call to the Kensington Restaurant.

Ascot’s pub is your typical pub fare offering Vegetarian and Gluten Free options. Catch live entertainment on select nights.

The Norwich Public Golf Course is also within walking distance, where some members of your group can play a round (9 or 18 holes), while others can relax by the pools. Tee time rates vary from $39-$72 depending on the day of the week and time of year.

THE SPA AT NORWICH INN (fee applies)

For an additional fee and a reservation with the spa, you will also have access to an indoor lap pool, steam room, jacuzzi, outdoor reflection pool, a sauna, state of the art gym, a meditation room, a morning walk, a robe and sandals to wear, afternoon tea and scones, evening wine tastings, etc.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit with a nonrefundable $15 to hold the funds or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of $35. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case any accidental damage is caused during your stay.
