The Space
The bright and airy kitchen consists of a coffee bar, brand new appliances, large table and island that provide a great place to play card games when you are not using the space for dining. It is fully stocked with spices, olive oil, Kcups, Sisel instant coffee and more. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities.
The Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts.

When you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. There is 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 bunk bed with a trundle pullout. And if your children like to read you might find them curled up on the beanbag in the little reading nook.

Outside offers a beautiful,spacious backyard where the options of games are endless should you choose to bring your outdoor games with you. Start up a fire in the campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and experience over the fire cooking or fire up the grill on the back deck and cook up the local, grass fed meat that we have provided for your stay. You have a choice of sipping your morning coffee on one of the patio chairs on the front porch or by the sectional lounge area in the back deck.

For a rainy day there is a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, exercise equipment, and many board games. Two large screen televisions with many movies to choose from. WIFI is not available at this time. we are trying to find a supplier that has signal in this area.

There are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. Theres a steep hill that gets you into the parking lot. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

There was more than was even listed, a fridge/freezer outside, along with a Blackstone for cooking. The bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable. Communication on location and directions on how to get to the wagon and how to get in were spot on and made checking in the easiest I've ever had. The location is beautiful along with the surrounding area, which made for an incredible 4 days there. The property is well stocked with pots and pans (if you plan on cooking) and our neighbors had a nearby pen with a friendly horse and a cute pair of pot-bellied pigs. It was so fun to be able to say a quick hello to our furry friends when we came back from our outings. The friendly neighbors even left us some of the best home-grown sweet corn I've ever tasted. Truly a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!!"
