The Space
The bright and airy kitchen consists of a coffee bar, brand new appliances, large table and island that provide a great place to play card games when you are not using the space for dining. It is fully stocked with spices, olive oil, Kcups, Sisel instant coffee and more. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities.
The Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts.

When you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. There is 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 bunk bed with a trundle pullout. And if your children like to read you might find them curled up on the beanbag in the little reading nook.

Outside offers a beautiful,spacious backyard where the options of games are endless should you choose to bring your outdoor games with you. Start up a fire in the campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and experience over the fire cooking or fire up the grill on the back deck and cook up the local, grass fed meat that we have provided for your stay. You have a choice of sipping your morning coffee on one of the patio chairs on the front porch or by the sectional lounge area in the back deck.

The location is surrounded by farms with farm animals greeting you when you’re on the deck. Amish carts and horses passed by and made you really feel you were far from home. For a rainy day there is a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, exercise equipment, and many board games. Two large screen televisions with many movies to choose from. WIFI is not available at this time. we are trying to find a supplier that has signal in this area.

There are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. Theres a steep hill that gets you into the parking lot. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

There was more than was even listed, a fridge/freezer outside, along with a Blackstone for cooking. The bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable. Communication on location and directions on how to get to the wagon and how to get in were spot on and made checking in the easiest I've ever had. The location is beautiful along with the surrounding area, which made for an incredible 4 days there. There are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. Theres a steep hill that gets you into the parking lot. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

Our children especially grew fond of the ponies and went to pet and feed them multiple times throughout the day. The area itself was quiet and secluded, yet so close to fun family friendly things to do. My husband even took our 2 year old and walked all the way to michaels bread a local brewery 3 miles away while I was gone with the other kiddos grocery shopping. We ended up having our first family photos done since our last baby was born done while we were there. The land and home provided the perfect backdrop and made taking pictures easier since we didn’t have leave ‘home’. I will treasure these always.After taking photos we had our photographer friend, her husband and kiddos stay for awhile and we ate crab and had some wine on the back patio, laughed and imagined what life would be like if we moved our family from Texas to some land in this beautiful state of Pennsylvania. Our oldest son’s 9th birthday also landed on one of the days we were here and we loved taking him to the Speckled Hen right down the road and getting French toast and playing on their playground out back while enjoying a hot latte. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the home. I feel like I could ramble for days telling in detail the story of our stay, and how it felt like a home away from home. This beautiful home was newly renovated in 2023. It has a fully functioning kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms. It is a three bedroom home with a king bed, queen bed, and two bunk beds. The bathrooms have a tub and standing shower. There is a full dining room and two living room spaces. One of the living room spaces has a 15 foot couch for the whole family to enjoy a movie! In addition, there is an outdoor porch with an incredible view of Amish farmland. You can grill out on the patio and take in the peaceful view and atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor space for games and activities.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, creek side farm. Enjoy the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home connected to the original 1856 Stone Farmhouse. This freshly updated space provides all of your basic kitchen needs. A spacious main living area and full bathroom make up the first floor. Two bedrooms and a large bathroom complete the second floor. Also available is a washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.
Enjoy the beautiful countryside views outside by the firepit area.

The space
This is a "Dawdy Haus" addition onto the original stone farmhouse. You will have privacy in your space and you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors in the side yard where the firepit is located, there is plenty of room for outdoor lawn games or anything you like in that area. From your space you will also see an Amish one-room schoolhouse, which when in session you can see the children outside playing softball etc during their recess times! The amish family who own the farm will be coming and going on the property to do various chores, including caring for the herd of longhorn cattle in the pastures surrounding the farm house.

You have a private entrance to your home. The entire space is yours to use and enjoy, including the laundry room which is located in the basement. Also, the side yard with a gazebo and firepit is also your area to enjoy!

There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. Theres a steep hill that gets you into the parking lot. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

Here you will find a peaceful capecod home in a quiet area with a beautiful view. PLEASE NO PETS!!!
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, basement, sleeps up to 10 people. Located near the center of Lancaster county's favorite attractions. Within 10 minutes of sight and sound theater, cherry crest farms and strasburg railroad. Within 15 minutes of dutch wonderland and shopping on route 30. There are 2 outdoor decks, a bonfire space and a gas grill. A child friendly home with toys, books and a pac and play.

The space
Easily accommodates 8 guests. 3 sofas available if needed. NO PETS Absolutely no more than 10 guests (please communicate with us if you are bringing 10) and absolutely no parties or partying allowed. Police will be contacted if needed.

We just renovated the basement and turned it into a beautiful space with a foosball table, sofa and tv, and an attached laundry room. The main floor consists of a living room with smart TV and xfinity. A kitchen with coffee, 2 barstools, and a desk and chair. A sunroom with a dining table and cozy corner with a small fireplace. An entrance to the outdoor deck is also in the sun room. on the deck are a patio table and chairs. The master bedroom, full bathroom and entrance to another outdoor deck.
The upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outdoors are a small yard, bonfire pit, and gas grill. Parking for 4 cars

The Space
The bright and airy kitchen consists of a coffee bar, brand new appliances, large table and island that provide a great place to play card games when you are not using the space for dining. It is fully stocked with spices, olive oil, Kcups, Sisel instant coffee and more. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities.
The Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts.

When you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. There is 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 bunk bed with a trundle pullout. And if your children like to read you might find them curled up on the beanbag in the little reading nook.

Outside offers a beautiful,spacious backyard where the options of games are endless should you choose to bring your outdoor games with you. Start up a fire in the campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and experience over the fire cooking or fire up the grill on the back deck. You have a choice of sipping your morning coffee on one of the patio chairs on the front porch or by the sectional lounge area in the back deck.
