The Space
The bright and airy kitchen consists of a coffee bar, brand new appliances, large table and island that provide a great place to play card games when you are not using the space for dining. It is fully stocked with spices, olive oil, Kcups, Sisel instant coffee and more. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed. And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities.
The Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts.

When you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. There is 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 bunk bed with a trundle pullout. And if your children like to read you might find them curled up on the beanbag in the little reading nook.

Outside offers a beautiful,spacious backyard where the options of games are endless should you choose to bring your outdoor games with you. Start up a fire in the campfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and experience over the fire cooking or fire up the grill on the back deck and cook up the local, grass fed meat that we have provided for your stay. You have a choice of sipping your morning coffee on one of the patio chairs on the front porch or by the sectional lounge area in the back deck.

The location is surrounded by farms with farm animals greeting you when you’re on the deck. Amish carts and horses passed by and made you really feel you were far from home. In a beautiful country setting, this log cabin offers a relaxing atmosphere and tranquil setting next to many acres of woodland with hiking trails. Located only three miles from Historic Strasburg Pa. Very close attractions include, Strasburg Railroad, Sight and Sound Theater, American Music Theater, Tanger Outlets, and many thrift and antique shops.
Located in the heart of Amish country, there many places to experience the fine dining of many Amish recipes. To list a few, Katie's Kitchen, Diener's Restaurant, Agape Cafe and Grill and The Speckled Hen, just to name a few.
For a rainy day there is a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, exercise equipment, and many board games. Two large screen televisions with many movies to choose from. WIFI is not available at this time. we are trying to find a supplier that has signal in this area.

Our historic home is the perfect getaway for any size family. Nestled right in the square of the most popular, quaint little town of Strasburg, Pa. Only one mile from Sight and Sound Theatre, known as one of the largest tourist attractions in Lancaster County. There was more than was even listed, a fridge/freezer outside, along with a Blackstone for cooking. The bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable. Our children especially grew fond of the ponies and went to pet and feed them multiple times throughout the day. The area itself was quiet and secluded, yet so close to fun family friendly things to do. My husband even took our 2 year old and walked all the way to michaels bread a local brewery 3 miles away while I was gone with the other kiddos grocery shopping. We ended up having our first family photos done since our last baby was born done while we were there. The land and home provided the perfect backdrop and made taking pictures easier since we didn’t have leave ‘home’. I will treasure these always.After taking photos we had our photographer friend, her husband and kiddos stay for awhile and we ate crab and had some wine on the back patio, laughed and imagined what life would be like if we moved our family from Texas to some land in this beautiful state of Pennsylvania. Our oldest son’s 9th birthday also landed on one of the days we were here and we loved taking him to the Speckled Hen right down the road and getting French toast and playing on their playground out back while enjoying a hot latte. This beautiful home was newly renovated in 2023. It has a fully functioning kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms. It is a three bedroom home with a king bed, queen bed, and two bunk beds. The bathrooms have a tub and standing shower. There is a full dining room and two living room spaces. One of the living room spaces has a 15 foot couch for the whole family to enjoy a movie! In addition, there is an outdoor porch with an incredible view of Amish farmland. You can grill out on the patio and take in the peaceful view and atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor space for games and activities.

- "We came up from Florida for a celebration of life for my husband’s Mema. Tyler was so sweet and very accommodating we drove straight through and got here earlier then we thought we would. Tyler was sweet enough to let us in a little early so we could get some rest. When we got to the property it is just the cutest place we stayed in the cabin on the left of the covered bridge it was so fun to drive over and walk over it. It was cold and rainy when we were there. My husband and I took a walk around the pond to see if we could see any fish we didn’t they were hiding! We did see Mr. & Mrs Mallard, hoping next time we get to see there children. The cabin was so cute and quaint the perfect size not a thing I would change for a vacation stay. It was amazing. Definitely would stay there again when we come back up!! "
