As you climb the winding driveway up the mountain you ll see a clearing up on the top and that’s when you see it, the stone mansion built on the top of the Roundtop mountain!

The mansion is timeless and beautiful! Has a stunning view from almost every room and had a lot of updates like the elevator that you can use to go from floor to floor, there’s 5 of them! However still allows you to experience some of the ways of life from days gone by with a grand foyer, 2 wood burning fireplaces in the great room to cozy up to with your latte in hand, a butler’s kitchen, a formal dining area to have special family dinners with another wood burning fireplace and original hardwood floors.

On the first floor/ground level you have an entrance from the driveway and a place to put coats and shoes & also what used to be the butler’s quarters, now a sweet bedroom with a queen bed & a sitting room with tv and full bathroom! The loveseat is a twin pullout sofa ,You ll also find the laundry room on this level.

Next the 2nd floor!

The foyer and dining room are stunning and timeless, the dining table seats 10 comfortably and could add a few more spots, lots of dishes for a special dinner together in front of the crackling fireplace! Feels like another era!

The kitchen is a small chef’s kitchen but has a large range with a griddle and grill and a huge fridge and lots of pots/pans, an electric griddle, waffle maker, toaster,blender, and lots of dishes & glassware for your casual meals or if you want to do some fine dining! There is more!)there is also a black stone griddle under the covered porch that also has the option grill your fave meats! We have tools for that in the kitchen and recommend always greasing it before using it and cleaning it while it’s still hot. More info in kitchen on that!

You ll find a stunning indoor lap pool in a conservatory style room surrounded by windows in the right wing of the house sure to entertain the family and provide fun indoor winter memories and there’s also a primary master suite in that wing with a king bed with luxury linens and a day bed with a trundle & a bathroom with a double bowl vanity and beautiful custom features!

In the left wing you ll find a great room with lots of comfy seating and a 75 inch frame tv to watch your favorite movies or sports games on as well as asome books and a toys to entertain the littles in your life & Puzzles, board games for all ages,

Also a wet bar with a user friendly Breville espresso machine and a Keurig drip coffee maker and kcup option to give coffee lovers all the options! Beans and syrups are provided but feel free to bring your favorites! The kitchenette has a nugget ice maker to help you make all the delicious cold drinks!

Left wing also has a sunroom that doubles as a media/game room and that has a door that that leads you to the outdoor spa on the top of the bluff that consists of a hot tub, sauna,and cold plunge! Sitting in here at sunset is so quite the experience and so serene and sure to relax you and put your mind at ease!

The 3rd floor has 2 more luxurious king bedrooms with en suite baths and a guest bedroom with another king bed and pullout sofa bed and a hall bath, it also a kitchenette with a tea & coffee bar, microwave and a fridge! Then there’s a covered balcony that is a great spot to take in nature, maybe spy a few eagles & enjoy the views!

The 4th floor is so charming with attic eaves and has 3 queen bedrooms and a half bath! One of the bedrooms has a library in it and a comfy chair to curl up and read, and lots of books for all ages to enjoy!

The 5th floor is basically a glass room on the top of the mansion with windows all around and the views are spectacular!!!!! It’s like being a touch closer to heaven up there and an amazing experience & a great place to pray, reflect and relax, read or journal, It has a comfortable sofa and a record player and We do have a queen Murphy pullout bed if anyone wants to sleep up here! So incredibly beautiful & so unique!

We offer an E-BIKE and GOLF CART rental to explore the Estate or to take the bikes to the paved Enola lower grade trail across the river, it travels for miles with river views. Message us to reserve yours!

Hot tub, cold plunge and sauna.

Take a nature walk down the driveway the half mile drive and fish in the stocked pond and it has two paddle boards to enjoy as well as a hammock & chairs beside the pond. You might also See deer and lots of little wildlife!

Pack a picnic in the basket we provide and enjoy it here!

There’s also hiking trails you can enjoy through the woods and this estate is a nature lovers paradise! Basically a wildlife sanctuary with a conservation on 3 sides! You also might get the opportunity to spy the beautiful eagles soaring through the sky just outside the sunroom windows!

And a few Amish owned and operated! Theres also Dutch wonderland, an amazing amusement park for kids in Lancaster. If your a group of adults we have 35 min to Hershey park!

The property is situated near Lake Clarke Marina for easy loading and unloading of your boat or jet skis. Boats can also be rented nearby at Lake Clarke Marina and Long Level Marina. Kayaks and Paddleboards can be rented nearby at Shank's Mare Outfitters. - "Beautiful home! Had everything we needed and more! We have a boat on the lake so this house was perfect to keep us close to the lake and have a wonderful holiday all together! Very clean & well maintained! Great hot tub! We’ll be back!" - "House was great. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Lots of bugs outside due to woods and on the water. You do have to be careful pulling out of the driveway due to hard to see both ways. Also tree at the top part of the driveway is hanging over the driveway and needs trimmed. I didnt want the branches to scratch my car. There was a bee nest in the arch outside the front door. We didn't have time to deal with it or reach out cause we had a wedding and were hardly at VRBO. We basically slept there."

- "Great weekend by the river." - "We had a large group of moms for the weekend. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was well stocked for staying in and cooking meals. They also had quality kitchen items which we were pleased about. There were plenty of towels and soaps. We didnt need to bring much of anything with us. The pictures aren't updated so it was a pleasant surprise to see the 2 very large comfort couches in the living room. It was a great unexpected addition. Overall we had a great weekend and everyone was pleased with the house and location."

The 360-degree views are something that cannot be expressed unless seeing for oneself… Simply a must-see experience! The sunsets mixed with the lake views are breathtaking!
This cottage is perfect for a romantic get a way, two couples enjoying time together or a guys/girls weekend. The property can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. Two extremely comfortable bedrooms with queen beds covered with bamboo linens. We also case our mattresses and pillows in allergen covers for your best stay. Each bedroom a has flat screen smart tv and climate control for your finest comfort.
We have a one full bath that has all modern features to include heated floors, heated towel rack, touch screen lighted mirror and the best feature of all, a multi person rainfall shower.
The kitchen is packed with everything you would need to accommodate your inner chef needs. The living room has a 75 inch smart TV with Streaming Services and couch for relaxing after enjoying the river's many amenities.
The outside deck wraps around the cottage with a roof overhang on the side of the home for privacy. We added gates to the deck so your dogs can stay on the porch without worry of wondering off. There is plenty of outdoor lounge seating with additional dining seating as well for your outdoor gourmet desires. There is a also a gas propane grill if you prefer to stay in and cook meals.
There are endless nearby lures to consist of Moondancer winery with outdoor music, Hershey Park, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad Attraction, Dutch Apple Dinner Theater, Hiking Trails, antique malls and restaurants in Columbia and a short drive to Lancaster which would include fabulous restaurants and endless attractions! There is a nearby park, Kline’s Run Park, which offers free disc golf (bring your own discs), Picnic area and playground for kids. There are boat rentals located at Lake Clarke Marina and Long Level Marina. Definitely check out Shank’s Mare for paddle board and Kayak rentals or for a guided excursion exploring the 11 miles of The Susquehanna River’s waterways. Be sure to book in advance for rentals as they are busy.

- "Cute cottage on the Susquehanna river. Clean, comfortable with river themed decor. Ample parking and large grassy area for our dog. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again." - "Family and I loved our stay as we were greeted by the beautiful decor that reminded you that you were on a lake. The covered front porch was the best place for watching the sunrise, eating breakfast and games. The rooms were amazing and thanks to everything being on one floor it made it easy to keep track of my little ones. Besides being indoors you can stretch the space by making use of the garage and yard space for fun activities like cornhole, water gun fights, and grilling. And lastly you cant beat how close you are to many local attractions of Lancaster and York. My last recommendation is to get a PA Boating License so you can rent a boat up the road and get on the water."

The stunning kitchen is a perfect spot to make yummy waffles (yes we have a waffle maker! )or a shot of espresso or lattes and we also have a drip coffee maker if that’s your preference! A cozy breakfast nook is a great place to sit to eat with a view of the pond and woods, you might see deer!

The living room has a comfy reclining couch.

It has a large tv with streaming options for that movie night and soft blankets to cuddle with/ it also has a wood burning indoor fireplace!

The loft has a king bed with luxurious linens and cozy blankets and a cozy ambiance with a chandelier and candle light and then has a powder room as well, you ll find the main bathroom with the shower on the first floor, it is a luxury tile shower with floor to ceiling tile and has cozy robes to slip on and soft white towels, body wash,shower gel, & conditioner for you to use.

We do have a golf cart rental and a ebike rental, message us to learn more about that! There’s a long paved trail close by along the river called the Enola low grade trail. Perfect for e-bike adventures!

We have a second pond that’s stocked at the end of the half mile long driveway with paddle boards and a small boat that is shared with the other 2 rentals on the estate, you are welcome to go cast a line, use the paddle boards or relax on the hammock after a picnic lunch.

This property is located a few minutes from historic town of Wrightsville with antique malls close by and the famous John wright waterfront restaurant , the Susquehanna river front & kayak and boat launches and scenic overlooks/hiking trails.

Only 3 min off the route 30 bypass so if you are traveling a need a pit stop, here you go!

15 minutes from amazing shopping malls and 25 min to Lancaster and the heart of the Amish community where you ll find amazing scenery of pristine farms and gardens and so many animals! Horse & buggies and home cooked food and smorgasbords and also the sight and sound bible theatre. When you come down the winding driveway off of the mountain you will see a clearing and then your eyes land on this stunning stone cottage (and the beautiful pool in the summer)and it feels like your in Italy!

The amazing pool & outdoor living if your booking from Memorial day thru Labor Day!! (It is not heated. )

It has a large hot tub year round and at night it’s absolutely magical to sit in it and watch all the lights turn on in the valley below! Lots of string lights and Super romantic and lots of ambiance lighting to help you unwind and relax!

We also have a firepit beside the pool with chairs around it and it has a cooking rack. Perfect for those s’mores and maybe even some burgers or steaks!

A porch swing perfect to relax on and read a book.

It has a mile long scenic paved walking trail down towards the river and also some wooded hiking trails that will be an amazing experience for you! A Very private and a serene oasis that makes you never want to leave and has lots of wildlife and charm!

We do have e-bike and golf cart rentals! Please message us to reserve them! There is a long paved biking trail Called the Enola low grade trail that travels along the river for miles.

The pond is at the end of the half mile driveway and is an option for you to enjoy a picnic or relaxing on the hammock. Please note It is shared with two other houses.

There are paddle boards and it is a stocked pond! Bring your rods!

From the massive stone fireplace in the comfy living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a frame tv & board games to the unique floors and unique Romantic master bedroom with a King bed and luxury linens, cozy blankets to cuddle up in and robes to enjoy.
Plus it has a Cozy loft up top with a king bed as well to lounge in: if your an adult, channel your inner child because it feels like a fort when your up there! Perfect spot to curl up and read! And if you bring children, they will love it! There also a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in living room if you want to bring a few friends or want to have a girls wknd or birthday celebrations !

(Please note ,It does not have a door separating the loft from the bedroom)

The bathroom is a tiled walk-in shower and has the open concept with a pedestal sink and soft towels and has soap & shampoo &conditioner!

The kitchenette is lovely and has a large island perfect for an intimate brunch date , we have a waffle maker so be sure to bring the things you need to enjoy making these together,
It also has a breville espresso machine that shows step by step instructions on how to make your fave lattes/cappuccino/ to enjoy! We have a few syrups & maple syrup and sugar there but bring your own dairy products and favorite syrups to use.

The kitchenette does have two mini fridges and a small freezer and a microwave but no oven. It does have a waffle maker, a large electric skillet, a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker,and coffee and a canister of espresso beans for you to use and we have a grill outside the door that also has a side burner!

This property is located 3 minutes from historic town of Wrightsville where you ll find waterfront dining at the historic John wright restaurant and Thrift stores, wineries, and the wild batch bistro cafe also the Susquehanna riverfront with a boat and kayak launch.

If you are traveling and need a little luxury pit stop we are located 3 min from the 30 bypass!

The pool cottage is located in the Roundtop estate and can be rented with the mansion or separate, they are a good ways apart and very private from each other,

Please note that this pool house can be rented with the mansion but also as a separate stay, the pool house sits at the bottom of the rocky Roundtop Mountain and the mansion is up on top of the rocky cliffs.
So they do have complete privacy from each other.

The kitchen is a kitchenette! No cook top or baker! An electric skillet and waffle maker & microwave as well as a grill with a side burner is there for you to prep food on.
Please do not instant book this property for small events without communicating with the host if u plan on having more than 3 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host..
in which extra charges of $30 per person per additional person may be added.

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.

The stringlights at dark, eating our late night snack on the patio, made for a very enchanting evening. The walking trails were nice also. We enjoyed it very much. "
