Buena Hill Homestead is a newly renovated private apartment located 15 miles east of the heart of Lancaster County. Centered in the middle of rich farm land, this is a beautiful place to get away and relax. We are located on a 4th generation, 100 acre farm, surrounded by grazing cattle and a few of our family pets.

You won’t find a better place to stay in the Lancaster area! This home is spacious, immaculately cleaned and very well stocked with ample towels, soaps, tea and coffee etc. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays which was an added bonus. The linens were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided for snuggling up near the fire. The rooms are large and inviting with plenty of space for everyone. There’s even a pool for warmer months. This home is definitely at the top of our list for the next time we visit the area. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful home with all the modern conveniences in the middle of Amish Country farmland. We stayed with a large family of children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Our visit was a hot August week so the pool was great. It's located not too far from all of the local attractions and we even took a 45 minute ride to Hershey Park one day. The owner was very gracious, attentive, and provided everything you might need for this neat and well appointed home. I'm not sure there is anything we would want to change about this rental. We hope to be staying again.

- "Clean and very well supplied home away from home. The traffic outside was noisy with trucks, motorcycles, cars. The clip clop of the horses hooves was welcome sound. The fire trucks went out and surely were very noisy. Station is right across the street. Also, waking up to the chickens and being greeted by Tara the dog in the driveway whenever we left and came back was great! The hosts are friendly and accessible if you need anything! We were three couples and stayed for four days in late October. We all thoroughly enjoyed this large, luxurious home. It is on a very quiet street and well maintained. Although we did most of our eating in area restaurants, the kitchen was well equipped and would be very easy to use for self-cooking.

The check-in and check-out procedure was simple and worked flawlessly

Dealing with Rachel was very satisfactory; she responded very promptly to emails for assistance.

We can easily recommend this home to anyone travelling to this area.

- "Beautiful, relaxing, great people to work with" - "This place was/is amazing, the rooms were all nice and tidy, both TVs were nice too with the addition to the basement which is a play room with a pool table (39-1) is my score 😃. Rachel and I had a funny moment for the upstair bathroom, I literally thought it didn't work, FYI for those that are staying after me, it the Spout you pull down for the shower head lol. The pool was very very nice, although really cold but I'm use to the cold. Love it!! I left a few beach balls for the family 😄. Overall my stay was amazing. Thank you King family for having us over! It was a blast and hopefully we'll see you guys again in the future."

Unwind at the log cabin nestled in the woods at top corner of our family homestead. You’ll get “all the feels” of rustic elegance as the log walls and wood floors glow from the sun streaming through the skylights and windows.
Comfortable couches, soft throw blankets, healthy plants, and the coffee corner are just a few of the touches that will make you feel welcomed. Relax in the serenity that is off the tourist’s beaten path but enjoy the convenience of being close to the Lancaster attractions.
The space
Cozy and inviting in any season, our two-bedroom, two bathroom cabin is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Wake to the songs of birds and enjoy the sunrise with your coffee from the from the front porch. Step back inside into the living room showcasing a beautiful fireplace surrounded by comfortable furniture where you’ll be able to unwind and connect with those you love. Enter the hallway to reach the inviting
master bedroom and bathroom with a beautiful tile shower. The dining room table is the place to gather to savor food cooked in our fully stocked kitchen or if you choose to eat at the picnic table on the side porch you should be able to watch the horses graze in the pastures of the neighboring horse farm.
Climb the staircase where you’ll find another bedroom, bathroom, and the loft, where you’ll have a perfect place to curl up with a book or watch the sunset through the window.
In the back yard you’ll be surround by trees and plants, with plenty of space to play croquet or other outdoor games. For a stunning view and a glimpse of Sleepy Hollow Farm, take a short walk through the pasture. Cozy up to the campfire and after the stars are out, sink into one of our comfortable beds and enjoy the beauty, quiet and rest that we hope will rejuvenate you!

One story house located on a quiet street in the Amish countryside. We are close to tourist attractions but far enough away that you are not near tourist traffic and can see the Amish working in their fields as you drive to this home. There is an Amish fruit farm a quarter mile away and we are only a few miles from the famous Shady Maple Smorgasbord and Shady Maple Farm Market. Sight and Sound theater is only 14 miles away and the tourist town of Intercourse is 6 miles away.

This house is very spacious and clean and we strive to make it feel like "home away from home". It is situated on a one acre lot and has a beautiful front porch where you can watch the hummingbirds feed in season as you sip your coffee and relax on a rocker.

Black out curtains and comfortable beds allow for a good nights rest. We provide many amenities and have a fully stocked kitchen. We have houseplants to allow for good breathing and a homey feel. Enjoy watching a movie on our smart tv with the electric fireplace burning.

The neighborhood is a peaceful and quiet place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, and keep alcohol in moderation on the property, and have quiet time by 11:00 PM.

Our guests will have the entire property. The house has a few outdoor stairs onto the deck, but once inside, a full bath with walk in shower and a bedroom are both available on the first floor for those who need stair free access.

If you're looking for a serene property to enjoy your next family gathering, you have found your match. Rock Hollow's atmosphere has guests coming back year after year. It is the perfect place to join together for a few unforgettable days of laughter, family time & the refreshing outdoors. In addition to the main house, Rock Hollow has an outdoor pavilion with a full kitchen, a Kamado Joe Smoker, a 36" griddle, 2 cooking stoves, 2 refrigerators and 6 picnic tables. The bunk house is available upon request for an additional $100/night. It can sleep 16 people in double bed bunk beds and it has a full bathroom. The main house sleeps 12 and the bunk house sleeps 16, for a total of 28 guests.

The house and premises are immaculately cleaned after each departure.
The pond was considerably upgraded in the winter of 2020/2021. A border wall was built around the pond and a larger kid friendly swimming area was designed.

There are 5 bedrooms, a loft area and 8 beds...(1 King suite. 7 queen beds). All rooms are spacious and minimalistic.

Main Floor:
On the main floor we have 3 gorgeous bedrooms, a full kitchen with an open floor plan that is connected to the living room, a dining room, and 2 full baths(one connected to the master bedroom). These three bedrooms have spacious closets, and you can find a pack-n-play in the master closet. We also have the mud/laundry room on this floor.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and pans, and has plenty of dinnerware and utensils. There is also an island that seats 4. We have a spacious double door and pull out freezer, with a built-in ice maker. We know how it is to travel, so we took one item off your list for you, coffee. In this kitchen we have a (Mr. Coffee) coffee maker and coffee, ready for you to brew. In the downstairs kitchen we also have a Keurig with K-cups.
Attached to the Kitchen is our beautiful wood stained dining room table that seats 8. We also have a floor to ceiling pantry for you to store any of your food during your stay.
In the Livingroom of the main floor we have a mounted flat screen TV, and infant safe children's toys.
All the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash for you trip.
A washer and dryer are in the laundry room right inside the west side door. We have it stocked with liquid laundry detergent, downy dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies for any messes made during your stay.

Upstairs:
Our loft is upstairs, and has two rooms. Both of these rooms have 2 queen beds, and one has a clothes hanger rack. We redid this space this summer, and it looks completely different. We hope you enjoy the fresh new house smell!

Downstairs:
In the basement we have a game room, a full kitchen, a Livingroom, a full bath and one bedroom.

In the game room we have a few more children's toys, like a mini kitchen play set, with a mini table and chairs. We also have a shuffle board, and train table.
On the other side of the basement we have a full kitchen with cookware and dinnerware. We also have a microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. We also have a pantry, fridge and spice rack that you are welcome to use.
Attached to the kitchen we have a Livingroom with a dresser.
We also have a full bath, stocked well for your trip, and a bedroom with a spacious closet.

Outside:
We are located back in the woods, and it is absolutely gorgeous outside no matter what season it is. We have a back patio with seating and a grill. Over to the left of the house is a bonfire pit, with chairs, and a beautiful pathed garden. We also have string lights over the bonfire, that you can turn on by plugging in. In the backyard we have a wood-chipped area with a swing set, and sand box, with a children's picnic table. Our backyard is open and flat with plenty of space for games, like spikeball, volleyball, football, cornhole etc.

We also have some friendly animals, like Diesel the goat, and Oreo and Cookie the sheep.

Please do not walk back the driveway past the row of green giant arborvitaes. Neighbors live back there and it is private property.
