The facility overall is very nice with a large breakfast area, fitness room with equipment and weights, large laundry with any machines. The business center needs to be improved. The equipment was not well maintained and I the printer was not working properly. Hotel staff were all super accommodating, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Any questions or help I needed during my stay, the staff at all times of the day and night were quick to help and made sure my request was handled promptly. All employees working at the front desk were EXCELLENT! It was a pleasure being at this Hyatt House for an extended stay and I plan to go back there again in the future. Thank You!"

- "Overall this property is very nice! Just be careful in the master bath because the tub is very slippery and you could fall if you're not alert. Also, if you like to play games on a rainy day you might want to bring your own. We were not familiar with one of the games and wanted to play but the rule book was no where to be found. Note that if you like chess there was a set there. There was also a nice collection of magazines and books. Finally, the WiFi signal and cell signal are both quite weak and the TV reception was poor. I did find the property owner to be very responsive but I was surprised because when we left we sent her what I thought was a very, very nice text to thank her and she never replied in any way. So if you don't mind an occasional slip in client relations I highly recommend this location. It's not glamorous but it is very nice."

The surrounding area is ok and there were a couple times people were noisy outside but nothing late at night or early in the morning. Positives: big place with nice rooms and foosball table, easy access to home, easy to find, clean, air conditioning FYIs: checkout instructions say to run dishwasher but no detergent available, washer and dryer but no detergent, coffee pot and filters but no coffee, stairs are steep and there are 3 levels (all bedrooms are upstairs) so caution for anyone who has trouble with walking stairs"

Near major highways, only a short drive to downtown Philly. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bed and in the basement we added another queen bed to accommodate more guests.

The home is a little treasure within Bridgeport. Our location offered access to the Trolly and Regional Rail. We were close enough to enjoy the city, without being in the city. We look forward to staying here again, when we plan our trip to Longwood Gardens."

- "This house fit our needs well! There was cold A/C, wifi, towels, bed linens, necessary kitchen tools and free parking in a lot behind. It was clean and check-in and communication were easy. We were there for a local job so can't leave any advice on the town or sites, maybe next time we will get to see them and enjoy more. The location was perfect for us. Just a note, there are a few flights of stairs to walk up from the parking lot, so if you are mobility challenged it might be an issue for you, but for us it was fine."

- "The house is definitely interesting - from the 70s with lots of TVs and stairs - getting to the house then once inside the house. Please don't stay here if you have young children, as they can fall through railings. There are only two spots to park as indicated in the description. It was fine. We didn't use the outside since the pool and hot tub weren't opened yet, but I imagine that would be a good place to hang out. We didn't have major issues. Host was very responsive."
