The facility overall is very nice with a large breakfast area, fitness room with equipment and weights, large laundry with any machines. The business center needs to be improved. The equipment was not well maintained and I the printer was not working properly. Hotel staff were all super accommodating, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Any questions or help I needed during my stay, the staff at all times of the day and night were quick to help and made sure my request was handled promptly. All employees working at the front desk were EXCELLENT! It was a pleasure being at this Hyatt House for an extended stay and I plan to go back there again in the future. Thank You!"
