Not a huge deal, but I called down to the front desk to see if there was any chance that there was a room available in a quieter spot. Not only did the manager apologize for the noise and put us in a different room immediately, but he upgraded us to a larger room and comped us two rounds of drinks, absolutely above and beyond! Fork and bottle was a delightful romantic spot for dinner and the food, although priced a little on the higher end, was absolutely delicious (and service was wonderful there). Overall a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back. "

The entire hotel plus our room smelt like cigarettes.We had no choice but to stay but I debated on sleeping in my car. We brought food back to the room and we all just stood up eating cause we didn’t want to sit. We slept on top of the covers and thank god we had our own throw blankets in the car and we used clothing to cover the pillows. I will never stay at one of theses hotels ever again."
