The only negatives that we found during our trip were that the water pressure was not as strong as we wished it was in the shower, and cell phone reception was only one bar. We loved the open field of the atrium area, and were blown away by the breakfast options! The made to order omelettes were delicious, staff were so upbeat, and there were so many other choices to eat (loved the fresh fruit and the fact that we ate on real plates with silverware!). We did not go swimming as the pool water felt a little cooler than we would have chosen. We picked up the lamb platter for dinner from a local restaurant called Fattoush (delicious!). All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and if we are ever in the area again, we know where to stay! Highly recommend! "

Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Over the years, the home has been expanded and, more recently, fully renovated. Warm, welcoming, and well-suited for today’s lifestyle, the 5-bedroom 4 bath home includes two primary bedrooms with baths (one on the first floor), a family room in what was the original 1700's kitchen with a large walk-in wood burning fireplace on the lower level. The main floor has an inviting fireside living room, a dining room, and eat-in kitchen with contemporary appliances. The second floor has the second primary bedroom with an en-suite, a large walk-in closet and office. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has the 5th bedroom, furnished with 2 full beds and an en-suite bath with the original claw foot tub! A covered front-porch and rear stone patio invite guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the home. Like many historic properties built before the advent the automobile, our home does sit close to the road. Our front porch looks across at 12 acres of woods and a stream!

The Living Room is decorated in modern industrial furnishings and loaded with fun diversion: books, games, Roku TV (Netflix, Hulu included) full bar, etc... If you MUST get some work done, we have provide a large work desk with great lighting and scanner / printer to ensure you can get the 'requirements' done and enjoy the diversion.

The Dining room provides comfortable seating for 6 and a great view into the back yard. If you like to entertain, open the french doors and invite your guests to flow onto the deck. The space works very nicely to set a buffet in the kitchen, general table space in the dining room and social and cocktail space on the deck.

The Kitchen has tons of space and is well equipped with high quality cook ware and almost everything you could need. The bright and spacious Kitchen Aid cafe refrigerator provides enough food storage for a small army or 2 teenage boys. There is plenty of counter space for food preparation, and a microwave for those rushed moments and a halogen range / convection oven to ensure you can produce amazing meals. I have cooked Turkey Day dinner for 25 out of this kitchen without breaking a sweat...

(synthetic fiber available if requested).

The Laundry Room on the lower level provides front loader washer and dryer with room to process all your laundry including ironing board and more hangers than you hopefully need...

Your reservation is for the entire property. You will be the only guest and have full use of everything.

There is space on the lower level of the house. It is finished and in the process of becoming a theater room. It has a full size futon that sleeps 2 cozy. We do not advertise the house as 3 bedroom as this is more a space available when needed vs a daily use location.

If you walk past this market you’ll come upon a Starbucks for a variety of drinks and tasty foods. Don’t forget, across the street from the front of the apartment building is a huge shopping center with a Target, large Grocery Store and a Rite Aid, also available by foot. Get in the car to get to the huge King of Prussia Mall or visit historic Valley Forge. Take the train to Philadelphia for a day of sightseeing and fun.

The complete second floor apartment with a full eat in kitchen, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and spacious and comfortable Living Room are all for our guests to enjoy in private. This space is not shared with anyone else.

The building was just renovated so all of the drywall, paint and flooring are new, as well as the kitchen cabinets, bathroom walls finishes and plumbing fixtures. There are two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a queen sized pull out couch that adds 2 more sleeping spots. All three of those rooms have new ceiling fans. The modern kitchen has a table that easily fits four with an extra table leaf in the closet to expand the table if needed. The 42” TV has ROKU in Guest Mode for you to enjoy free shows as well as log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts with many, many other choices.

Even though there are parking spaces at the front of the building, we encourage our guests to park behind the building in the parking lot off of E. Conestoga Road. You will see the sign for “Head To Toe Healthy Spa”, which is on the first floor of the 2 story building. The rear of the building is also where the entrance to the apartment is.

However, the room at the very back of the building is used by the Main Building's SPA owner as a skin toning room for her clients and is separated by a sliding "barn style" door that can be locked by our guests. It is only used sporadically during the day by the Spa. The convenience of this room is that it provides a back entrance / exit door for our guests that can be accessed for loading such things as groceries from your car. If requested, guests can be notified by the Spa Owner when the back room is schedule to be used.
