I asked about Wi-Fi and was informed there was a guest network but it alternated between being iPad and requiring a asswird that he didn’t have. Once in the room it was obviously dingy and rundown. The bathroom was outdated and beat up. There was no refrigerator or microwave available. The room also only had one light, no lamps, and the majority of the electrical outlets didn’t work. This booking was a part of a 3 night trip for wrestlemania of which I spent the first 2 nights in Atlantic City and just committed to Philadelphia and I should done that for the third night as well. On the bright side the surrounding area was very robust with a variety of retail and dining options."

- "This place is located about 10 minutes from the airport and close to a ton of shopping centers, places to eat and walk. Downtown Philly is not too far of a drive either. The floors were a bit squeaky but that should be expected with an older house. I wish it had more tvs as there was only 1 in the whole house and it could do without the plug in air fresheners. It was very overpowering and they were plugged in throughout the whole house. All in all though I would recommend this place and stay here again."

- "Love the area and the apartment is exactly like the listing." - "This apartment was so perfect for me and my two little kids and my aunt and uncle. We were visiting family in the area I grew up in Springfield 3 miles away. It was walkable to so many conveniences, the train is across the street which my uncle took to the city and on to NYC for a few days. The downtown has cafes, wine bars, little toy shop my kids loved, the library and a park within walking distance. The house is plenty big enough, lots of stairs bc it's above shops but it was okay. I wish they had a baby gate available for the top of the stairs but that's just an idea. They had a pack and play, and comfortable beds. I felt a little nervous that the lock code doesn't change between visitors. We stayed for two stays with a break for the weekend in the middle when we went camping and the code didn't change leaving me feeling like anyone could go in that had that code at any time. But I know it's a safe area so I tried not to think too hard on that. The parking was a little difficult. The listing says it has parking but I guess they have own spot that multiple listings in the building share. Parking in the neighborhood was confusing to figure out what is okay overnight. Only issue is that we were charged for extra people we didn't have. The host said they'd send it back but we didn't get it. I'm sure they just forgot. Also the auto message said second time staying gets a 10% discount but we didn't get that either. I think it's an VRBO issue with their website not a host issue however. Overall great trip we hope to stay again!"

Studio apartment with bedroom and living space in same room. The apartment is very accessible as it only have 2 steps to enter within the studio.

- "It was neat and clean and in a quiet neighborhood" - "When we first arrived the living room light did not work and there were moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. We alerted the host and they immediately got a new floor lamp and coffee maker sent to the home. I went to plug the items in and learned that several outlets in the home did not work. The cupboards and drawers were dirty, and the oven didn’t work. There was a can opener in the drawer that also did not work. The bed was fantastic. The host also listed the property as having access to a hot tub which was not true."
