This is a great spot for Daytrips about an hour to Lancaster, Amish Country, Outlet shopping, Strasburg Railroad , or Longwood Gardens, the Naval Academy in Annapolis as well as the Inner Harbor are an easy daytrip. We are 45 min from the BWI Airport and 1 hr. from Philadelphia Airport. We trust you will find your stay comfortable. Your hosts are Florida Residents, who love to travel, and sometimes host their guests at the farm , They can be available if needed but the rental includes the first 2 floors, laundry, all porches and outdoor areas.

There also left keurig pods and mint chocolates on the table which was such a thoughtful touch. The basement is amazing too, with a whole living space, open bedroom and bathroom. - "We arrived at the property several hours after check-in time. Once we determined which of the 5 entrances to the unit to use for entry, we were dismayed to see both bedrooms had exterior keyless entry doors. Not comforting as a parent. While I was trying to process the many entrances, someone let themselves in our unit and proceeded let themselves enter the laundry room through our unit. We were gobsmacked and trying to understand why someone walked into our unit without care when another person did the same thing. According to the owner, the visitors were the cleaning crew who should have used the exterior entrance to laundry but they did not. They also said we should have told them we were at the unit so that would not happen however I was not confident with this since the cleaning people did not stop walking in once they saw us. We were barely there 5 minutes with all the confusion so no time to call - even though our instructions were to call if any problems. Needless to say, we booked a hotel and did not stay at this place. We felt very unsafe especially with the 5 doors (4 are exterior) to the unit, the unexpected guests using laundry, and keyless entry for both bedrooms from the exterior. To top it off, the musty smell from the crawl space was not appealing. Find another place to stay - the owner was not willing to compromise and return any of our money."
