The Space:
This place is great for a family or two with kids that are pre-teen and teenagers up to 8 guests. The first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room closet and open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with views of the waterfront. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower, and 65” Smart TV with streaming service access. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 55” Smart TV with streaming service access, and a full bathroom adjacent in the hallway. The living room has a massive 65” Smart TV with streaming access with free SlingTV and the ability to log into your own streaming service accounts. There is no local cable access. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and there’s a gas grill for cookouts.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to most of the property except for the locked closet in the master bedroom and the large outdoor shed that stores additional supplies. These areas are locked. There is a smaller outdoor shed that houses outdoor chairs, outdoor games and other items for guest use. The boat lifts are off limits to guests unless they are renting the slip for their own boat during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in the Sparrows Point area. The Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club and marina are just minutes down the road.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. We rent bicycles if you would be interested in using them during your stay. Simply rent them during your pre-arrival registration!

Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover minor damages done to the property.

Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. We also offer early check-in and late checkout for an additional fee of $75 if we have the time to between guests to prepare the property. You will be able to request these services when you fill out your pre-arrivalregistration.

We are very responsive to messages on the app and will not meet you in person unless there is an issue where you require our assistance. We want your experience to feel as private as possible. If you have any concerns or issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to message us. We prefer communicating through the app but are more than happy to speak with you over the phone in an emergency or time sensitive situation.

You’ll have all the amenities you need in this open floor plan studio unit including a kitchen complete with oven/stove, microwave and coffee maker. Revel in a large dresser and free-standing closet brackets for storage and feeling right at home. A flat screen TV is perched above a cozy queen bed and ready to stream your favorite media at the days end.

Great for a single or couple and pets are welcome. Great for short or long-term stays, enjoy the convenience of laundry and a dedicated parking space at the front of the unit which is on the backside of the upper unit. Please note the upper unit is a separate rental and has a shared central heat/air.

PET POLICY: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay. We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check-in fee is $25. Accommodation will depend on whether there is another guest checking out the same day, as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Feel free to ask as soon as possible and we will accommodate you if we can. If it is less than 24 hours till check-out, which means changing our cleaner’s schedule, there may be an extra $100 fee. Late check-out is 1 pm, with a minimum charge of $50, when available. If you need to check out later than 1 pm, we will need to charge you for an extra night.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please, no amplified music outdoors, in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted except during ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event that excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement is required for amenities, furnishings, or appliances, appropriate fees will be applied.

REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in or around the property, you will be notified immediately. Our handyman/service company may need access inside the property even if you are not present. Please note this is only for situations that require urgent action to make sure your needs are addressed and resolved immediately.

INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and you will need to purchase any additional products needed during your stay.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the house and will result in a fine of $750.

MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend a local Amazon locker or PO box for longer stays.

DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews, or with negative reviews, will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation to stay overnight in the property. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.

- "We were looking for a dog friendly flat on one level. The Dundalk location was good, and the overall condition of the flat was good, despite the tiny bathroom. Everything was fine except for the upstairs neighbors. We had no way of knowing that they would be a bunch of immature, loud young men. This almost ruined our stay!" - "When confirming stay I was required to send a selfie with my picture ID through text messages. Very uncomfortable and considering I have been using VRBO for years and have a 5 star rating so caught me off guard that I would need to do that as well as a $500 cleaning deposit. Uber dropped us at the front unit no mention or direction or address (on back basement entrance)There are no heat or cool settings for you to be comfortable, you have to contact the property manager. There is a window with no coverings to the back alleyway. No light for the stairs for said entrance. There is exposed wiring everywhere (I have pictures). You will only have 2 outlets in the “living area” and one in the “kitchen area”. Also there was no coffee cups, one water glass but two wine glasses. There was 2 spoons (dirty) and 1 fork (also dirty) the spatula was caked with old food. However the property manager rectified this the next day. That being said after dropping off these things they needed inside to get toilet paper from a locked room in our unit. The shower has mold and a gooey mess of someone else’s hair when we arrived had to stand and shower in standing water, didn’t want to cause anymore fuss I also have pictures and video. I’m convinced the shower was moldy because there is no bathroom fan. In case of fire there is only one door/escape so please be safe. Long story short after check out I had to contact the property manager to get my $500 damage deposit who insisted on Venmo."

Upon entry, you'll find the Family Room, a bright, sunlit space with beautiful hardwood floors that flow seamlessly through the main and second levels. Designed for comfort and charm, this room seats six guests and features a wall-mounted Smart TV on a swivel mount above a custom-built mantle with an electric fireplace. It's the perfect spot to hang out, especially in the evenings when the floor lamp casts a cozy glow in all the right places.

The dining area is truly special, with custom-built shelving, another Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. This room offers multiple lighting options, allowing you to set the perfect mood for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, or a family gathering. We even have a booster strap-chair for the little ones.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. It features a gas stove, a knee bar with two stools off a butcher block countertop, and an awesome coffee station for coffee lovers. There's a spice rack, toaster, blender, plenty of cooking tools, and more. If you find something missing, just let us know, and we'll provide it within reason.

The rear also offers a small sitting space for two on a platform with string lights for a charming evening ambiance.

In the front, you'll find your classic Baltimore porch with furniture for seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening breeze.

He wasn’t aware someone had booked a stay so bottom line we had no where to stay. We did get a refund and booked a hotel which was double the price. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The off street parking was a big draw and a huge reason we chose this house as we did not want to battle for a spot on the crowded streets. The pantry was among the best stocked pantry I have seen in a rental. If I could make one tiny suggestion, it would be to add towel hooks to the downstairs bathroom as we had nowhere to hang our towels to dry. Thank you Adam for a great stay."

The window was broken and called for services several times but no one ever showed up very nice house but very unsafe and they don’t tell you in the beginning that the doors don’t lock or the windows, so they let you pay your money and you get there and it’s unsafe"

The newly renovated apartment is conveniently located close to BWI, TradePoint Atlantic, Port of Balt, Johns Hopkins, UMMC, Amazon, 95,895, and 695. This lower-level apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen w/ access to a vending W/D ($5.00 load). All utilities are included which also includes Fios Wi-Fi. Central air and forced heat are controlled by an owner's app for the unit (Heating is set to 70* and cooling is set to 72*). Brand new LVT floors throughout. Queen bed and dresser in the bedroom with a very large closet. The living room has an L shaped couch, pub table, desk/chair, and TV. The kitchen has SS appliances, garbage disposal, ice maker, granite counters, coffee maker (Keurig), and is stocked with the items you'll need...pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc.

Also features, wifi, large flat-screen tv, a washer, and a dryer for your convenience!
