- "Overall, good. Just a couple of things to change for the check in process. Be better with having all check in info, WiFi and code upon arrival instead of going back and forth with the owner an hour prior to check in time. But the owner did supply that info. " - "This was the worst experience I have ever had! It was filthy- the walls, the tub, the windowsills…everything! Even the towels were stained! There was no hot water for the shower, no outlets in the bathroom. All on top of the fact that it was in a high crime area! The host never responded to any of the messages I sent while there. We boomed 2 nights but only stayed one! Good thing, because there was a stand off with the police the next day I. The same road! I want my MJ ey back for the night we did t stay. The host has not responded still! "

Lawn service times vary between 8am and 6pm, so you may hear mowers and weed-wackers outside at these different hours. Be aware that you may hear neighbors mowing their own lawns earlier or later than these times.

• Weather: Maryland has all four seasons (sometimes all in one day). We have provided books, games, and a list of indoor activities for you to enjoy.

This neighborhood occasionally loses power and internet during storms. There are flashlights and extra blankets available on the property.

We also recommend purchasing travel insurance in the case that inclement weather impacts your trip. No refunds will be given for weather related events, including power and internet outages.

• Snow removal: We have provided shovels and sidewalk salt for your use. We also have a service that will do their best to keep up with ice and snow removal. During blizzards, snow removal may be delayed or moved (this is for the safety of the people providing the service). Snow removal only includes walkways and the park-pad out back. Alleyways are plowed by the county, and we have no control over when plows are scheduled. In suburban neighborhoods, it isn't uncommon to see people save their front parking by using cones or chairs. Please be respectful and do not take someone else's dug out spot.

- "Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The house is old, dirty, and the host clearly lied about number of bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms, not 3. Furniture is old and broken. Pillows are stained. Carpet and entire house is dirty. There was no cleaning prior to our arrival. The kitchen had mops and cleaning supplies out, no trash bags in trashcan. The kitchen was not usable. Overall, it was a terrible stay, would not recommend, will never come back! "
