Welcome to the Homestead on Weber Road! A quaint little attached Cape Cod nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake is perfect for the family, a girlfriend trip, or a couples only weekend trip to beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Relax in a heated sunroom located at the back of the property overlooking a wooded backyard and large meadow beyond where you will frequently see deer, red fox, and a large variety of wild birds. Sunroom also contains a large, flat screen TV and wrap around sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed. Cozy family room provides guests another flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped, recently renovated eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen table and island that makes everyone feel welcome. Master bedroom suite with a king bed is located off the kitchen on the first floor. Full bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with all main floor doorways and bathroom being ADA compliant. Laundry Room is also on the first floor for ease of doing a quick load of wash. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One contains a queen bed and the other has a full daybed with a twin pull-out trundle which is perfect for the kids or teens. Another full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Parking for up to six vehicles in driveway. House has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the Family Room, Master Bedroom and Sunroom; Smart TVs are in the upstairs bedrooms. Centrally located to lots of Lancaster area hot spots (Spooky Nook, Hershey, Lancaster, etc). Visit with Albus and Neville, our resident goats, and enjoy your coffee on the spacious patio.

Lititz was once voted the coolest small town in the US (have I mentioned that already?); once you've visited, we think you'll understand why. Not only is it the perfect intersection of traditional bucolic wholesomeness and hipster indy coffee shops with skinny jeaned-baristas (wait— maybe this isn’t a thing anymore??), it is the unlikely hot bed of the live entertainment scene and the internationally acclaimed Rock Lititz campus. So what does that mean for you? 1. You can lay in bed and hear Amish buggies going by late on Sunday nights 2. You can sip an organic soy bean vanilla mocha half caf with a quintuple shot garnished with chia seeds and freshly ground flax while sitting outside of a fair trade, local bean-roasting, shiplap'ed/subway tiled coffee shop 3. and you might see Katy Perry walk by while doing so. I mean, I'm not making any promises, but do you really want to risk missing this opportunity by not booking with us?

I don't want to start any rumors (yes I do), but we may or may not have hosted some of the talent rehearsing at the nearby Rock Lititz campus. So staying here pretty much makes you famous by association. I'd like your autograph please. In our guest book. :)

Perfect for families, a girlfriend trip, scrapbooking weekend, clown convention, "I need to hide from my kids for 48 hours" getaway, or a couple on a weekend vineyard tour to gorgeous Lancaster County, Rosey’s is a carefully curated space designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. The house is named for Rosey’s Ice Cream, the Rosenberg family's contribution to Lititz's early foodie scene, which was housed on the property from the 1920’s until the 1980’s. We are within sidewalk walking distance (1 mile or less) to Lititz’s downtown attractions--including ice cream shops, and for the sake of upholding the Rosenberg legacy, you should definitely make a stop. If you happen to be strolling downtown on a Saturday, you might notice Rosey's Lunch Wagon, which is a distant cousin of the original Rosey's Ice Cream Home Delivery Service (Think Amazon Fresh, 1945 style.)

We have a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig (K-cups provided), french press, burr grinder, and Chemex; listen- we don't mess when it comes to coffee. Bases covered. High chair/pack and play available upon request- we love little ones, and welcome them wholeheartedly. Full laundry available, as well as laundry necessities (detergent, iron, etc).

On the first floor, you will find the dining room, kitchen (with breakfast nook), full bathroom/laundry room, mud room and living room. The living room has an armoire with a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player and small collection of DVDS, and a growing collection of games. Catch up on some reading by grabbing a book from our growing library in the dining room. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch, grill outside on the patio in the side yard, or roast marshmallows under the stars (fire pit, outdoor furniture, gas grill available seasonally). Our resident Nigerian Dwarf goats are named Albus and Neville, and they love carrots and raisins and being scratched behind their ears while you whisper sweet nothings to them. Listen—goats, humans... at the end of the day, we all just want to be appreciated and for someone to think we’re special.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a full size bed, and one with two twin beds. This twin bedroom has doors for privacy, but it is a walkthrough to the 3rd floor bedroom; this means that if someone's sleeping in the 3rd floor bedroom and they need to pee in the middle of the night, they will be walking through this room to get to the bathroom- so be forewarned if you sleep nudey :). We provide pre-stamped post cards, so be sure to send some Lititz love to your friends and family. The 3rd floor bedroom boasts 4 adorable twin sized beds, as well as some fun items for the little humans in your life. Each bedroom has a sound machine, and a relaxing pillow mist spray, because we know it's sometimes hard to get to sleep when you are away from home.

This home is semidetached (very common in this area, and sometimes called a duplex or a townhouse), but we do not live in the other half of the house. However, we are just around the corner and can be available quickly for any needs you may have. We'd love to meet you only if you want to be met; otherwise we won't be all up in your biz. Unless you're making something good for dinner, in which case, let's be best friends.

It's almost a mile from the center of town so it's walkable plus Lititz has plentiful parking if you want to drive. Lititz Springs Park is a beautiful park to visit in the town of Lititz. There are lots of beautiful shops and restaurants within walking distance from the park.

Little Limeade Lititz Cottage

Cool spot aka limeade cottage. Classy, cool, quirky, it is as unique as my spirit. Lots of green and earthy colors. Just off the beaten path- miles from the heartbeat of one of the coolest towns in the USA. Although if you get bored we are a stones throw away from “World Famous Rock Lititz” hotel and entertainment center. Grab a good meal and great drinks.
The space
This is a tiny home but it is cozy & comfy with natural floors. Country style kitchen cabinets and chef lovers range. Living room with bay window offers an abundance of natural light. Along with a cozy faux decorative fireplace for cold weather guests, and a L-shaped couch the whole family can enjoy. Bathroom has a tranquil atmosphere and a relaxing spa like soaking bathtub. Primary bedroom offers a comfy king bed with quality sheets and quilts. The second bedroom is truly tiny but still offers a super comfy queen bed with good quality bedding. end your day relaxing on the rear screened-in porch. We are pet friendly, we love woofies and putties. There is a decent yard to have your doggies out. A tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort was put into making this eclectic home, a comfy stay. Please note it is a smaller home and ceilings are not high. Overall it will be a great spot to call home and it is so close to cool, unique shops and restored breweries. Also, drive north a bit for awesome hiking trails or drive 20 minutes into Historic Lancaster City.

- "This is our 2nd visit to this property, both times for work. The location was ideal for our needs. On this visit we had a few particular circumstances of note. First, we didn't realize we needed to be there until the day before. Second, we needed to extend the visit on two different occasions. Third, we had a minor issue with Internet. The central theme is the ownership / management of the property. EACH of our requests was handled immediately, with professionalism and respect, and to our satisfaction. Rent this place and know that the owner is there for you of ever needed, and within minutes at that. We'll definitely be staying again."

There is a spacious living room with an electric fireplace, books, games, Wireless Internet (wifi), and a DVD player for your use. At the end of the day, you can relax in the 2-person jacuzzi or curl up on the window seat and read a book.

- "The property was quaint, well maintained and the space was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The property is set next to a creek and there was an outdoor space to relax. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy so we were indoors. The garage had everything we needed to relax and reset. The look of the garage was beautiful and so well done, from the kitchen area, to the living space with a small desk and fireplace to the bedroom with a jacuzzi and full bathroom. The lighting made the garage peaceful and not having a tv made for great conversation with one another! All of the little extras made the stay complete- from the "stocked" fridge with drinks, yogurt and delicious homemade cookies to the snacks and coffee selections, it was just enough. We enjoyed some antiquing and decided to order dinner so we could just relax and enjoy the space some more. We will definitely share this property with others and may come back and visit next year. Located ideally in peaceful Lancaster County, PA, this home is situated conveniently halfway between downtown Lancaster and Lititz (voted "America's Coolest Small Town" in 2013!). Also near Amish country and great outlet shopping. We have it all!

The space
This home is a great blend of a quiet, peaceful place while being close to all of the things you want to do in the area: downtown Lititz (voted "Coolest Small Town in America" in 2013), downtown Lancaster, Amish country, lots of famous outlet shopping and much more.

The house is a well-appointed townhome with a living room, kitchen/dining room, TV room, 1.5 baths and 2 furnished bedrooms. There is also outdoor seating on a front porch as well as a deck in the back of the house.

Within easy walking distance (5 minutes), there are a number of shops and restaurants as well as a public park with jogging/walking trails, sporting areas and playgrounds.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is shared with a VERY friendly cat who has no fear of people and WILL want to interact with you. If you are not into cats (especially clingy ones with no sense of personal space), this may not be the accommodation for you.

Guests will have the top floor of the house to themselves during their stay as the host stays in the finished basement. This allows for a sense of complete privacy and can almost feel like you have the whole house to yourself!

Guests will enjoy a private room with a queen bed that accommodates 1 or 2 people. There is plenty of storage space both in the closet as well as two nightstands.

Directly across the hall is the full bathroom. All amenities will be provided: towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, etc.

In addition, there is a private TV/Sitting Room next to the Bedroom that guests will have fully to themselves to relax, watch TV and stretch out.

Guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable in other parts of the house downstairs as well, but please note that the first floor IS shared and the host may come and go in these areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as outdoor sitting areas (both a front porch and a back deck).

During your stay
Some of my best travel experiences have been those that involved getting to know or staying with a local and learning about the "real" life in a place. I'm happy to do as much or as little of this for you as you would like.

If you're interested, I can tell you about great places to eat and drink, the coolest sites, museums, local events, shopping, etc. But if you have your own plans and don't need my help, that's fine too.

For the most part, I will be around and available both to welcome you upon arrival and to help when/if needed. If I won't be for some reason, I'll let you know that up front. Basically, I'm here to help you in any way that I can if you would like, but also willing to make myself scarce if you prefer to just hibernate upstairs instead. :-)

While I don't make a formal breakfast, I will happily show you where everything is and you'll be welcome to help yourself to whatever you would like to eat in the mornings. While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa.

While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one.

Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.

This is its own self contained apartment within our house. You have your own bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area, as well as a small kitchen. There is a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and Foodi toaster oven. In the warm weather, there is a small outdoor space for your use.

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).

Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy for the guest suite and includes no smoking on the property. It is 2 blocks to Lititz square, close to rail-to-trail from Lititz to Ephrata, large windows, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster city. Enjoy park views & comfy charm!

The space
The apartment is a brand-new renovation and we would love input about our listing! The building is in the process of upgrades inside and out. There is a new gas furnace and central air. Enjoy granite counters, large windows with tons of natural light, privacy and close proximity to town and all of Lancaster County. Take a walk in Lititz Springs Park and feed the ducks or bike on the rail-to-trail (bikes can be locked on downstairs porch). Sit on the upstairs porch, warm if sunny even in the winter. The kitchen is fully-equipped to do moderate amounts of cooking. Coffee and tea with creamers and sweeteners are provided. We have hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent but we do not provide shampoo. There is a steamer/iron, hair dryer, Keurig plus standard coffee maker and toaster. WIFI is fast and there is a subscription to You Tube TV for your enjoyment (smart Roku tv). PLEASE NOTE: access to the front door is up a set of interior stairs.

The space
Lititz was once voted the coolest small town in the US (have I mentioned that already?); once you've visited, we think you'll understand why. Not only is it the perfect intersection of traditional bucolic wholesomeness and hipster indy coffee shops with mom jeaned-baristas, it is the unlikely hot bed of the live entertainment scene and the internationally acclaimed Rock Lititz campus. So what does that mean for you? 1. You can lay in bed and hear Amish buggies going by late on Sunday nights 2. You can sip an organic soy bean vanilla mocha half caf with a quintuple shot garnished with chia seeds and freshly ground flax while sitting outside of a fair trade, local bean-roasting, shiplap'ed/subway tiled coffee shop 3. and you might see Katy Perry walk by while doing so. I mean, I'm not making any promises, but do you really want to risk missing this opportunity by not booking with us?

Perfect for families, a girlfriend trip, scrapbooking weekend, clown convention, "I need to hide from my kids for 48 hours" getaway, or a couple on a weekend vineyard tour to gorgeous Lancaster County, Rosey’s is a carefully curated space designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. The house is named for Rosey’s Ice Cream, the Rosenberg family's contribution to Lititz's early foodie scene, which was housed on the property from the 1920’s until the 1980’s. We are within sidewalk walking distance (1 mile or less) to Lititz’s downtown attractions--including ice cream shops, and for the sake of upholding the Rosenberg legacy, you should definitely make a stop. If you happen to be strolling downtown on a Saturday, you might notice Rosey's Lunch Wagon, which is an offshoot of the original Rosey's Ice Cream Home Delivery Service (Think Amazon Fresh, 1945 style.)

We have a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig (K-cups provided), french press, and Chemex; listen- we don't mess when it comes to coffee. Bases covered. High chair/pack and play/stroller are available upon request- we love little ones, and welcome them wholeheartedly. Full laundry available, as well as laundry necessities (detergent, iron, etc).

WHAT WE ARE NOT (and here comes the mean mom in me, so get ready for it): If you are looking to throw a wild party (or even a moderately wild party) we love you and wish you the best, but please move along. This isn't the place for you. We're wholesome folks and we don't want to be cleaning up your vomit (or any other bodily fluids for that matter)-- it ain't happening; it’s a nope from us. Wine on the patio with your guitar and your college sorority sisters harmonizing to Indigo Girls songs from 1992, I love that journey for you— warmest welcome extended. Beer pong at 11pm with 30 of your closest bros, HARD PASS. Louder for the folks in the back: YOU MAY NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV, a DVD player and small collection of DVDS, and a growing collection of games. We also have added some shelves with a growing number of books for you to read. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch, grill outside on the huge patio in the side yard, or roast marshmallows under the stars (fire pit, outdoor furniture, gas grill available seasonally). Our resident Pygmy goats are named Dolly and Elton, and they love carrots and raisins and being scratched behind their ears while you whisper sweet nothings to them. Listen—goats, humans... at the end of the day, we all just want to be appreciated and for someone to think we’re special.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a full size bed, and one with two twin beds. This twin bedroom has doors for privacy, but it is a walkthrough to the 3rd floor bedroom; this means that if someone's sleeping in the 3rd floor bedroom and they need to pee in the middle of the night, they will be walking through this room to get to the bathroom- so be forewarned if you sleep nudey. ;) We’ve put out some local brochures and pre-stamped post cards in this room, so be sure to send some Lititz love to your friends and family. The 3rd floor bedroom boasts 4 adorable twin sized beds, as well as some fun items for the little humans in your life. Each bedroom has a sound machine, and a relaxing pillow mist spray, because we know it's sometimes hard to get to sleep when you are away from home.

This space in our basement has an outside entrance with a keyless entry.

It was recently finished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a spacious living area. My family and I live on the main floor of the house so we can’t guarantee that you wont be able to hear us sometimes but we will try our best to be as quiet as possible😊.

Also there is a sound machine in both of the bedrooms.

Built in the 1700s, this historic building is the perfect country bungalow for one to two people. With a full bathroom, open sitting space, kitchenette and loft bedroom, the Log Cabin is ripe with authentic Pennsylvania charm.

The log cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. The cabin has an open downstairs, and steep stairs to a narrow opening that lead up to the loft bedroom.

The loft features a great king-sized bed with a very steep A-frame ceiling - you won't be able to fully stand up in the loft area.

Behind the log cabin is our moon deck that overlooks the heart-shaped pond and rolling hills.

Our kitchenette includes a large mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery. Everything in the kitchenette is for your use!

Along with access to the log cabin, guests can wander around our 100 acre property. We ask that guests do not enter any of the farm buildings, but there some great walking paths, ponds, and streams to explore.

We have 30 chickens, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Gatsby, and a vegetable garden.

PETS:
While we allow guests to bring dogs, we expect dogs to be well behaved. We ask that all dogs remained leashed when outside for the sake of our free range chickens who roam all over the farm. Please let us know if you plan to bring any pets. We will charge an additional $25 pet fee for 1 dog, $40 pet fee for 2 dogs.

Please note this space is not set up for cooking—no kitchen. There are great restaurants nearby for dining or take out. **Parking for ONE VEHICLE only.** EV charging available for a small fee.

We have 3 large patios. Guests have access to the the fireplace patio (1st) and pool patio (3rd). The grill & tea house on the 2nd patio are not for guests. Guests are welcome to use the picnic table on Patio 2.

Other things to note
The loft is located on top of a hill. The driveway is steep but the views are worth it! It can be a problem during snow or freezing rain. We don’t delay in clearing it as soon as possible. Thank you for considering the weather when you book during winter season.

Little Limeade Lititz Cottage

Cool spot aka limeade cottage. Classy, cool, quirky, it is as unique as my spirit. Lots of green and earthy colors. Just off the beaten path- miles from the heartbeat of one of the coolest towns in the USA. Although if you get bored we are a stones throw away from “World Famous Rock Lititz” hotel and entertainment center. Grab a good meal and great drinks.

The space
This is a tiny home but it is cozy & comfy with natural floors. Country style kitchen cabinets and chef lovers range. Living room with bay window offers an abundance of natural light. Along with a cozy faux decorative fireplace for cold weather guests, and a L-shaped couch the whole family can enjoy. Bathroom has a tranquil atmosphere and a relaxing spa like soaking bathtub. Primary bedroom offers a comfy king bed with quality sheets and quilts. The second bedroom is truly tiny but still offers a super comfy queen bed with good quality bedding. end your day relaxing on the rear porch. We are pet friendly, we love woofies and putties. There is a decent yard to have your doggies out. A tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort was put into making this eclectic home, a comfy stay. Please note it is a smaller home and ceilings are not high. Overall it will be a great spot to call home and it is so close to cool, unique shops and restored breweries. Also, drive north a bit for awesome hiking trails or drive 20 minutes into Historic Lancaster City.

Our 1781 Log Cabin has been meticulously designed with hand picked, curated pieces that give this authentic log home a modern chic yet cozy feel. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will know you have picked the right spot for a relaxing getaway.

The space
When you step in the front door you are greeted by our "Welcome" table. Outfitted with a large board with information that is helpful to your stay, this is the perfect place to drop your keys and your phone and begin to unwind. As you step into the living area you will instantly feel that cozy vibe we all look for on a getaway. Furnished with a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 guests, a smart TV, a beautiful large stone fireplace and plenty of seat options, this living room is where you will want to hang out every afternoon while you plan your evenings out. Beyond the living room is our small balcony area that over looks Lititz Run. Lititz Run is the continuance of the famous Lititz Springs which begins it's flow from underground at the historic Lititz Springs Park located in the heart of Lititz. This is where you'll want to sip your morning coffee and watch the ducks bathe every afternoon. Each bedroom is outfitted with a cozy spot for catching up on emails or finally getting to that book you have been meaning to finish reading. There is a spacious master bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom. As you venture downstairs you will find to your right- a great high top, perfect to be used for catching up on some work or eating your breakfast. The laundry room and second full bathroom is also located in that area. Turn to the left at the bottom of the stairs and you are welcomed into our open floor plan dining and kitchen area with views of Lititz Run and the farmland that Lancaster County, PA is so famously known for. Out the rear door, you are led out onto a stone patio. If you look carefully along the outside walls, you'll find the 1781 dated stone, marking the year the log cabin was built.
The Log Cabin is part of an ongoing restoration project known as Compass Mill Complex that we hope to be completed in 2023. On site at the Compass Mill Complex are some fantastic small businesses that are already up and running and are making a huge impact on our small town! Artisan Mill Company is home to over 200 vendors with products that range from handmade soaps, jewelry, and furniture to teas, home decor and clothing. There is truly something for everyone! We are also home to Inna's Pierogi Shop. Serving her authentic Polish pierogi in over 200 grocery stores,here at her home base at the Complex, you can purchase frozen, fresh and ready to eat pierogi! And what goes great with pierogi? Well, craft brew of course! Coming in 2022- Compass Mill Tap House! Our Log Cabin was built in 1781 and therefore creates a unique space. From the hand hewn- wide plank floors, narrow stair case to kitchen/dining area, curated pieces throughout and log timber walls. We ask that our guests make note of this very special place and know that it presents some limitations to guests and their needs. We DO NOT under any circumstance allow parties or events to take place in the cabin. If this rule is found to be broken you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given. We DO NOT allow pets. We ask that you leave the cabin as you found it, intact and clean. Also to note, the fireplaces in the home are NOT for guests use. They are capped/sealed and can not be utilized. This measure is in place for safety of our guests and the preservation of the cabin.

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The space is located in a renovated barn, equiped with a private half-basketball court with unlimited access. We are great for groups!! It is two stories with a bedroom and loft space that acts as the second bedroom. This being said, to get to the entrance of our listing you must climb a flight of stairs. So please keep this in mind when booking.

We are completely fine with extra guests that can spread out in the loft, but ask for an added fee for any group larger than 6.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials one may need for a dinner in, and our parking lot/driveway can deal with 4/5 cars. Our home also comes with farm life, from our horse, who is always ready for extra carrots and our barn cat Anna, who loves greeting each guest.

The hosts lives in the house across the lawn, but is as hidden or as needed as you want. You'll have your own passcode to the entrance so you can come and go as you please.

**Sorry due to all the animals around our properties we don’t allow ANY pets. As much as we adore our horses and trust them, we get nervous around new animals that do not know how to interact with them.**

On the bookshelf there are books where guests choose a book to take with them and leave one in its place! The two bedrooms on the first floor share one bathroom with a tile shower and floating vanity. Upstairs is the primary owner’s suite with a large king bed, a private bathroom with a tile shower, and a 55” smart TV. Through the kitchen and out the side door, you are led out into an enclosed porch and newly installed composite deck where you will want to sip your morning coffee and take in the Lancaster County fresh air!
