COMPLEX: The unit is located at a private condominium complex, it is the largest two-bedroom in the complex and has many upgrades. It is a 2 story unit, on the 2nd level of the complex.

AMENITIES: Enjoy an outdoor shower and an on-site in-ground heated pool. Both the living area and the master bedroom offer patios with views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Beach tags, pool tags, linens and towels are included. This unit has a laundry room with a washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

BIKES:
If you chose to bring your bike, please only store and lock on designated bike racks. Do not lock or store in any other location. We are not responsible for guest's bikes or storage. Bike racks on the back of vehicles are not permitted within the complex parking lot and must be removed.

HOA REGULATIONS: Failure to comply with HOA guidelines will result in a $25.00 fee per penalty.

Located on a quiet, friendly street and only 6 properties from the peace and tranquility of the lifeguard-protected beach, this house is still only minutes away from the action and excitement of Atlantic City! It's the best of both worlds. In addition, the property is located only a short two block walk to a park with tennis, shuffleboard, roller hockey, basketball, miniature golf and a skateboard park. So relax on the beach or enjoy some family friendly sports, all within a short walking distance of the house. This 3-story home is equipped with an elevator to pamper you throughout your stay and to make your move in/out a breeze. The 2nd floor greets you with a huge 22' X 20' living room with gas fireplace. Relax in comfort on the new sectional sofa with five recliners while you enjoy your favorite movie on the Sony TV with DVD player. The 2nd floor also features a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the cherry hardwood floors which are throughout this floor into the state of the art kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cherry cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and food processor. The dining room features a wet bar and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 8-10. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also on the 2nd floor.

The first floor offers a junior suite with queen bed and large custom closet. There is a wall-mounted Roku TV and the hall bath has a tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor is quite large and is decorated in a nautical style. It features two twin 'boat beds.' One of the beds has a pull out trundle (twin) while the other has a storage trundle. There is also a wall-mounted Roku TV. This room also has a couch which opens into a Queen sleeper sofa so the room can comfortably sleep 4-5 guests.

There is a 1 car garage with keyless access as well as 2 off-street, private parking spaces. There is also an outdoor shower and stainless steel grill.

Bi-level, single family home, on a cul de sac, in residential neighborhood. The home, 2700 square feet, sleeps 8 people, formal living room, family room and has two backyard patios, with Jacuzzi, deck off of each the upstairs bedrooms and a sundeck on top. 7 minute drive to Atlantic City. Beach access(chairs and tags provided) is a block away. Large shed for storing bikes, surf and fishing gear. Great home for a family vacation.
The family room is the center of activity our in our home. Equipped with an elegant bar, Jukebox and a 83" 4K UHD TV. Xfinity with HBO(on all 7 tv's thru out the house) and Chromecast Ultra streaming capabilities, your movie and music options are endless in the home theater seating(popcorn included!). Directly outside the family room is a dining patio and Jacuzzi. Close by we have a cocktail patio near the Master Grill and rotisserie.

- "The experience was excellent. Rebecca was very helpful with small and large questions. The inside of the condo was in good shape with modern appliances and everything we needed. The location is incredible--the condo has direct access to the path to the beach and is adjacent to the pool. Minor negatives are the long walk to the water (it is a big beach!) and the somewhat dilapidated appearance on the outside. Wood was dangling from the upstairs balcony and we were warned just before our arrival not to use that balcony for safety reasons. I am sure that will be fixed quickly."

The 3rd floor master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private deck, and spa-like bathroom. A second bedroom on the upper level features 2 twin beds, and overlooks the large family room.

- "This was a great location. Quick walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to walk to get coffee or ice cream. Quick drive over to Atlantic City for the nightlife. The unit was spacious and had a night layout with the living, dining, and kitchen with a bathroom on first floor and two beds upstairs with full bath on second floor. The AC is two wall units but they both worked pleasantly well and I was surprised that I actually got chilly one night. Thank you!"
