It was a little smaller than I had thought but not so much that it bothered me. Bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, and living room area were all perfect. But I think my favorite part of the room had to have been the view. Every room has a balcony and I had a very nice view of the ocean and the city. The arcade is small but it did the job for my kids. Me and my wife even played a few games. I like the fact that the hotel has a pool and the pool was clean as well. If you go at the right time it may be empty for hrs so we definitely enjoyed the pool time and I enjoyed the jacuzzi area. We paid to go to the Waterpark nearby but it was insanely crowded! My family and I stayed for a few hrs but my kids couldn't wait to run out that place and run back to the hotel pool lol. - "Carisbrooke Inn is a beautiful, quaint, historic house transformed into a lovely B&B. We stayed here two nights in late June 2017. What a wonderful area of Ventnor City... literally just a stone's throw from Atlantic City. We got stuck in traffic near Baltimore, so we arrived later than the usual check-in time. When we called to let them know they said "No problem!", and gave us instructions on how to obtain the key and gain entrance into the property. What a relief! Our room was very clean, although a little on the small side. My husband would like to have had a bigger bathroom and shower, but I was happy that we had a private bathroom. No matter...we spent most of our stay on the boardwalk and at the beach, which was about 1/2 block away! Great location with restaurants and shopping within a couple of blocks. We found the AAAA Bike Shop just 2 blocks away, and rented brand new bicycles overnight to ride around town. There's a back yard area at Carisbrooke where there is plenty of room to park the bikes and lock them up. Then there was the breakfast. Awesome! The Carisbrooke pancakes were light and fluffy... probably the best pancakes I've ever had! My husband went for the made-to-order omelet both days, which he loved. We also enjoyed the late afternoon snacks of cheese and crackers, wine, fresh fruit, and cookies. The refrigerator was stocked with ice cold bottles of water, as well. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast servers were wonderful. Overall, we loved The Carisbrooke Inn and would definitely stay there again. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to the AC area. Thanks to all!"

- "Very spacious and comfortable " - "I liked how big the rooms were. Also that there were 3 bathrooms. Dislike Internet was horrible. I was unable to connect to my laptop for work. The TV kept looping because it could not connect to the Internet. A stronger Internet signal is definitely needed for this condo. The beds were very low to the ground. The chairs in the dining room were very short. We did not have an ocean front as advertised it was an ocean side. The only view was contruction and a hotel named Oceans not the ocean. We did not have hot water until the middle of the day. Overall the place seems to be a nice facility just needs areas of improvement and not to advertise ocean front when its not a ocean front. Its a ocean side side view."

This newly-renovated second floor apartment is situated less than 100 feet from the boardwalk, right next to Caesars Casino in Atlantic City. You can enjoy the beautiful Bungalow beach right in front of your eyes, the famous boardwalk filled with confection shops and amusements, the Tanger Outlets so that you can shop until you drop, and all the Casinos to test your luck.

The space
The Sunny beach house is 3 floors with a yellow and blue front deck. You are booking the second floor apartment entered through the left side of the house. The space includes a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Recent updates include all new appliances throughout the house. Fully stocked kitchen with new stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker and refrigerator. Cooking materials such as pots, pans, silverware cutlery, glass cups, bowls, plates and condiments. Living room with a new couch, dining table and a 65” LG TV with Pluto streaming channels. Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu and more. The room comes with a comfortable queen bed, night stands, extra fleece blanket, hangers and drawers for your clothes. Iron and board inside the closet of the bedroom. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essential toiletries. Wireless 300 mbps internet and air-conditioning/heat throughout the property.

Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance to the second floor (which is the space shown in the listing pictures). The entrance is located at the left side of the house with the blue door. Guests would walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor apartment. There are other guests who may have booked the first and third floor apartments.

Other things to note
No loud music, smoking or partying is allowed. Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am.

The front porch is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and protection of our guests.

Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper in the bathroom.
