This fenced rancher house has 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom , full kitchen, living room , 6 seater dining table with smart washer and dryer. Plenty of backyard space to enjoy nature .

You may access the whole house and its surroundings except the closets in the hallway and laundry room.

1. You will abide by Federal, State, and Local laws.
2. Absolutely NO smoking or drug use on-premises. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering, and removing smoke and fire alarm detectors will cause automatic removal from the property without a refund. There will be a charge of 100 dollars for replacement.
3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. Must be 18 years old or older to check-in and stay the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 1OPM and 9 AM. Please be courteous to everyone.
4. Subletting or subleasing of my place is not permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed in the unit.
6. If checking out before 1O AM please text to let me know yo let cleaners aware.
8. No bikes in the house.
There is a security/surveillance camera for safety by the front door and backdoor.
9. Store all beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia in the trunk of your car.
10. Check-in is between 4 PM-7 PM
11. Check-out is at 10AM. There will be a $100 charge every hour until you check out. We can accommodate the off-season if possible an extra fee and are not in busy summer months
12. The front door key will be locked inside your unit. The card key will access the building after 7 PM. Please leave the key locked in the unit when you check out. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace it if it is lost.
13. Bring your beach towels.
14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Empty dishwasher after use.
15. If you need to do laundry, you will need soap and a credit card for the laundry room use instead of quarters.
16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes and thoroughly sanitize units after every new set of guests.
18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit.
19. You may leave the bed you use unmade.
20. Keurig dual coffee maker will be supplied with some pods to get started. You may bring your favorite coffee pods and grounds to brew and please clean them after use.
21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit.
22. We have street parking only.
23. Stove, refrigerator and microwave in the unit for hotdogs.soda, water, etc.

My family uses this as a vacation home throughout the year, so it has most amenities. Completely remodeled after Superstorm Sandy with personal touches. As a Coast Guard Family, we hope you enjoy and respect the personal nautical decor!

While listed as a whole house, you will ONLY have full access to all downstairs. Although we do not live here, upstairs is for private use and will be off limits-sorry. VRBO does not provide for a description of this type of set up.

Interaction with guests

Minimal to no interaction with quest, however, I am available at anytime for whatever your needs via my cell phone. We will never be sharing the home with guest.

Other things to note

This area is known for watersports such as: championship windsurfing, kitesurfing, kite flying kayaking, boating, paddleboarding, and fishing. The area is tidal, however, at low tide you will have easy access to a free secluded beach!

- "Excellent communication with owner. Had all kitchen appliances and more than enough utensils/plates/mugs/wine glasses, etc. for a group of 14. Impressed that we had no problems with hot water or pressure! A/C worked great but did not fully quite reach the 3d floor but the ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Great location and loved taking a run to the boardwalk (slightly over a mile) in the mornings. We all felt comfortable with the space whether we wanted to be in a group or if someone wanted to be alone. I would highly recommend for a large group. Only thing to note is listing noted 2 bikes in garage but was told not accessible due to liability."

Corner property across the street from a bike path. It is minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from Atlantic City Casinos. This rancher has a large covered porch with a large dining table, a love seat, and two comfy oversized chairs. A small deck houses two rockers that face the afternoon sun after taking an outdoor shower. The kitchen overlooks the porch with a peninsula that seats 6/8. Large dining room that comfortably seats 8. The dining space opens to the living room with a comfortable sectional that seats 5 to 6 along with a comfortable chair and ottoman. An office space houses a desk couch and chair. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one small bedroom with two single beds. The fourth room has a Peloton (bring your own shows) and room to roll out a queen magnetic topper if need be. The second queen bedroom has an elliptical trainer. There are plenty of opportunities to stay physically while visiting our Peloton Beach Bungalow. We also have his and her bikes available to ride the quite lengthy path.

Our Lyons Cove cottage is a ranch-style home, with a loft and its own private front and back entrances. The space includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), 1 loft bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom downstairs and 1 half bathroom in the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom offers a cozy balcony, with stairs to the spacious front porch. The yard is generous, extending all around the house and it is privately fenced in.

The living room features a reclining couch, stylish seating and a smart TV. Guests can log into their preferred streaming apps. (Don’t forget to log out before your departure). The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, with a vanity and closet space. Across the hallway, the Queen bedroom has a dedicated working space and a spacious drawer dresser. Nightstands in both bedrooms are equipped with USB ports and plugs. The loft bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with a private half bathroom and a futon.

If you have a dog, this is the perfect place to run in wide open grassy space and a Doggy Clean-Up Station to make keeping clean as convenient as possible. We have a 220V EV charger available for your use. We are centrally located, just a 10 minute drive to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Smithville Village and the Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, 15 minutes to Brigantine and 20 minutes to Margate and Ocean City. There are many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance including Jersey Cow and Dairy Queen for ice cream and Shoprite supermarket is just a 3 minute drive.

Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The space
Our cozy bedroom and full bath is attached to the back of our home with its own separate entrance that features a coded lock to your own private space. It's located behind our kitchen with a solid dead bolted door. We take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
We ask that all our guests be 21 and or over with a NO SMOKING policy on premises. This includes vape pens, e-cigarettes, Marijuana, etc. as it permeates through our homes hvac system. Our property also has a NO PETS allowed policy that is strictly enforced.
In the summer we provide 2 beach towels, 2 beach tags to Ventnor/Margate beaches in a beach bag located behind the bathroom door. If any items are missing a $100 fee will be charged.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to their own private bedroom, full bath, back patio and back yard. This includes a mini fridge with a Brita filtered water pitcher inside, Keurig coffee/tea maker, microwave, closet behind bathroom and a dining table (2 seats) that can hold bottles of wine, water etc.

Other things to note
Please be sure to lock your private entrance door when leaving. Just press the Schlage button and turn upper knob to the right to lock. Also please remember to turn off all lights when leaving.

Our Lyons Cove cottage is a ranch-style home, with a loft and its own private front and back entrances. The space includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 downstairs bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), 1 loft bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom downstairs and 1 half bathroom in the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom offers a cozy balcony, with stairs to the spacious front porch. The yard is generous, extending all around the house and it is privately fenced in.


The living room features a reclining couch, stylish seating and a smart TV. Guests can log into their preferred streaming apps. (Don’t forget to log out prior to your departure). The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, with a vanity and closet space. Across the hallway, the Queen bedroom has a dedicated working space and a spacious drawer dresser.
