A "Shore Thing” is a 2-bedroom, 2 bed and 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom home that sleeps 6 and is one level. The space is designed and perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy their time together in this wonderful shore town!

This newer home features central air & heat (a must at the shore!), an in-unit washer & dryer, quartz countertops, Verizon FIOS top package Internet and Wi-Fi, a 47’ Samsung smart TV, and keyless entry with your own unique access code to ensure safety and privacy. A full paver patio with six chairs and an umbrella out back is the perfect place to hang out, grill, eat and unwind after a long beach day with loved ones, friends, and family.

Each bedroom, one Queen and one Full, is equipped with a closet, nightstand(s), linens, blankets, etc. If staying with 6 guests, a queen-sized pull-out mattress is available in the office.

Other sights and activities include the city of Asbury Park, Spring Lake Theater, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, whale watching, etc. Bike and water-sport rentals are all local as well and within reach.

Please note that Belmar beach is one of the best surfing and paddle boarding spots at the Jersey Shore so make sure to check it out while you’re in town!

There is a cute park about a block away on 15th Ave if bringing children and want something fun to do in between other activities. Previous guests have really enjoyed it.

Bike rental shop is down 3 blocks away on Main Street and there is free street parking available all throughout Belmar. Our cozy, guest house by the sea is located behind our family home where we live full time. Freshly remodeled beach cottage just steps away from the beach, downtown Main Street, and the revamped Belmar Marina.
Come stay as one of first guest on our new property. The cottage features remodeled hardwood floors, large living room, 2 bedrooms, large deck, outdoor shower, and a large soaking claw foot tub in the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin with a pull out pop up trundle bed. Perfect space for room sharing. Also available is a blow up mattress, pack n play, and high chair to make your stay feel like home. Toys and children books are also available upon request.
Cottage also features a large south facing deck perfect for enjoying your morning tea/coffee or afternoon delight. After your day on the beach come back and take a refreshing outdoor shower. Hungry? Our vacation rental is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath garage apartment located in the South Side of Bradley Beach. We are 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from Main St. You can walk to the BB train station, a ton of great restaurants, Del Ponte’s Bakery & Coal Fired Pizza and Beach Plum Ice Cream Parlor.

There is a ton of natural light and it is very spacious. The kitchen has Silestone tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The closets are huge in both bedrooms for ample storage. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors are installed throughout and we have a high def flat screen TV w/ FIOS TV and Netflix. There is one large bathroom with your own washer and dryer.

Relax on the beautiful outdoor deck that boasts a great ocean breeze. Take a nap on the couch or enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats 4.

The front yard and barbecue grill are available for your use. The train to NYC stops a short walk away at the nearby Asbury Park or Bradley Beach train stations. The Academy bus to New York City picks up and drops off right in town.

This 1-bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious feeling. A breezy open air porch with awnings and views of the ocean is right outside your door. The Space:
Bungalow Blue is a freestanding single family cottage, located on a "flag" lot set back from the street in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space includes a bright and sunny enclosed front porch, a small dining area and sitting room, a living room with a large sofa and 65" smart TV, a newly renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bath with laundry. Sliding glass doors lead to the huge back deck with a bbq grill, dining table for six, and sectional sofa.

Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock Bungalow Blue with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All beds are made up with fresh linens for each guest, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper and hotel size conditioning shampoo, bar soaps, and hand soaps. We like to cook, and we have strived to stock the kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals with family and friends. Dinnerware, utensils, and glass ware are provided for up to six guests. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving platters, baking sheets, measuring cups, toaster, blender, coffee machine, you name it, we probably have it! Disposable items we stock include ground coffee, sugar, tea, assorted spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, and tissues.

There is a good chance your plans here include a trip or two to the beach, and Bungalow Blue is stocked with six backpack beach chairs and beach towels to take along with you. New for 2025, we will now also provide 6 season passes to Bradley Beach beaches!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire interior and exterior of the property, with the exception of the basement, which is locked and used for storage. There are two private parking spaces in the driveway, which are also exclusively for guest use. There is also free parking available on the street should you need it. The only visitors you should expect are our landscapers who come by weekly to keep things green and tidy!

Guest access to the house is by smart lock through the front door. Every guest will be provided a unique access code which is only valid during their stay. This is one of the many ways we ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their new home!

The Neighborhood:
Bradley Park comprises the eastern most section of Neptune Township, and is bordered by Bradley Beach to the east, Asbury Park to the north, and Neptune City to the south. The downtown business district of Bradley Beach is just a few blocks walk to the east and features some of my favorite local eateries and breweries. Bamboo Leaf for dinner and Buttered Biscuit for breakfast are must try spots while you're here! Grand Tavern, located on Sixth Avenue about five blocks away is also a spectacular dinner spot! The neighborhood is quiet and residential in nature, but so close to a myriad of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options, not to mention the world famous beaches of the Jersey Shore!

Getting Around:
The nearest beach access (Bradley Beach), and the downtown shopping and dining districts of Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are all just about a mile from the house. The downtown area of Bradley Beach is about a half mile from the house. All of the above are within a 15 to 30 minute walk, or a 5 or less minute drive. If you don't feel like doing either, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and generally feature very short wait times. For those arriving without a car from north Jersey and NYC, the Bradley Beach train station is a few blocks away, about a half mile or 10 minute walk. This train line provides access north to Newark (nearest international airport) and NYC as well as points further south such as Belmar, Point Pleasant, and Bay Head.

Other Things to Note:
We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house for added security. It should go without saying, but there are of course no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home. The exterior cameras are not actively monitored, but are available for our review in the case of an emergency.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you will be able to check yourself in with a four digit door code for our smart lock. I or my employees may stop by briefly during your stay to do minor landscape maintenance, check on the exterior after a storm, or to bring the trash to and from the curb on garbage/recycling days. More than likely though, you won't see me during your stay. I prefer peace and quiet while on vacation, and I strive to provide the same for all of my guests! I am always available by message or phone to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

- "Stayed 2 weeks at Bungalow Blue which looks small in the pictures but is very roomy inside. Everyone was pleased. All amenities are new and working. Beds are comfortable and the A/C works great. Our neighbors were friendly and the area was very quiet at night. The house has a private parking area. It is a little less than a mile from the beach but if you go early, you can park for free all day. Bradley beach has a reserved surfing beach which is rare as well as swimming beaches with lifeguards. The beach and the ocean were very clean. We didn't feel the need to visit any other beaches nearby but we did explore a lot of places to eat. Seafood, Italian food, bakeries, ice cream parlors and bagel cafes are too numerous to list. After a day at the beach, we returned to the house for showers - never ran out of hot water. A great place to stay and we are still surprised at how much room we had in the house."

o Please keep property and home clean, the cleaning service will do basic cleaning. Should the home be left excessively unclean there will be an additional charge of $150. Please make sure the oven is left as clean as it was for your stay. If not, there is a $35 charge for oven cleaning.
o Please remember to turn off the lights/TVs/electronics whenever leaving the home. Don’t forget to close and lock doors/windows.
o Front Door Access the unique 4-digit code (given to you check-in instructions) press middle button to unlock/open the front door. Lock front door press the middle button door will immediately lock.
o 11pm Quiet Time to respect tenants that live upstairs and neighbors.
• Parking:
o There is free street parking in front of the home.
• Porch Cushions:
o Brown Storage Container it’s seat cushions. Please use seat cushions to relax on the porch. Place the cushions back into the storage container after each use to ensure cushions do not get damaged.

• Smart TV:
o Feel free to log into your own Netflix, YouTube or other apps. Please remember before check-out to log out your accounts. If TV is broken or damages, there will be a charge to the guest of $200.00.
• Bedroom:
o Be kind to bed linens and towels. (No makeup/food stains/etc.) If any are permanently stained after washing, there will be a charge to the guest of $25 per sheet.
• Sofa Bed
o Linens/Pillows for sofa bed are in the black ottomans (included 4 pillows-2 sets of grey linens for the sofa bed and comforters). Please Note: For your comfort grey linens are placed on the sofa bed. All you have to do is grab your pillow and comforter from the black ottomans.

o Be kind to bed linens and towels. (No makeup/food stains/etc.) If any are permanently stained after washing, there will be a charge to the guest of $25 per sheet.

• Kitchen:
o DO NOT put any food down the sink drain. It will clog the sink drain which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the sink at a cost to the guest of $175.
o Please wash or put all used dishes in the dishwasher prior to check out. DO NOT OVERLOAD the dishwasher, as the dishes will not get properly cleaned. If the cleaning service wash dishes that were left behind by guests, a $15 dollar surcharge will be applied. If the dishwasher is overloaded the surcharge will still be applied.
o Please take out all the garbage as needed. DO NOT OVERLOAD the garbage cans. There are big trash cans in the backyard/side of the home. Black for trash and Blue for recyclables.
• Bathroom:
o If you forgot some bathing essentials, we have some for you (check the basket in the bathroom)
o 1 face cloth/1 bath towel left for each guest per 2 nights. Missing towels $10 per body towel/$5 per face towel.
o ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet. Paper towels/any type of wipes/feminine products will clog the toilet which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the toilet at a cost to the guest of $175.
o DO NOT put any food down the bathroom sink drain. It will clog the sink drain which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the sink at a cost to the guest of $175.

☀ We provide 3 Asbury Park 2025 Seasonal Beach Passes for guest use. These are required to access Asbury Park Beaches from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

☀ Lost or stolen beach passes will incur a replacement fee of $85 per pass.
☀ Avoid the lines — purchase additional beach access or day tickets via the Viply app.

South Bradley Beach cottage with pool and hot tub located 4 blocks to the beaches of Bradley Beach and Avon-By-The-Sea.

House is fully central air-conditioned, bedrooms both have ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed), 2 full bathrooms (both with shower, no tub), living room, dining room, TV den, and washer/dryer round out this fully equipped beach house.

Bradley Beach train station, Jersey Shore fitness gym, bars and restaurants just a short walk to main street. All the entertainment of Asbury Park is a quick Uber, long walk or short bike ride away. Driveway easily fits 2, potentially 3 cars; however, given the proximity to the train and general availability of Uber, cars are not needed to get to the house or enjoy the local amenities. (Note: there is a convenience store within walking distance, but a full size grocery store would be a 5 minute drive)

In the yard, there is a grill, pool and hot tub. The pool, sized at about 10x20, is not heated; however, a solar cover keeps the temperature moderate. The Jacuzzi brand hot tub is 8x8.

Please Note: This house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood in close proximity to neighbors and is not conducive to any sort of groups or parties. The home is unable to accommodate pets and unable to accommodate more than four guests.

- "Jordon is an AMAZING host. When we entered the house he had cookies waiting for us and the lighting made it seem like we were.... coming home! The house is cute and comfortable for a small family (2 bedrooms only). The location to the beach is good and the neighborhood is beautiful. The best feature of this property is the fenced in backyard with hot tub and pool. This is a great feature to have as an alternative to going to the beach and paying $12 per person per day ! The pool furniture is absolutely beautiful, great for cook-outs and hanging out with family and friends pool-side. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit it again."
