Spacious beach house 1.5 blocks to the beach on Silver Lake with spectacular lake views from many rooms and ocean views from the large 2nd floor deck and some rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This gem is a beautiful Victorian home, a true one of a kind in Belmar! This is a great family oriented neighborhood.

WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Prefer age minimum of at least 30 years old (we require proof of age).

Walk into the front door and you enter our spacious living room (with pull out sofa) and big flat screen tv. You overlook the dining room which is open and sits 6 people comfortably. From the dining room you view the great kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove for those who love to cook.

The true gem on the first floor is the wrap around deck with views of Silver Lake. One of the best spots in the house to relax and unwind!

2nd floor features 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is huge and has a queen bed with a door onto the second floor deck which has stunning ocean views. While lying in bed you also have views of Silver lake. The second bedroom has a full bed and you also enjoy views of the lake. The third bedroom is also very large and has a queen bed and its own private newly updated bathroom which is huge and has a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. There is also a very large full bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

The third floor has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and an open room (no door) with a day bed that opens to 2 twin or 1 king. There is a flat screen TV in this room if you just want to use it as a hang out space or kids’ corner/room.

Our favorite spots for sure are the gorgeous wrap around decks with views of Silver Lake and the ocean. This space is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a beverage. There is also an outside shower at this house. You get 4 beach passes and beach chairs with this rental.

RATES/AVAILABILITY: Winter rental available (would do monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, etc). Summer season weekly Saturday to Saturday in July/August. We also do weekend rentals all months EXCEPT July and August.

Laundry is on the first floor and 3 Flat screen TV's are in the house. The driveway holds up to three cars. Sheets/towels are NOT included but can be rented from a local company. All new appliances, furniture, flooring, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar, this unit welcomes you and your family or friends to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 4 beach badges provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.

You will never want to leave front porch. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. - "This was a great spot for our kick off the summer vacation. The house is great. Very clean, up to date, and with all the amenities. The distance from the beach was a true dream. Definitely looking to come back another time!" - "Belmar Rear East Cottage is beautiful. When I booked pictures were not posted of the recent remodel. It is absolutely gorgeous. Zero complaints regarding the unit. Everything is brand new, with a very modern design. Linens are really nice, but the towels could be thicker. The kitchen is stocked really well. Soap, hand soap, Kleenex, 1 or 2, of everything is provided. My only complaint in that area is using Tide on the sheets and towels. As someone with severe allergies. I bring my own laundry detergent and wash all the towels and linens in a FREE & CLEAR brand. When I washed just 2 sets of towels, no detergent, to get the Tide out, the entire rubber gasket of the front loader was full of soap. I think the cleaners may be putting in a lot of detergent to make sure everything is really clean. However, it gave me hives (literally). The only snag we hit was we didn’t receive the welcome letter. I had to contact the property manager a couple hours before check-in, to find out where to park and get key information. I don’t know if there is an actual “Welcome letter”. We had no information on how to use fans, if it was OK to use the BBQ, etc. We did find beach chairs, and an umbrella, next to the W/D, and we found the beach badges on the table in an ceramic dish, after a little hunting. A few things that are not the owners fault, but could be addressed with a list of check-in / check-out procedures: we had a full dishwasher we had to unload, because the previous tenant probably didn’t wash them. Just an FYI for the owner: The lint filter on the dryer was really thick with lint (something the cleaning crew should clean out, so you don’t end up burning up your brand new dryer). All in all. It is a gorgeous unit, an incredible location and I would rent it again in a heartbeat."

I’m talking spotless in each room, all the kitchen accessories were clean, the outdoor spaces were beautiful- even the grill. The location is fabulous as it’s just a quick walk to the beach and also to Lake Como. It is pretty close map-wise to a popular night spot, which had us a bit concerned going in, but it was an absolute nonissue. This home is priced on the higher end of the range IMO, but the owners set it up so that there’s no question they aim to provide a high end experience to match. Towels were plentiful and plush. Bedding was awesome. Kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker and espresso machine. In other words, they aren’t cutting any corners. It’s obvious they put a lot into the home. We enjoyed it very much and hopefully will return."

Welcome to C Street Breeze! We are featuring a newly remodeled second level guesthouse with adorable porch. The kitchen has new cabinets, new granite countertops and new dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Fios and internet, a ceiling fan for cooling and pull out couch. The bedrooms and bathrooms have fresh paint and new linens, beach towels included. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dining and cookware, a toaster, a microwave and grind-n brew.
A/C window units available for warmer weather.

The highlight of the house is its location; it is quite the find being located in the first block from the beach, and it's a short walk away from restaurants and nightlife and a short drive away from Point Pleasant, Seaside, and other shore destinations. The house was comfortable, with air conditioners, towels, extra linens, and utensils and dishes, and the futon was easy to use. Refrigerator had a cool retro look. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee from the Keurig machine. Based on our experience, the listing accurately represents the property. The checkin and checkout process was straightforward, and the host was accessible for questions. Overall, we would recommend for anyone who needs a good base for a trip down the shore."
