Beautiful, clean, spacious 3 bedroom plus office home with a large peaceful yard and outdoor patio. Perfect for family getaways or business. Plenty of off-street parking on a quiet and safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near Downtown Freehold (3 miles); Jersey Shore-Asbury Park (17 miles); Six Flags Great Adventure/Adventure Crossing USA (10 miles); CentraState Medical Center (

The house is light and bright with a fantastic open kitchen, a 7 ft island with seating, and breakfast nook across from the cozy family room with fireplace. Adjacent is a formal dining room and living room, plus a three season TV room that leads to the large paver patio with outdoor kitchen and spacious yard. There is also a convenient 1/2 bath and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor. The second floor has three comfortable bedrooms, plus an office, and two bathrooms. The Master has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a Full-size bed, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two Twin beds) to accommodate our guests. In the spring, summer and fall, you can enjoy the BBQ and shady trees in the back yard with ample seating and two fire pits, one in the rotunda and one by the brook.

No pets permitted.

Five (5) guests maximum occupancy. If you reserved for 4 guests or less, please know a 5th guest is charged an additional $50 per person per night. Kindly inform us before checking-in and update the reservation with the correct number of guests. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests in violation will need to vacate premises immediately with no refund issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you are tall you Won’t fit on the beds. All beds have awkward foot boards And bars. I had to stick my feet thru the bars and couldn’t move without moving feet or sleeping at an awkward diagonal. It was so bad had to buy an inflatable mattress to use for our stay/ 2 the insulation in home is horrible. Yes it’s an older one but the upstairs was super warm and stuffy while you would freeze downstairs at a normal heat setting. 3 they had a plunger for the kitchen sink(odd) but NO plunger anywhere for bathroom. Outside looked great but was way too cold to use, even for the fire pitOverall the home is nice and worth price but if there was another home for rent these concerns would cause me to book elseqhere"

- "Terrible. It was listed as a cottage and it was a house that was made in to a 2 family. The owner said the bedroom was for use only and it had a mini fridge in it. The microwave was the other item allowed to be used. Owner said we have privacy and left into her portion of the house but reappeared several times to cook on the stove and do dishes. There was no privacy and the place was dirty. The smell was like she just emptied a can of the worst air freshener. Won’t see me using this site again. Apparently VRBO didn’t check out the place before they listed it because they would have seen that it was not a cottage. I will definitely let my friends and family know about it."
