The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy an evening dinner with your friends and family. There is ample seating for gathering at the kitchen island, a large sofa and sleeper sofa that sleeps 1 person and can accommodate 2 people if needed.

Off of the kitchen is a private walkout deck with seating perfect for brunch, entertainment or sunbathing in the summertime. The entire unit has 10ft+ high ceilings and ample recessed lighting. The center island with side outlets makes a great breakfast bar or workspace.

🛝🏞️Adjacent to a large reservoir, Pershing Field features an indoor skating rink and swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, and playground.

🚉All public transportation is within 12-15 minutes of walking distance. The Heights is one of Jersey City, NJ's safest neighborhood.

Relax and enjoy your stay. If you are a food lover, you will get to taste lot of Latin American cuisine on Bergenline Avenue . If you walk 20 minutes towards blvd east, you will see very beautiful view of Manhattan. There is public park and basketball court at the front of my house.

You will be close to New York when you stay at this 1 bedroom guest house.

The space
This entire guesthouse can accommodate 2 people.
🚌 The bus stop to New York is one block away.
⛴️ There’s a ferry to New York which has breathtaking views. There is a free shuttle 3 blocks away that takes you to the ferry. The ferry cost $9 each way but it’s a great experience.
🚶‍♂️The area is walkable and safe. There are a lot of businesses around ao you should not need a car.
🚗 We don’t offer parking but you can get a daily permit from the city ($3).
🛌 We can set either 2 single beds ir one full bed. Please let us know before your arrival. We also offer an air mattress upon request. Please notice there’s a fee for a third guest.
👶 Babies are welcome and we offer a pack and play upon request, we can also provide fitted sheets.
👦 There is a park just 1 block away which has big playgrounds and also areas for BBQ and picnics (very beautiful during autumn).
Please notice there is an apartment above so you can ocasionally hear steps. It should not affect sleep and you can let us know if it’s an issue.
🚭 No smoking inside the house.

The entrance to your place is on the back of the house. Enter through the hall on the left side of the house. Once on the back of the house, your door is the one marked 1C.
Once the 1C door is open, you will see the entrance to your place at the end of the hall.
