The Canal house is a 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 Bathroom, On The Delaware and Raritan Canal state park tow path, only a few block walk to Main Street Lambertville. You can enjoy the front porch swing bench and watch the people and ducks on the canal or the private fenced in back yard with an out door dining table. you can also enjoy the view of the canal from a private second floor screened in porch. We have made this Canal Builder’s 1850’s era home into a comfortable and fun place to enjoy while visiting the Lambertville and New Hope areas. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Great AC and Wi-Fi- great kitchen, several unique places to sit and relax, read, etc. The host gave helpful written detailed instructions and was available when needed. Spend the day exploring the rivertowns on the Deleware. We are 1 mile from dowtown Lambertville NJ and New Hope PA. After a day of shopping and dining come back to our retreat to relax by the fire, soak in the hottub. There is a lot to offer in the Hunterdon/Bucks area. We have beautiful state parks to hike or you can bring/rent bikes to ride on the Deleware canal and explore other rivertowns with dining, craft beers, and wineries. If you are coming with kids, there are plenty of parks, a brand new vintage arcade. In the summer, there is tubing and kayaking on the river. Other seasonal favorites are the New Hope haunted train ride, Santa Steam train ride, and the Spring Shad Festival.

- "I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful private apartment/studio in July. I was not looking to cook much during my 3 night stay. There are many options to eat in Lambertville and New Hope. But I also brought provisions which were accommodated by the fridge, microwave, and electric griddle. If you are looking to cook meals, this may not be the place for you. It was perfectly suited for myself -- a lovely reading nook, outdoor seating to relax and eat, and easily walkable to the paths of the Delaware & Raritan Tow Path. I was looking for a place that was easily accessible to the lovely town of Lambertville/ New Hope, safe, and close to all the wonderful outdoor activities-- hiking, biking and kayaking. All of which i was able to enjoy while staying in this humble abode. Leah, the host, was very accommodating and responsive. Kudos for a wonderful stay!"

On street parking. Loading and unloading available in front of the garage. Great space for socializing with your group and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room creates an engaging environment and roles right into the outdoor patio. The master bedroom includes a reading nook with a day-bed that has a trundle bed with 2 singles ideal for kids and a large walk-in closet housing a trundle bed with 2 singles. Three desks with hard internet connections providing a private place for guests that need to work during their stay. Additional fees may apply for 4 or more guests. Quiet Hours: Our neighbors have just welcomed a newborn. Since we share a wall with them (this is a two-family duplex or townhome), we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down after 10 PM, especially in the upstairs bedroom, to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Pets: Allowed upon request. Please inquire ahead of time to make necessary arrangements.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

We would enthusiastically recommend!" - "Planned a staycation for my partner and kids for her birthday. Very well appointed home from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We were able to spread out and yet enjoy time together on the main floor. This Gen Xer loved playing the old school arcade games with our kids in the gameroom. We had lunch at the Hash House (a must do, veggie friendly too) juat a 2 minute walk and walked to our dinner reservation. Convenient location and tons of free on street parking. All you have to do is show up! One note: it is not very accessible for anyone who may have mobility challenges. However there is a pullout couch and half bath on the 1st floor. Definitely recommend for large groups."

- "Great cozy apartment located in the heart of downtown Lambertville. Perfect little getaway with all the amenities of home!!" - "The apartment was cute and clean, and in a great location. We had a great stay. I have a few suggestions to inform renters of, though: *The kitchen and bathroom ceilings are low in parts. My husband is 6’ tall and had to bend over a bit at times in order to not hit his head. *The stairs in the apartment are steep and narrow, and the ceiling is low for part of the climb. It was a bit challenging to lug our suitcases up the stairs - especially while bending over - and a bit scary going down. The entire house is yours, with covered front porch, backyard garden with dining table and free street parking.
1st floor:
Den with desk, Roku TV, games, living room, kitchen, dining room, and dryer. There is a toilet across from the dryer, but no sink. You can wash your hands in the kitchen sink. There are paper towels below the sink.
2nd floor:
Bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and first aid kit.
Bedroom: queen sized bed with hybrid mattress , ceiling fan, dresser, table for laptop and closet with drying rack, ironing board, iron and emergency light.
3rd floor:
Office/ bedroom with full sized futon with Sealy mattress topper, dresser and hall closet.
Bedroom: full sized bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, table for laptop and closet.

Please feel free to use the entire house except for the areas marked private…the basement.

Other rules:
Please do not use the washer as it does not work properly. There is a laundromat on the corner of Coryell and Main if you need to wash anything. Feel free to use the dryer.
There is a toilet downstairs in case someone is using the upstairs bathroom.
Be very careful on the stairs as they are steep.
Turn off bedroom air conditioners.
I have very close neighbors and ask that you are mindful and friendly, as if they were your own.

Welcome to the Nouveau Sheridan Hotel!

You are renting the ENTIRE Nouveau Sheridan Hotel, all for yourselves. The original Sheridan Hotel was built in 1876 with a saloon on the ground floor. Taking care to retain original features wherever possible, I have transformed the upstairs hotel portion into a truly luxurious and modern space with all the comforts of home.

There is a Private Parking Lot with security for all my guests. You will have 3 dedicated parking spots (two with signs and a handicap). You will also have the ability to park 2 more cars behind the three. For a total of 5 parking spots!

When you check in: Coming in through the front entrance (how guests of the original hotel entered) you will be greeted with the original lobby from the 1800's, complete with vintage embossed wallpaper original to the hotel.

A set of steep stairs will lead up to the main floor.

Opening the custom sliding glass door you might notice the etching. Can you read what it says?

Behind that sliding door you'll find the eclectic dining room, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a hosting a beautiful dinner.

On the second floor you will find a full bath with a custom-made copper rain head shower.

Entering the gourmet kitchen, you'll wonder if you've stepped onto the set of a home and garden magazine photoshoot! From the exposed ceiling beams to the vintage bubble-glass cabinetry, the kitchen design is sure to please. Another one-of-a-kind feature that will get your attention is the hood over the stove: hand-hammered zinc, encased with factory leather belts to accent. All appliances are high end.

A pair of sliding doors will bring you to the incredible roof deck and outdoor shower. All the patio furniture cushions are stored in the bins to keep them safe and dry!

Also off the kitchen is a stunning eight-foot tall door made from salvaged wood from a Philadelphia mansion. Leaving through this door brings you down the tower to your second egress. This will lead you back out to the parking lot.

Also on the second floor you will find a cozy bedroom perfect for the guest that doesn't want to navigate up another set of stairs.

Another set of steep stairs takes you to the upstairs bedrooms. If you have small children or elderly guests with you, this might not be conducive to your family.

I promise you though, the workout is worth it :)

You'll be treated with a "TaDa"! The 3rd floor bathroom is probably the most luxurious, beautiful, bathroom I have ever designed! Luxuriate in the clawfoot soaking tub, or enjoy the double shower head. Wrap up in a towel that has been heated on the vintage radiator towel rack.

Down the hall are the three bedrooms. Each are designed to give you a sense of simplistic serenity..

The Master is pure luxury with its calming grey tones. The king size bed is soft and comfy.

The Queen Bedroom sparkles in lovely gold and yellow accents. The queen bed is also very soft and comfy.

The Bunk Bedroom has two adult-size twin mattresses. I designed the "Ralph Lauren" style bunks myself!

Additionally, outside the master can be used as either a lounging area, or a space where one or two extra guests can sleep. All the sleeping accoutrements are in the lovely buffet I hand painted myself for those extra guests!

Please Note: For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine and ear plugs (in case of a partner that snores, lol) to help provide serenity while you decompress from a full day...enjoy!

If you haven't divulged, unfortunately, you'll will be fined $250 for each additional guest a night. Hotel has 2 large sets of stairs. It's really NOT suitable for young kids, or elderly. I have a comfortable, little home in the country to share with one or two people. Pets are welcome. Accommodations are a nice comfortable, quiet bedroom with full bed, shared bathroom and kitchen access, air conditioned.
I am two miles outside of Lambertville, New Jersey. Easy access to the beautiful valley of the Delaware River, Bucks County and Hunterdon County am within walking distance of the largest park in Mercer County, New Jersey and numerous other hiking and biking trails.

The space
You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in the Lambertville area. There are great restaurants in Lambertville and all over Hunterdon and Bucks Counties. There is fabulous hiking and bicycle riding with immediate access from my home. Feel free to bring your bicycle. I have ample, secure indoor storage for recreational gear.
One can spend the entire day ambling on the towpath along the Delaware River and the Delaware and Raritan Canal. Or lounge in my backyard and take in the the spectacular view.

Guest access
You will have a very comfortable room to rest in. The bathroom is shared with myself only. There are no other guests. You may use the refrigerator and microwave and talk to me about other kitchen uses. If you have any concerns at any time of day or night please do not hesitate to contact me. My two roommates, Barbara and Pablo, are also on the second floor.

Stay in this freshly renovated, light-filled studio, located in the heart of downtown Lambertville on historic Church Street. This private studio features a 2nd story private balcony and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops.

The 2nd story balcony runs the length of the entire studio. Have your breakfast and a morning coffee at the bistro table on the end of the porch, or relax on the outdoor double sofas with a glass of wine in the afternoon.

The bedroom has blue and white shiplap walls with warm sconce lighting. View the 60”4k smart TV from the comfort of the queen bed. Additionally there's a linen closet and oversized standing mirror located between the bedroom and the kitchen as well.

The designer kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a black granite sink. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a gold sputnik chandelier with Edison bulbs, complimented by gold cabinet handles. Brew up some coffee at the floating black walnut coffee bar with a chalk paint & gold leaf accent wall. Prop up the drop leaf table for in-apartment dining. For convenience, the fridge dispenses cold filtered water.

The bathroom features a rainfall shower with antique bronze fixtures, as well as floor to ceiling Carrera marble tile, and a black slate soap inlay. The wall to wall modern lighted mirror provides a great space to get ready to go out on the town.

Downtown Lambertville delivers with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for a fulfilling afternoon. Enjoy a hike/ bike ride on the canal or head to New Hope for a night of fun.

Parking:
As the studio is right in the heart of downtown Lambertville, parking is metered on Church Street. For guests with a lot of luggage I suggest dropping your bags off at the airbnb then going to find a spot. Non metered parking starts two blocks north on York Street, and continues further north into town. If you're having a difficult time finding a spot there's usually parking across from Ely park on Main Street.

The space
Stay in my freshly renovated light filled suite, centrally located in Lambertville. The apartment is accessed through a beautifully landscaped shared walkway on the side of the house leading into a quiet brick courtyard with access to our backyard. From the backyard there is a private staircase that goes directly up to the second floor suite.

The contemporary master bedroom has a memory foam king bed, open shelving, closet, extra blankets, and an over-sized standing mirror.

The kitchenette comes complete with a glass refrigerator, real butchers block counter top, coffee maker, and dishware among other amenities. The middle room also includes a bistro set for dining.

The bathroom has floor to ceiling marble tile, a glass shower with an over-sized head, a lighted mirror and marble vanity.

The living room has a lazy boy couch for the 3rd guest (optional air mattress also included), 55" 4K Ultra HD smart TV with Netflix, coffee table, leather lounge chair, and open shelving. As the house was built in the 19th century, the living room ceiling is only 6' 4" high.

Parking:
There's free street parking in front of the Airbnb and on the surrounding blocks going north. There's almost always spots available across from ely park 2 blocks north.

Rules:
No smoking indoors. No parties. Quiet hours start at 11PM. There is an external camera at the entrance, any unlisted guests will void your booking.

The space
Stay in my newest unit located in the heart of downtown Lambertville on historic Church Street. This private apartment features a 9 foot high rainfall shower and full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances & carrara marble counter-tops.

The designer kitchen has new stainless appliances, 5 cm thick carrara marble counter-tops with a matching back-splash, custom made ash live edge shelves and gold fixtures/pulls. Brew up some coffee at the 2" thick back-lit floating ash coffee bar with a chalk paint/gold leaf accent wall. Do dinner or drinks in at the bar height table. For convenience, the fridge dispenses cold filtered water.

Upon entering the bedroom you'll be greeted by the bright tropical wall mural. Relax in the bedroom with the 10" thick king memory foam mattress accompanied by custom made live edge hickory nightstands. View the 55” 4k smart TV from the comfort of the king bed. Additionally there's a linen closet with a clothes rod.

The bathroom features a 9 foot high ceiling mounted rainfall shower with antique bronze fixtures, as well as floor to ceiling tile, and a black slate soap inlay. The wall to wall modern lighted mirror provides a great space to get ready to go out on the town.

Downtown Lambertville delivers with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for a fulfilling afternoon. Enjoy a hike/ bike ride on the canal or head to New Hope for a night of fun. .

Parking:
As the studio is right in the heart of downtown Lambertville, parking is metered on Church Street. For guests with a lot of luggage I suggest dropping your bags off at the airbnb then going to find a spot. Non metered parking starts two blocks north on York Street, and continues further north into town. If you're having a difficult time finding a spot there's usually parking across from Ely park on Main Street.

The Inn of the Hawke is minutes from downtown New Hope Pennsylvania. You can walk or drive. There is also a restaurant located under the Inn. Short walking distance to local shopping, dining and a park. Free parking is located on the street or parking lot across the street at the park. Weekend stay is a 2 day minimum.

Hello, and welcome to our quaint little cottage in the heart of Lambertville. This cottage boasts ample space, a private entry, patio for guest use, kitchenette, Wifi, Netflix and Disney+, and private off-street parking. We want you to love Lambertville-New Hope as much as we do and have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

The space
The cottage is tucked away on a quiet street, but everything in Lambertville and New Hope is within a comfortable walking distance. The cottage decor is a fun and eclectic mix of items and artwork collected by the owners. The patio is decorated with seasonal plantings, a fountain, patio lights and looks out onto our English gardens. It is a tranquil, relaxing spot and is ideal for an evening drink or morning coffee.

We provide our guests with local favorites, such as pastries and baked goods from Factory Girl Bake Shop and coffee from Folk City Roasters. Our complimentary minibar is also stocked with local microbrews.

If you are not familiar with Lambertville-New Hope, we'll be happy to tell you about our favorite local spots and things to do in the area. If you just want to stay in and relax, the cottage is stocked with a variety of puzzles, board games, and books. We provide WiFi and the TV includes Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.

Guests will be able to use a private off street parking spot next to the cottage. In addition to the cottage itself, guests can also use the patio outside of the cottage. We encourage guests to walk around the yard and enjoy the gardens, which extend along the side of the home and into the front. Guests can enter and exit the property either along the side of the home, through the front yard onto Delaware Avenue, or for a more private entrance, the guest can enter through the alley next to the parking space that lets out onto Main Street.

Other things to note
Because the patio and gardens are also our back yard, you may find us outside from time to time working in the garden or just relaxing with a drink on the deck. We try to keep our yard/house work to hours when we are least likely to disturb our guests. If we are out enjoying the afternoon or evening, you are always welcome to join us. :)

The Tow Path house is a 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 Bathroom, On The Delaware and Raritan Canal state park tow path, only a few block walk to Main Street Lambertville. You can enjoy the front porch swing bench and watch the people and ducks on the canal or the private fenced in back yard with an out door dining table. you can also enjoy the view of the canal from a private second floor screened in porch.

The space
This apartment is just one step up from the street and features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the unit for added privacy—one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a coffee machine, toaster, and basic cooking supplies, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We recommend carpooling if possible, as parking is street-only. Most of the time, you’ll be able to find a spot right outside the property. However, on busy weekends, you may need to park a short walk away.

Please be sure to read all parking signs carefully, especially regarding street cleaning schedules. Street cleaning outside of the apartment on Swan Street is Thursday 8-10am. We are not responsible for any parking tickets.
