It is recommended to bring your own life vest for children.

Welcome to the Hummingbird Paradise in Poconos - our beautiful home and estate. Completely refurbished from top to bottom, the house has 3 bedrooms , bonus room/ office with an option to sleep (2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. It is a lovely open space where your family and friends can get together, enjoy each other's company and create wonderful new, eternal memories.

The house is very comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean with an area 2300 sq ft.

You will pull up to my home that I reside in with my family. Park in the open driveway spot in front of the garage. Driveway is also shared by my family. Walk along the pathway on the right-side the of the house which should light up from a bright LED Ring light (attached to the vinyl siding.) Follow to the private entrance exterior door with the "Sandy's Sweet Suite" sign on the front.

The door has a combination lock that the individual code will be provided to you, 24-48 hours before your check-in date, in order for you to access the key and let yourself in for a contactless check-in experience.

This beautifully decorated (layout and design by Earmark Designs), exceptionally clean, cozy & comfortable private studio suite is located on the 1st/main floor of my own home with its own private door/entrance/exit in the rear of the house. (NOT a basement unit.)

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a complete and private space to yourselves, it is still connected to my main home through an inside doorway that remains locked so the main house cannot be accessed and vice-versa. You may hear occasional talking but nothing loud or out of the ordinary. My laundry room is also located near the guest suite inside my main home but laundry is only done during normal hours.

The areas have all been thoroughly DEEP cleaned, sanitized and disinfected with all-natural cleaning products before and after every stay. The towels, linens, comforters, etc... are all washed in a free-and-clear laundry detergent. I not only meet the CDC cleaning guidelines, but I exceed them!

The suite has everything you see in the pictures including a window air conditioning unit for the warmer months (that is not pictured) and the ceiling fan (pictured) plus more! Fast and free WiFi! The Network/Password is listed in the suite for when you arrive.
The 4 bright LED recessed ceiling lights in the main room, have a dimmable switch for your lighting preference. The heating is also individually-controlled electric baseboard heat for your comfort level.

The brand-new, QUEEN-sized, Swedish mattress lays atop a Murphy bed frame (to fold-up and allow that extra room space when you want it, esp. for those extended stays) and the luxurious pillows have washable, hypoallergenic covers. The mattress is also covered with a premium mattress protector.
PLEASE NOTE: The Murphy bed frame is very high quality, and quite heavy so please be aware when folding-up the bed if you choose to do so.

A small seating space at the end of the bed with 2 very comfortable chairs as an alternate option for relaxation. A 6-drawer dresser to hold plenty of clothes. Hooks are on many of the walls to hang anything you wish. There is no actual closet in the studio, but there are plenty of storage options. Iron and small ironing board are also included. There is also a heavy-duty extra-wide luggage rack, if you wish to use it.

Enjoy the brand new, wall-mounted 50" LED 4K Smart Fire TV from the comfort of your bed with the Alexa voice control remote which lets you easily control your entertainment, search across the apps, switch inputs and more....just by using your own voice. The TV is also ready for you to enter your Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube, Apple TV +, Disney +, ESPN +, Sling TV, Paramount +, etc.. login/user credentials but please sign out at the end of your stay. IMDB tv also allows you to watch thousands of FREE shows and movies without any login information. The TV also has easy access to the HDMI ports through an extender, so you can bring your own Firestick from home and/or gaming system, if you choose to do so.

In the complete bathroom, there is 1-step down to enter. You have a tiled, stand-up shower with a HUGE rainfall showerhead and body sprayer enclosed by glass doors. Vanity sink and medicine cabinet/mirror for you to store your personals. Soft, 100% cotton full body towels, face towels and hand towels are all provided. There is a separate electric wall-heater that heats the bathroom in about a minute. Toiletry items are provided as marked in the listing including a hair dryer, hair straightener, etc... and some of the items are already located in your "Welcome" basket.
You know....for those small things that everyone forgets to pack!
WAIT....THERE'S MORE...just to top off the already beautiful bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker/vent fan/light/nightlight in the ceiling that you connect to through your phone's Bluetooth (see pictures). Let me know if you need any assistance setting that up but it's quite easy...I have one in my own bathroom...sshhhh!

PLEASE NOTE: The entire house is on an underground septic system which which we treat very delicately to avoid any problems. Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper (even if it says it's a flushable product and safe for septics...it's not!) There is a waste basket provided in the bathroom.

Enter the complete kitchenette, and just like the bathroom, there is 1-step down to enter. Did I mention ALL brand new???

Equipped with everything you need and more! Deep, stainless steel sink, Keurig coffee-maker, electric hot-water kettle, blender, toaster, pots/pans, baking sheets, Pyrex cookware, cooking utensils, tupperware, cutting boards, dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, oven mitts, 4-burner electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, etc....I also have a 2-tier step ladder on the side of the refrigerator (for us shorter people, haha).
I have also provided some cooking spices and oils, ketchup, mustards, bottled waters, K-cup coffee/tea pods, individual tea packets, creamers, sugars and a bunch of other fixins' but please feel free to bring whatever your preference is. Cleaning products, paper products, gloves, dish soap, and more are located in the cabinet underneath the sink.

Enjoy what you cooked (or even brought in...soooo many food options locally) on the dinette/pub table with 2 comfy pub chairs. Extra light above the pub table, if needed. This pub table can also be used as an added workspace for your laptop, portable printer, etc...

The backyard will be having some major landscaping updates beginning in the Spring, so please bare with me regarding the outdoor look. There is however, patio string lighting, cornhole game and an outside dining table with seating for your pleasure so feel free to relax! Full-body lounger chairs are put out on the patio for guests to use during the warmer months. The large, brick-enclosed fire pit is NOT allowed to be started by guests but can certainly be enjoyed when we have a fire going if you choose to join us!

There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed in the studio suite (and the alarm is set to detect it) however, smoking/vaping is permitted outside the studio door as long as the cigarette/cigar butts are properly disposed of in the ashtray provided. An additional fee will be incurred if there are any butts tossed in or around the porch, backyard and/or driveway.

Uber, Lyft, and other private transportation services are offered in the area.

Pocono Pony transportation is an available local bus service but please check the routes on their website for more information.

Food delivery services offered: Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub, Post Mates, & Hungry We Deliver! (which is a local, privately owned & reliable delivery service).

We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all times. We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation. The heat in the unit is only able to go up to 75-77 degrees max, and we do provide you extra blankets!

PARKING
We only allow 2 parking spaces per unit.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 6 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 6, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. PACKAGES

PARTIES
The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200

SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.

✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.

The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.

Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

This apartment is located above the store fronts and our other Airbnb apartment on Main Street. These apartments are newly renovated and we have taken measures to soundproof as best as possible, however some noise is still to be expected. Note you must take stairs to third floor to access the apartment.
Your stay comes with 2 parking passes. One for the rear of the building and one for the Starbucks parking lot across the street. Parking passes are right inside the apartment which are to be displayed in your car. There is a paper pass to be displayed on your dash for the rear of the building, and a hanging pass to be displayed on your mirror for the Starbucks parking lot across the street. We suggest parking in the Starbucks parking lot.
If you require additional parking, there are meters out front and a paid parking lot across the street.

Newly renovated pet friendly cabin over looking scenic creek on 9 acres. QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 8 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 8, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day.

PARKING
We offer free parking! You must fill out the vehicle registration form. If you do not successfully fill out the registration form you can be towed. Please make sure you park in the authorized parking space as shown in the parking instructions. If you extend your reservation, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you fill out the same registration for to show for additional days. There are no security cameras for the parking lot, we are not responsible for any theft, damages, or fines

- Starting from February 17 until mid-April, parking between the first and second poles is not permitted from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
- Beginning on Monday, February 19, parking in that area will not be allowed until 5 pm.

Limited Parking: Our parking lot has limited spaces available. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Restricted Area: At no time should anyone park in the restricted areas during the hours posted. Failure to comply may result in towing at the owner's expense.

Street Parking: If our lot is full, you may look for street parking. Please read and follow all street parking signs to ensure you're parking legally.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 2 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 2, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts.

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

Hemlock Manor is located in a very quiet private setting surrounded by nature yet a close drive to everything the Pocono Mountain has to offer. It can sleep up to 13 guests including kids comfortably with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an additional full-sized sofa bed for kids and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi spa and shower. The bunk room sleeps 5 with three twins and one full beds. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds.

The large deck overlooks the gated heated pool set in the private back yard. The year round outdoor Sauna and Jacuzzi make the perfect getaway even more special and relaxing. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill (bring charcoal) and a fire-pit where you can spend and enjoy a fantastic night with family and friends.

We offer a gas BBQ grill for cozy meals and family time on the large outdoor deck. Propane tanks are provided and being refilled before arrival.

The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a large open kitchen with adjacent formal dining room making gathering and sharing meals easy and relaxing.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 on the first floor. The main level is easily navigated for those with mobility needs, with a bedroom adjacent to the full bath.

I am in the heart of the Pocono's. Within 20 minutes of many amenities! The Poconos has something for every season! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am a licensed massage therapist and offer massage on the premises.

My place is unique because of not only the location, but the amazing surroundings. The natural beauty of the Poconos from the animals to the vegetation, is just amazing. The night sky is brilliant because of the location. Star gazing at it's best! The room is large, comfy and quiet. A great getaway from our busy lives.

The cozy guest cottage is located on a shared 10 acre property with its own private lockbox entry, patio and dedicated parking space. The cottage is heated with electric baseboard heat and the indoor propane fireplace provides an extra heat source.

This antique rustic cottage is best suited for those who want to commune with nature and will enjoy the wildlife that roams the property, such as deers, black bears, squirrels, birds, etc.

The guest house has one bedroom with a full bed and a twin trundle mattress, a loveseat sofa, a table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower, a mini fridge, a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a vintage cabinet stocked with bowls, plates, glasses and silverware. There is no kitchen.

The outdoor patio is adjacent to the cottage and underneath a pine tree. A privacy wall separates the patio from the yard and driveway.

There is enough parking to fit two cars directly next to the cottage.

We do have pets on the property.

Guests can access the private cottage and adjacent patio, which is located about 100 feet behind our main house (the main house is a duplex).

Please note there is no kitchen simply a mini fridge and microwave, so the space is best suited for reheating food, making coffee and tea, and putting together snacks.

The living room showcases a captivating wall adorned with vintage photos and frames of the owner’s family, some dating back over a century! A stylish nail head sofa and loveseat provide a cozy spot for relaxation after a day of exploring the town.

While the home is equipped with WiFi, there is no cable provided. However, guests are encouraged to access internet TV using their own accounts.

The kitchen boasts a grey and white color palette that invites in every bit of natural light. The Cape Cod-style decor enhances the 'Garden Cottage' ambiance. From the kitchen window, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Sarah Street Grill garden which boasts the herbs, vegetables and flowers that adorn the plates.

The back door from the kitchen leads to a small, shaded sitting area in the back.

The bathroom features a sparkling clean double stall shower, complete with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer, along with towels and washcloths for your convenience.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized memory foam mattress and is spacious, furnished with light-colored decor. A walk-in closet provides ample space to hang clothes that you prefer not to store in the dresser.

The second bedroom includes a full-sized memory foam mattress topped with a twin bunk bed. It also features a large walk-in closet with a hanging rod, a tall dresser, a cedar chest, and a mirror.

We supply linens and blankets for the beds, towels and washcloths for the bathroom, and all necessary cups, plates, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking meals in the cottage. The pantry is stocked with various spices and oils, and the refrigerator typically contains condiments and butter—feel free to check what’s available before heading out for groceries!

Additionally, we provide a ‘starter pack’ that includes one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, along with dish and hand washing soaps.

While we understand family may wish to visit, every person on the property must be named on the reservation for insurance purposes.
Please be truthful about the number of guests staying; we have a surveillance camera in the parking lot for the safety of our valued employees and yourself.
If unregistered guests are on the property without prior notice to the host, we reserve the right to evict immediately and cancel the reservation without a refund.
No third-party reservations are allowed. The account holder making the reservation must be one of the guests staying unless arranged in advance.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
Complimentary parking is available for a maximum of TWO cars in front of the cottage. You will see the space for "AirBNB Guest Only" parking. The first car should park up to the sign to accommodate the second car.
Street parking may be available, free from 6 PM to 9 AM and free on Sundays. Please refer to street signs and park overnight only where designated to avoid fines.
Kindly respect our neighbors by not blocking the roadway or parking in a way that obstructs driveway access.
**PET POLICY:** We welcome pets! Please inform us if you plan to bring your pet. A fee of $50 per pet, per stay will apply, so please include them in your reservation.
We ask that pets are not on beds or furniture, and a crate should be provided if you leave them alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, as this is a family area. Only polite, housebroken dogs are allowed; no puppies or other pets.
Please refrain from removing any property from the unit.
Air conditioning units can freeze in cooler weather, so the thermostat cannot be set below 68 degrees. It will automatically revert to the scheduled temperature to prevent freezing. Since it can be in the 60s at night, feel free to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. If it’s an unusually hot day or night, please let us know, and we’ll ensure your comfort.
You will incur charges if the number of guests exceeds those listed in your reservation, including children and pets. We live nearby and will likely notice extra individuals. More guests mean higher water use, more cleaning, and increased supply use.
Filming and video shoots must receive prior approval along with the necessary permits and documentation. Any unapproved activities will result in immediate removal from the property.
No illegal activities of any kind are permitted.
Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited.
Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors, such as seafood, curry, or heavily fried items. It’s unfair to the next guest. Make sure to clean all dishes and utensils before departure.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Located in the Pocono Mountains just 6 minutes to Downtown Stroudsburg and 20 or less minutes to attractions such as Camelback, Kalahari, Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area, Great Wolf Lodge, and the Pocono Wine Trail. The property is on a 10 acre wooded retreat with a private pond with fishing access that hosts bass, sunfish and other freshwater fish. Sit outside on the porch and BBQ with views of the mountains and water.

The space
The space is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with two floors, a deck, a grill, a backyard, two fireplaces, and a pond. The unit is a duplex, which has separate rental units but has a shared driveway, yard, and parking area. Each spacious bedroom has a pullout sofa and the downstairs sectional can sleep 2 guests. An air mattress is located in the closet of the master room for added convenience. The master bedroom has a fireplace. There is a shower and a jacuzzi tub in the large upstairs bathroom, which can be accessed from both the hallway or the master bedroom. The open kitchen has an island that is great for cooking and entertaining. The cabinets will always be stocked with coffee, tea and spices for cooking! The kitchen is completely equipped, and the outdoor grill is filled with propane. There is a fruit tree outside the house you can feel free to pick from. Pets are welcomed and there is a food bowl for pets in the cabinet in case you forget yours. The unique property is on 10 wooded acres, so you can really enjoy a taste of nature! Look for and enjoy wildlife from the porch as you relax and escape.

This charming Victorian home, situated in a humble Historical town, is an inviting and pristine four-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom residence for a just a two-day trip or extended stay with an eclectic urban downtown vibe.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room featuring a large sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the town. Additionally, an ottoman doubles as a functional workspace during the day, offering a lovely outdoor view.

The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, and if you have an account, you'll have access to a signed-in Netflix account as well as other internet TV options.

The kitchen features a unique blend of vintage metal cabinets that add character, complemented by abundant natural light that fills the space. The thoughtfully chosen decor, live plants, and flowers enhance the inviting "Garden Cottage" atmosphere, creating a warm and charming environment.
Exiting through the kitchen's back door, you'll find a parking pad with space for up to four cars.

Upstairs, the whole bathroom is inspired by 1960s icon Jane Mansfield, with a clean and new tub and shower. The double sink vanity and stylish lighted mirror complement the bathroom beautifully. You'll find provided amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and a generous supply of plush towels, makeup cloths, and washcloths.

Attached to the bathroom is a small area styled as "Jane's Boudoir," featuring a mirrored vanity with a makeup mirror, a seat, and a complimentary basket of essentials in case you forgot something.

The downstairs main bedroom, named the "Appalachian Room" after a nearby trail stop, offers a spacious retreat with a queen-size memory foam mattress and elegant wooden furniture. A stand-alone wardrobe and provided robes and slippers complete the room.

The second bedroom, "Ski Bunny Bunker," draws inspiration from nearby ski mountains and winter fun. It has hardwood floors, a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, ample storage, and a TV with a Roku stick. It's a cozy and vibrant space.

The third spacious bedroom, the "Pocono Chic," features original hardwood floors, a large white dresser with mirror, a closet, a side chair, and airy plants, adding a touch of femininity to the space.

The fourth bedroom is a cozy space perfect for children or young adults. It has a twin-size bed and a pull-out trundle, albeit with limited walking space when both beds are in use.

Gentle hiking and biking paths wind beside Brodhead Creek, a top spot for fishing in the warmer months. The Delaware River and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area are nearby.
For families, Stroudsburg’s shops and galleries offer fun workshops and special programs. Parks and preserves promote outdoor activities, and special events provide family-friendly festivities throughout the year. Parades, festivals, and farmers markets brighten many weekends in this Pocono Mountains town.
Stroudsburg’s boutiques and galleries are filled with clothing, jewelry, shoes, sporting goods, home décor and more.
Dining in Downtown Stroudsburg ensures there’s always something new to sample. Restaurants range from pubs and cafes to ethnic eateries serving up Thai, Italian and French cuisine. We bought this beautiful historic in 2007 and just recently (Jan 2023) switched it over to a short-term rental. We enjoy sharing our adorable town with out-of-town guests.

While in town, you must visit Sarah Street Grill, just two blocks away. SSG has been open for business for 24 amazing years, and in that time the restaurant has grown with the community. SSG is deeply rooted in community service, environmentalism, and clean and renewable energy. The Grill not only sources much of the produce for their delicious homemade dishes from local organic farms but they also have a garden from which they pick many vegetables.

6. A $50 per pet non-refundable fee plus costs for any damages and extra cleaning that is incurred.
