Also one of the perks of the house is that there is a lot of wildlife nearby and even just looking out the window we enjoyed seeing a wide variety of birds, bunnies, groundhogs and deer in the neighborhood."

- "Overall, I was impressed with the property. It's an awesome location right in the circle with unbeatable views (I'd suggest adding photos of the view and the super neat skylight in the master bedroom). There were some issues with water pressure in the bathroom and the shower faucet was wonky, but functioned for the most part. I know the place is new (and I assume the glassware is too), but there was some sticker residue on a few of the glasses. The folded towels was a nice touch and made it feel special. I would also recommend having some back up toiletries like the shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper since there were two of us for five days. We did have to go out and scoop up some extra TP, but no big deal. My biggest gripe was the parking situation. I know that parking in the city is tricky, but the garage is $3/hr 5-5 and .50 overnight. It adds up quick and if you use the app, you can only pay until 0500 so we found ourselves waking up early to avoid getting a ticket/tow. I appreciate the suggestion for the church parking lot which was a more cost effective option if we were going to be in town for the day. Maybe you could look into alternative options for the future. We had a great staycation in Easton and enjoyed the apartment and it's proximity to all the downtown fun!"

There is plenty of private parking on site. We ask that guests do not park vehicles inside the garage due to the narrowness. We are just trying to protect you, your vehicle, as well as our property. However, you will notice the long driveway and concrete parking pad offer all the parking space you need for multiple vehicles. The driveway and pad can comfortably fit 4+ vehicles. If you need more parking space, you are welcome to park on Crestview Ave directly in front of the home.

We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all times. We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation.
House Rules:

PARKING
We provide free parking. Please use only ONE parking space, and provide us your license plate number. We are not responsible for any fines associated with parking. Our parking space can fit a regular size car. This may not fit bigger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE US YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER, YOU MAY BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 6 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 6, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts.

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS
We do not allow pets. If an unauthorized pet is present we will charge a $150 per day fee

The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200

SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.

STARTER KIT
Starter Kit Provided: We provide a "Starter Kit" that includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom supplies, trash bags, and kitchen supplies. This kit is intended to last for a short stay.
Guest Responsibility: Regardless of the length of your stay, we do not provide additional supplies beyond the Starter Kit. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may require during their stay.

My husband and I live in Florida, and sometimes come north to visit family in early summer and mid-fall. Our home is generally available year round, but from Jan through March of 2025, you will share the house with my son and I. We do have a local person available for emergency needs when I am not there.

This Short-Term Lease (1 - 6 MONTHS) caters to traveling healthcare and other traveling professionals, however, it can accommodate 1 - 2 people who plan to stay at least 30 days.

Not only is there easy access to Pocono attractions, it is centrally located to New York City, Philadelphia, Harrisburg/Hershey, and the Jersey Shore!

If you are a traveling health professional, you'll find the Lehigh Valley Health Network as well as St. Luke's University Health Network facilities right there!

Our home is also located in a friendly, safe neighborhood near a walking and biking trail along the Bushkill Creek. But if you want a slightly larger body of water to walk or bike along, try the Delaware River in downtown Easton, or the Lehigh River in Palmer Township. Easton is situated right smack dab in the middle of the Forks of the Delaware.

Fully furnished accommodations include garage parking, one private studio space with a bedroom with bathroom, and living room/kitchenette on the second floor, free Wi-Fi Internet, fully equipped downstairs kitchen, comfy downstairs living room, office, backyard patio with use of grill during summer, (April - September), and laundry facilities.

The upstairs studio with private bathroom is discounted at $65 per night for the first three months of 2025 (30 days minimum booking), plus fees and taxes for a for single occupancy guest. There is an additional fee for an additional guest Our limit is 2 people.

Bathroom includes bathtub and shower, closet space. There is a ROKU Streaming TV (Hulu, Prime, Disney+, HBO, Spectrum, Netflix, etc.) in the studio as well as a DVD player. The downstairs living room ROKU TV also has limited/basic cable.

We seek 1 - 6 month rentals at this time. You will have the entire home to yourself the beginning of April!

Other things to note:
Since guests stay for a month or more, we appreciate your help by bringing in the mail and placing it in the wooden box located on the foyer table. You can also have your mail forwarded to our address for 2-6 month stays.

Please note that we have limited cable access in the living room TV. You can access more programming for this TV for an additional fee. Just let us know when you arrive. It can be done within a few hours. Streaming is available on all TV's.

A great home base for Lehigh Valley exploring or use as a stop-over while traveling the northeast corridor of US. My place is close to Lafayette College & Easton Bus Station (3.5 miles), NYC (60 miles), Philadelphia & Pocono Mts (50 miles) and just 5 minutes from PA Rte 22 and 10 minutes from US Rte 78. You'll have private room & bath plus access to my kitchen, deck and a sitting area on the 1st floor. Guests can enjoy nature, breakfast and a warm beverage on the deck in nice weather.

The space
My place is located just 6-7 minutes from Lafayette College's main campus and less than a mile from Metzger Athletic Complex where most of the varsity sports compete.

If you like the outdoors, my place is less than 1 hour from the Pocono Mts, Jim Thorpe, Beltzville State Park and resorts such as Blue Mountain and Shawnee Mountain. Within 30 minutes there is Wind Gap Park, within 20 minutes Jacobsburg Park & Educational Center and Merrill Creek Park, within 10 minutes Delaware Canal Park towpath, Hughe Moore Park, and many other trails for walking and riding. Easton, PA is home to three microbreweries, antique stores and many fine restaurants. Bethlehem, PA is just a 25 minute drive and has wonderful downtown areas plus Sands Casino and ArtsQuest with all sorts of other entertainment options including the famous Musik Fest.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a second floor private bedroom with a full size bed and a private bath across the hall. On the first floor, guests may share the kitchen’s refrigerator, microwave and sink (no stove cooking please), plus the deck and a sitting area between the two area which has a sofa and table for two.

Parking is off street in the driveway.

I can be a bit flexible with check out times on weekends, but not on weekdays.

During your stay
Guests will be given privacy, but I will be easily available to answer questions and respond to basic needs.

Not only is there easy access to Pocono attractions, it is centrally located to New York City, Philadelphia, Harrisburg/Hershey, and the Jersey Shore!

If you are a traveling health professional, you'll find the Lehigh Valley Health Network as well as St. Luke's University Health Network facilities right there!

Our home is also located in a friendly, safe neighborhood near a walking and biking trail along the Bushkill Creek. But if you want a slightly larger body of water to walk or bike along, try the Delaware River in downtown Easton, or the Lehigh River in Palmer Township. Easton is situated right smack dab in the middle of the Forks of the Delaware.

Fully furnished accommodations include garage parking, two upstairs bedrooms with bathroom on the second floor, free Wi-Fi Internet, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, office, backyard patio with use of grill during summer, (April - September), and laundry facilities.

Just far away from town to be peaceful & close enough to be next to everything! Not far from every highway so you may escape to pocono's to ski /shop or New York to party. Several unique Artsy towns along the river here where you find culture and unique shops. We are close to everything . FOOD is Fantastic! We have extracurriculars here you must reserve in advance : kayaks, pool, hot tub, & spa services. You call and pay after you reserve/confirm your room . Not good to wait till last minute.

This property is along the delaware canal and river along route S.611 a beautiful scenic road that runs along the Delaware river. with lots to do there are boat and tube rentals, big lakes and parks and great places to eat.
we raise organic chickens/eggs. We also have a spa on the property and guests are welcome to make appointments for treatments. Please do that at the time you reserve the room to make sure you can get appointment.

Our location is near the Poconos, Crayola in downtown Easton (hometown of legend Larry Holmes and location of Lafayette College), Wind Creek Casino (formerly The Sands) in Bethlehem & Musikfest & Lehigh University. Martin Guitar in Nazareth (hometown of legend Mario Andretti). There are several local wineries to visit. We offer a gas grill just off the deck! There are several trails to walk. Sunrises and sunsets at Windy Hill Farm are fabulous viewed from the deck!

If you would like a tour of the barn, you must be accompanied by the hosts. We have many clients boarding their horses in our barn who will contact us if they don't recognize you. We try to be as respectful as possible of our clients and their horses, so please do not enter the area without us. Failure to do so could result in loss of access to the barn and surrounding areas.

The lower level of the Lodge has another residence that is currently occupied. Please be respectful to the downstairs tenant.

Access is PROHIBITED to the Windy Hill Inipi Sweat Lodge. This is a private/religious American Indian site which has been here for over 20 years. Please RESPECT their privacy and their heritage, thank you!

Other things to note
1) The lodge located on an uphill gravel road just off Lefevre Road and provide parking for 2 cars.
2) The hosts (Wayne and Norma) live on the property in an adjacent house. We're nearby to help if you need us.
3) We prefer you not sleep on the couch as it can be difficult to clean. Please let us know if you need assistance with sleeping arrangements as we're happy to help accommodate.
4) There are rags under the sink to clean up messes. Please do not use our guest towels to clean up messes.
5) Please ask permission before rearranging the furniture. (i.e. We'd prefer you not use our end tables as chairs.)

Furniture and Property Movement

Do Not Move Furniture: Guests are kindly asked not to move any furniture inside or outside of the property. This includes rearranging or relocating furniture, as it may damage the property or interfere with its setup and functionality.

Trash Bins: Guests are also not permitted to move or relocate trash bins. Please dispose of waste in the designated areas without moving any bins from their original placement. All garbage must be in bags.

We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all times.

We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation.

Beautiful, updated cozy apartment with its own separate entrance in rear. Has pullout couch for extra room , one bedroom with queen size bed. Free WiFi, clean linens, etc. This place is close to all major highways 78, 22 and 33. Crayola factory is 3 miles away Dorney Park is 12 miles, State theatre is less than 3 miles away. Airport 8 miles. There are lots of places to eat nearby as well. Come for fun or stay for work at this great place, includes off street parking. Clean and responsive host.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Easton with easy access to route 78, 22 and 33. There is plenty of private parking on site. We ask that guests do not park vehicles inside the garage due to the narrowness. We are just trying to protect you, your vehicle, as well as our property. However, you will notice the long driveway and concrete parking pad offer all the parking space you need for multiple vehicles. The driveway and pad can comfortably fit 4+ vehicles. If you need more parking space, you are welcome to park on Crestview Ave directly in front of the home.
