- "Everything about our stay was perfect! The location was wonderful - less than an 8 minute drive to the beach, very quiet neighborhood with a safe feel perfect for children and dogs, and a quick drive to anything you may need (grocery store, drug store, restaurants, etc.). The rental was incredibly clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It was equipped with all necessary linens, kitchen equipment and dining essentials, and beach gear. We so appreciated the provided linens and cleaning supplies, along with the beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Bring your dog along (limit: 1 dog under 50 lbs - must be housebroken, non-destructive, and please, no excessive barking. If your dog suffers from separation anxiety, please don't leave her behind – we have good relations with our neighbors, and we’d like to keep it that way.)

The Space:

The garden invites to explore. A swing and several loungers on the balconies lure to linger. Relax as the sun and moon rise and set. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the sound of the wind. Just sit and breathe. There will be many a ZEN moment to behold.

Three levels of living offer enough room to entertain and sleep 12 (1 King, 3 Queen beds, and 2 sets of Bunkbeds (single over single)). Each bedroom has its own TV, each bunk bed has a dedicated reading light and USB outlet for charging your electronic device.
The covered outdoor area offers a TV, a ping pong table, corn hole boards and other outdoor games, and several seating areas. A foot shower and the shower room come in handy when returning from the beach. - Please note: There are two full bathrooms (second and third level), one half bath (third level), and a seasonal indoor shower room (shower only!) on the ground level.

Indoors, the living room is equipped with a 75-inch 4K QLED TV and the family room with a 75-inch 8K QLED TV, perfect for gaming.

If you prefer cooking or baking, the well-appointed gourmet kitchen with brand-new cook- and dinnerware is waiting for you, and so is the gas grill with dedicated gas line. - "This is our 3rd stay in Coastal Club, though our 1st stay at this property. We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was clean and well appointed. It was very comfortable for our family. We choose this location to take advantage of the pool. Everyone at the clubhouse and pool was very polite and friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying in this rental again." - "Rented this beautiful home for a week. The home itself is very large and has adequate room for a 2 family stay. There was 8 of us and no one had any issues being comfortable and we didn’t even have to use the pull out couch once. I love love love the community! The pool is a true delight! We were extremely close to everything - beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc The kids all had a great time! My (now)fiancé even proposed there! A few cons: At booking and for about a week up until we left, we were told the weekly passes were $75. Days before leaving, the clubhouse sent an email stating that they were $95 a person. After reaching out to several people, I was told that the prices had changed in April/May (we booked in Feb/March). We were never informed by the property owners that this happened which I thought a bit odd since I was locked into a contract that stated a totally different price and was then just told “whoops.” Not a very good way to handle business. A few things in the house that we were told would be there but weren’t so we had to buy. A few things that were overlooked when completing. A door handle that just randomly fell off, a chair at the beautiful island that we couldn’t use, small things but not life ending. The clubhouse has a swim up bar and restaurant however, it wasn’t open every day. Only Thursday-Saturday which kind of stunk. We enjoyed the ease of having that handy for ourselves and the kids. 4 adults and 4 kids. But we managed. Overall we had a wonderful time! Just a few minor communication details that need to be worked out for future renters. We loved the community and the beauty of the entire place!"
