Cozy home on a suburban street surrounded by land. This home is perfect for families, as it sleeps 7 people on 4 beds, plus additional 2 people on the pull-out couch. The home is set back from the road in a quiet neighborhood, with a herd of deer frequenting the backyard.

The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven and cooktop, with cabinets and countertops, and is stocked with most things you will need to cook meals with. We offer a coffee bar, with a coffee machine that takes both Kpods and coffee filters, equipped with sugar and creamer. All linens and towels are provided for. There are no washer and dryer units in the cottage, but the guest book lists some local laundromats that are close by.

Beautiful brick home on historic Paddock St in Watertown NY. Walk a couple blocks from this quiet tree-lined neighborhood to downtown, hospitals, and schools. Enjoy your own space with front and back entry ways with covered porches. The vaulted ceilings are open space are elegant and comfortable. The home is a short drive from Lake Ontario, St. Lawrence river/seaway, and the Adirondack Park. Also about 15 minutes to Fort Drum.

Close to downtown we walked there a couple of times. Neighborhood is pretty. It is a older home with hard floors so expect creeking floors while walking. The only dilemma we had is there is only a AC unit in the 1 bedroom. Which was a bit of sticky point with my girls. However it was going down to the mid 60s at night so it wasnt a problem. Only things is this very quiet street is a sudden high traffic area in the morning so yes the many loud cars and truck woke us in the morning. Other then those little points we loved our stay. Also enjoyed the town square and some of the restaurants. Empire, The wine lounge, Maggie's on the water and Cams pizza. There are a bunch of little shops to visit. Plus take cruise to sackets harbor and Clayton all within a half hour drive."

Our baby is two, so expect some of the cabinets to have children locks.

There are many places to near by such has Walmart, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Red Robin, and many local spots.

Air conditioner available during summer months.

After each stay the apartment will be cleaned with an ozone generator for bacteria from previous stays.

Welcome to our cozy duplex located in downtown Watertown, NY. This unit is conveniently located near Fort Drum, downtown Watertown bars and restaurants, Thompson Park, and Samaritan Hospital. The unit features two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, desk/working area, and large screened in porch. An electric fireplace will help keep you warm and cozy throughout the North Country winter! Shared laundry room is available in the basement. WiFi and Netflix provided.

Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall!

PETS- Only ONE pet per booking (maximum of 5 nights), to be less than 80lbs. The pet is to NEVER be left unattended. We do NOT provide any pet supplies/amenities so please pack accordingly. Pets should always be leashed outside of the property. Do not let the pet jump into the couch or bed if paws are dirty. Thompson Park is right behind the property for a nice long walk.

Relax with panoramic views of the Black River from the large raised deck or venture closer to the water with safe river access. The yard slopes down to a seating area and sea wall for shore fishing and ramp access for kayaks and canoes along this calm four mile section from Black River to Watertown which follows the Black River Trail. Location is super convenient on a quiet street off Route 3, five minutes from Watertown and five minutes from Fort Drum. The Black River Drive-In is down street

The space
The house has an open floor plan with rustic accents. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware that you would need along with a dishwasher. One bedroom has a small washer/dryer, with full size washer & dryer on the lower level. The master bedroom is a queen, with full beds and one twin bunk bed in the other bedrooms which have views of the river.

Guest access
Guests will access the entire house upstairs through the front door and lower level laundry room from the kitchen or through the rear garage where the grill is kept.

Other things to note
I ask that all guests remove their shoes upon entering the home. The house has a large yard adjacent to the Black River which is an inherent danger for small children. Kayaks, Canoes, paddles and life jackets, as well as corn hole may be available. Equipment is also available at Fort Drum Outdoor Recreation. Concrete ramp access into river does not accommodate any trailers and all watercraft must be hand carried/wheeled across yard from driveway. The bend in the river creates an eddy along the seawall which is good for water-sports and fishing.
