Cozy home on a suburban street surrounded by land. This home is perfect for families, as it sleeps 7 people on 4 beds, plus additional 2 people on the pull-out couch. The home is set back from the road in a quiet neighborhood, with a herd of deer frequenting the backyard.

The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven and cooktop, with cabinets and countertops, and is stocked with most things you will need to cook meals with. We offer a coffee bar, with a coffee machine that takes both Kpods and coffee filters, equipped with sugar and creamer. All linens and towels are provided for. There are no washer and dryer units in the cottage, but the guest book lists some local laundromats that are close by.

Our family enjoys having people over you'll find plenty of dinner ware, drinking glasses, wine glasses; as long as you take care of them you are welcome to use them. You may enjoy watching movies in our 70" TV with surround sound!

Our baby is two, so expect some of the cabinets to have children locks.

There are many places to near by such has Walmart, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Red Robin, and many local spots.

Air conditioner available during summer months.

After each stay the apartment will be cleaned with an ozone generator for bacteria from previous stays.

Beautiful brick home on historic Paddock St in Watertown NY. Walk a couple blocks from this quiet tree-lined neighborhood to downtown, hospitals, and schools. Enjoy your own space with front and back entry ways with covered porches. The vaulted ceilings are open space are elegant and comfortable. The home is a short drive from Lake Ontario, St. Lawrence river/seaway, and the Adirondack Park. Also about 15 minutes to Fort Drum.

Close to downtown we walked there a couple of times. Neighborhood is pretty. It is a older home with hard floors so expect creeking floors while walking. The only dilemma we had is there is only a AC unit in the 1 bedroom. Which was a bit of sticky point with my girls. However it was going down to the mid 60s at night so it wasnt a problem. Only things is this very quiet street is a sudden high traffic area in the morning so yes the many loud cars and truck woke us in the morning. Other then those little points we loved our stay. Also enjoyed the town square and some of the restaurants. Empire, The wine lounge, Maggie's on the water and Cams pizza. There are a bunch of little shops to visit. Plus take cruise to sackets harbor and Clayton all within a half hour drive."
