The village of Alexandria Bay is one mile away, where there is shopping and restaurants galore. Boldt Castle and Singer Castle can be toured via Uncle Sams Boat Tours. Swim in the St. Lawrence River. Access it from the Scenic View Park off of Sisson Street in Alexandria Bay, NY. There is a public beach there. Or you can take a trip to Clayton, NY and swim off the shore at Frink Park!

The one thing to note is that the house is older so if you are taller than 6 foot you will have to duck through many of the doorways and up the stairs. We will definitely be staying here again!"

Carnegie Bay Cottage is a luxurious year-round home with central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen features custom granite countertops and is well-appointed with a stainless steel refrigerator, built-in ice maker, stainless steel induction stove, and built-in microwave. Additional amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, a 10-cup coffee maker, a 4-slice toaster, blenders, crockpots, a bartender set, pantry items, bakeware, and more.

The dining table seats 8 and 5 more on the kitchen island. The living room includes a stereo HD TV with a dish and internet—the office stores books and games. The bedrooms consist of large closets and ceiling fans. We have new front-load washers & dryers on the first and ground floors.

The property features ample parking for cars, boat trailers, and dock space for boats and jet skis. The house is on a private 1-acre lot within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife.

Alexandria Bay offers a wide variety of activities within a short distance. Perfect for eclipse viewing and not overcrowded (although it is the "off-season" for tourists, so some places were still closed), but we expected that given the time of year. - "Two friends and I spent a four day weekend at Yuri's oasis. It's an absolutely spectacular house. It is centrally located perfectly just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Alex Bay right on the St Lawrence river. You can sip coffee on the MASSIVE deck that overlooks the river while watching the freighters traverse the river. The house is spotless and is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, you can sleep at least 6 people comfortably. It's a perfect multi function place. Our priority was relaxation and fishing and the 100ft dock was perfect for our boat in the small protected inlet just off the main shipping channel. There is a marina roughly 200 yards down the road for easy boat launch. Tons of parking on the propery for a boat trailer. If fishing isn't a priority for you the house is perfect for families looking for access to everything the 1000 islands has to offer. It's spacious and homey while being completely modern. This is roughly my 15th stay in the 1000 islands region and Yuri's home ranks first on my list as best places I have been. I could not recommend more."

Relax on the beautiful St. Lawrence River, near "Lake of the Isles", with the whole family. This waterfront property is conveniently located in a serene, private wooded setting. With over 320' of waterfront you can relax in numerous outside sitting areas overlooking the water either from the large deck, screened in porch, the "cut out ledge", the fire pit, or down on the 100' dock. Relaxing on the dock provides excellent sun bathing, swimming, fishing, and plenty of space to keep your boat.

Our clean, comfortable, and modern home situated on the edge of the Thousand Islands Club Lake Golf Course, is a great location for that family vacation to the 1000 Islands. Take a pleasant walk or short drive to two 18-Hole golf courses, two nearby restaurants, and the historic Boldt Castle and Boldt Yacht House attraction during the summer months.
Other things to note
We can accommodate four guests comfortably but up to six guests upon request. and approval, for an additional fee. It is important to note that the third "loft bedroom", which could accommodate the extra guests, is accessible only by ladder (you will see in the photos) from the second floor bedroom.

Relax with the family or a couple of friends at the Alex Bay Ranch! Just outside the village of Alexandria Bay, but not too close. Share a firepit, take a country walk right outside your front door, cook a steak outside, watch the stars and satellites. Then when you're ready take a 5 minute drive to go visit the sites and attractions of the Alex Bay and Thousands Islands area! You can use our place as your base for exploration, or just stay, no reason to even leave!

This is a toned down version of the larger Alex Bay Ranch house. There will be no other guests here and the hosts aren't resident. We shut off the back part of the house, leaving a 2 BR suite. Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's in them. You also have the full living room, dining room, breakfast nook with coffee bar and full kitchen. You also have exclusive access to the outside amenities including swimming pool and hot tub.

For sleeping, you have two bedrooms with king beds and TV's in them.

For cooking, you have a fully supplied indoor kitchen with everything you need to cook complete meals. You also have access to the outdoor cook area with a gas griddle cooktop and a gas grill.

For eating you have a full dining room with 8 -person table, and a breakfast nook coffee bar room with a 4-person table in a beautiful sunroom. And also 4 picnic tables spread through the property.

For play, you have exclusive access to our huge pool, as well as the hot tub. Also there's a firepit, basketball goal, cornhole set and huge yard to play in for your kids. Or even the adults to kick a ball around in.
