- "The check-in clerk was not very nice and was sure to let me know that since I booked with Expedia/Hotels.com I would not be getting any Hilton Honor points. She also put me in a room on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. I wouldn't have cared, but I was traveling with my 90-year-old Father, who made the trip to see his nephew returning from deployment. The woman really annoyed me after traveling 11 hours by car. We were so excited to finally arrive and she made a terrible first impression. The walk to the room was too far. I was disappointed. She also made a fuss because he couldn't get out of the car to check in, as the room was reserved in his name. I had my ID and my reservation in hand. "

- "Great hotel, new, clean, spacious. Great staff. So I chose this hotel to spend some time at the pools with my kids, just to know they were closed for renovation. I guess we just got so unlucky... I wouldn't expect a pool to be close over an Easter long weekend. While they kindly offered to refund us if we ended up going to a community pool, they were closed during our stay and yes, it is an inconvenient option for us either way, I wasn't planning to leave a comfortable hotel for a pool. Anyways, I was hoping to get a discount for a future return as a gesture or something but I didn't because I would only assume ill get a "no" for an answer. :( "

The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven and cooktop, with cabinets and countertops, and is stocked with most things you will need to cook meals with. We offer a coffee bar, with a coffee machine that takes both Kpods and coffee filters, equipped with sugar and creamer. All linens and towels are provided for. There are no washer and dryer units in the cottage, but the guest book lists some local laundromats that are close by.

There are many places to near by such has Walmart, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Red Robin, and many local spots.

After each stay the apartment will be cleaned with an ozone generator for bacteria from previous stays.

Beautiful brick home on historic Paddock St in Watertown NY. Walk a couple blocks from this quiet tree-lined neighborhood to downtown, hospitals, and schools. Enjoy your own space with front and back entry ways with covered porches. The vaulted ceilings are open space are elegant and comfortable. The home is a short drive from Lake Ontario, St. Lawrence river/seaway, and the Adirondack Park. Also about 15 minutes to Fort Drum.

Close to downtown we walked there a couple of times. Neighborhood is pretty. It is a older home with hard floors so expect creeking floors while walking. The only dilemma we had is there is only a AC unit in the 1 bedroom. Which was a bit of sticky point with my girls. However it was going down to the mid 60s at night so it wasnt a problem. Only things is this very quiet street is a sudden high traffic area in the morning so yes the many loud cars and truck woke us in the morning. Other then those little points we loved our stay. Also enjoyed the town square and some of the restaurants. Empire, The wine lounge, Maggie's on the water and Cams pizza. There are a bunch of little shops to visit. Plus take cruise to sackets harbor and Clayton all within a half hour drive."
