Lodge Description: The lodge is a restored farmhouse spacious enough for large groups and families. The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor has 5 additional bedrooms and a second bath. There is also an enclosed porch/mud room for storing your outerwear and as a staging area to prepare for your ride. The living room serves as the main gathering place at Beaver Creek Lodge. It has plenty of seating, a fireplace, HDTV and library. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room has a large table that seats 8+. It also serves as a gathering place and is perfect for board or card games. Our full kitchen is complete with all the appliances and utensils needed for your stay. It features a full size refrigerator & stove, and also includes a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen also has a table for additional seating and a full size washer & dryer (free) should you need them.

Property: The lodge has a circular driveway with easy access from the road, providing easy access for vehicles with trailers. We are right on the snowmobile/4-wheel trail network, enabling you to ride right from your door, which obviously makes us popular for snowmobiling and ATVing. Our property is approximately 400 acres, and is adjacent to Granger State Forest and Pickney State Forest. While the property is closed deer hunting, contact us if you are interested in small game and waterfowl hunting.

Thanks!!" - "I’m glad we stayed at this lodge for so many reasons. First, the layout is open with a wide floor plan. It was convenient to have two big bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. This made it easy for the older folks who felt more comfortable downstairs rather than try to scale the steps. The front porch area was perfect for hanging while it was raining and also when returning from riding. It has a concrete floor so its easy to clean up. The kitchen is big enough and well stocked. There is so much room outside for parking. We had 7 vehicles and 3 trailers and still had plenty of room for more. It was convenient to have a short ATV trail from the driveway directly onto the road which is legal ATV road. The shed is well stocked with firewood for the awesome fire pit. It was also convenient to have access to a garden hose/spigot to clean off the ATV’s. We explored the 400 acres on our ATV’s. Wow, such a fun time. We found existing ATV trails and also created a few of our own. And yes! We found the restoration project (truck) lol. John was very communicative and informative. VRBO overcharged me and John pointed it out. He is very honest as I probably would not have picked up on this. Our entire group was very pleased with our stay and if we ever need this much space, without hesitation, we would stay here again."

A twin rollaway bed or queen air mattress can be provided upon request during the time of booking for anyone who is unable to climb stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms or if you have more then 8 guest staying the night. This place was super clean and had “everything” we needed and more to make our stay exceptional, and enjoy our family time together! It is an older house, with steep stairs, which was ok with us, but some may need to consider. We loved it, and will book in future trips!"

Beautiful and spacious 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in remote country setting . Located on Tug Hill. Tug Hill is known for some of the best snowmobiling and 4 wheeling in the Northeast. We are located directly on the trail system. Guest can ride hundreds of miles of groomed trails.
Also great for skiing, fishing and hiking. If you are a hunter, the land borders Pickney State Forest. Perfect for the outdoorsman in you!!

The owners live in a private section of the home. Guest will have their own private entrance. Downstairs is the kitchen and livingroom. Upstairs is a master bedroom and bath with a jacuzzi tub, 3 bedrooms and a second bath. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 people.

Guest can ride snowmobiles or 4 wheelers right from this location to hundreds of miles of groomed trails. Guest can also cross country ski directly from the house.
Guest are also within 20-30 minutes of Fort Drum, the Thousands Islands, Lake Ontario, and two down hill ski areas. Great location!

This is a remote area. There is no public transportation. The closest store/gas station is 5 miles away. Restaurants/bars are 5 to 10 miles away.

Located right on the main SNOWMOBILING and ATV trails, at the heart of Barnes Corners across from the main free parking lot . This is a prime location on Rt 177 near the Tug Hill Winery, the Montague Inn and Tuggers.

- "Just say yes! This home was everything we hoped for—cozy, well-designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Each level had its own heating controls (even the upstairs bathroom!), and the variety of comfy seating. We loved how private it felt, with no neighbors in sight on one side and plenty of fresh air through clean, screened windows.The basement was a standout: remote-controlled fireplace, dimmable lights, a bar area, a three-season room—and we even spotted an otter in the river from it! The whole house is clearly cared for, down to the fluffy towels, soft throw blankets, and perfect pillows. My husband is still talking about the heated toilet seat.The host was warm and responsive. back!"

- "Looked like the pics. Upstairs over an Amish furniture store in an Amish community, lots of buggy’s riding around. Woke up to a horse and buggy parked next my truck, pretty cool. Appears the area is powered by giant windmills which you will find spinning slowly between the many farms located about. Had a bottle of eclipse wine and some Amish popcorn and stuff waiting for us, when we arrived, a nice touch. The place is kinda rustic in vibe but the WiFi was high speed modern. It is conveniently located on a small stretch of the Black River just outside of Carthage NY. If you love being near the water, fishing, boating, four wheeling, or just want a relaxing getaway, this is for you! The space:
You will be staying in a rustic 10X16 cabin with a set of bunk beds and a queen size fold out cabinet bed. There is a 4ft bar table that folds down inside for dinning. Please bring your own linens (pillows, sheets, blankets). We place covers on all mattresses that are disinfected before your stay. There is a clock, fan and extension cord for electricity. There is a bathhouse across the camp you can use but does not provide drinkable water. Toilet paper, hand soap, and hand sanitizer is provided.. You will have your own small firepit with a small bundle of wood. You are encouraged to bring more of your own if you plan on having a few days of fire. Keep in mind this is a campground so the owners and other renters may be staying there or using it for the day. There is an option to rent a space to have your boat docked there for a $10 a day fee. Please contact me if you are interested! We welcome ATV and snow mobiles but you must be registered!
Guests will have access to all of the campground besides locked buildings and lean too. Gazebo, Bathhouse and your cabin is all yours! This is a carry in carry out campground. Please take your garbage home with you. Please have your children wear life jackets by the river and on the dock. We are still under construction to make the camp even better next year so please ignore our mess while driving in! Our place is your place, we are a super laid-back campground. Come relax and have a great time! ~ In the winter there is no running water or latrine. If you would like to stay please message me for more details!

Beautiful, secluded 2 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront cottage, with an additional outdoors shower, overlooking the lake. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Master bedroom is 13x10, with two closets with a dresser in one closet. Brand new platform queen bed and mattress. Large window. The second bedroom is 10x10 with a large dresser and mirror. Large window. Queen bed with new box spring and mattress. Bathroom is spa-like, with a teak wood shower with glass surround. Locally sourced tongue and groove cover the walls and ceiling. Brand new dryer completes the bathroom. Living room has a wood burning stove, 2 rocker recliners, and a futon couch that converts to a comfortable queen size bed. Dining area has a brand new table and chairs that seats 6. The kitchen is large with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator, plenty of counter space, a the washing machine. Two sliders open to our 700 square feet of wrap around deck with brand new Trex decking. There you will find a hammock for one, two Adirondack chairs, two gravity chairs, a table with 4 chairs, a grill, a prep table and a hot water shower. You can literally fish from a chair on the deck. The deck leads you into the garden where we grow vegetables, berries and roses. There is a fire pit, lots of flowers, and a luminated fountain that provides a great soundtrack to a crackling fire, or if you are if you are resting in the 2 person hammock nearby. The garden leads down to a large dock, or up to your parking area, and has beautiful solar landscape lighting to illuminate the stairs and pathways. Local bar / restaurant a 10 minute walk up the road. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores within a 20 minute drive.

It's hard to call this cozy cabin a camp. You won't exactly be roughing it, because you will come in from the snowmobile trails to a toasty warm fireplace and free wifi to stream your Netflix.

The loft bedroom sleeps up to 5, with one twin bed and two double beds. The living room is stocked with toys for the kids, games, a tv, and comfortable seating. TV trays are available for casual indoor meals. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of cooking instead of going out to eat at an area restaurant. With the water turned off to prevent frozen pipes-we will provide bottles of water for drinking and cooking. Dry shampoo, waterless body cleansing wipes, and no-rinse hand soap for your personal hygiene . For calls of nature we have installed a Laveo Flushing Dry Toilet (I can send you a video-vrbo will not let me upload one).

Area communities are connected by the snowmobile trails, which make going anywhere as much fun as arriving. There are restaurants and wineries without driving on the roads, so the only shoveling you may face is to get to you snowmobile. If you are up for the adrenaline rush, tubing and ski-ing are right at Dry hill just 10 minutes away. There is also a hill to bring the sleds for the kids to play, as long as the lake is frozen its lots of fun!

This apartment is the 4 season oasis you've been dreaming of! Step on in and make yourself at home. This spacious 1,400 sq. ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath has a cabin feel with a cozy propane fireplace and pine ceilings and accents. Just outside the sliding glass door is a 6 person hot tub overlooking 2 ponds and the surrounding woods. You'll also find an outside fire pit for your use, along with 7 acres of trails.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with a Serta mattress, an electric fireplace and a treadmill for exercise. The 2nd bedroom is a nicely updated study that has a pull out sofa featuring a memory foam twin mattress, along with a couch. The kitchen/bar area provides seating for 3, a full fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, George Foreman grill, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's also a game room area which includes a foosball table, darts, a basketball game, and ring toss. If you'd rather just lounge on the large sectional use the 60" smart tv with access to several streaming services. Of course, high speed internet is available, and, if needed, a laundry room as well.

This home is only 10 minutes from the Tug Hill region, 15 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes from Lake Ontario and 40 minutes from the St. Lawrence River. Come enjoy this peaceful retreat! *The owners live above this apartment with their children, but the entrances are separate and there is no inside shared living space. They are available if you should need anything during your stay, but value guests having privacy. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted.
