Newly renovated cottage on the water in Chippewa bay, 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 5 or 6 with the very comfortable couch in the living area, huge yard with fire pit and wood available to purchase on sight, large deck with picnic table, dock slips, a huge waterfront yard , great fishing right off the dock as this bay is a spawning area for perch, bluegill, crappie and bass, very quite and peaceful area with Alexandria Bay 10 minutes away. 1bedroom has a full bed, and a twin bed, the other has a full bed, couch is roomy and comfortable, large screen TV with Netflix, sling, and Hulu, internet, gas fire place in case it gets cold, full kitchen with all cookware supplied, there is no dishwasher or laundry. Large pantry and storage closets. Located on a very quiet dead end road where you can truly enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the river. This cottage has a huge yard with plenty of privacy. please bring bottled water for drinking as the water in the north country has a lot of iron in it.

We also have a 20 ft pontoon and boat at our dock available for our guests to rent at affordable prices. No easier way to enjoy cruising, fishing and swimming than on our pontoon boat. Please let us know asap if you want to rent it so we can reserve it for you and have it ready to go. Damage deposit also applies to the boat rental. All pontoon boats are equipped with GPS navigation maps. Extra dock space available to rent if needed for $25 per day.

The firepit is on a slope so its somewhat difficult to sit around it as a group to chat or roast marshmallows. There is a picnic table to help this. Enjoy gorgeous view of the bay with picnic table, grill and firepit with wood available to purchase on sight. boat slip available, 20 foot pontoon boat and kayaks available to rent. Spacious yard with a huge deck nestled in the trees overlooking the river. No extra charge for dock slip.

convenience of land access! Park your vehicle (room for up to 2 cars) on the

adjoining peninsula, and with a short walk across a recently renovated

footbridge you are suddenly transported to your own private island.

Chippewa Bay is renowned for having some of the best fishing in the region.

The relatively calmer waters of the bay make it the perfect place for all of

your favorite on-the-water activities from kayaking to water skiing. Or simply

enjoy kicking back in a hammock and watching the breathtaking sunsets

overlooking the main shipping channel. An outdoor fire pit is available on the

shore with stunning views of the bay.

A dock is available to tie up your boat or other water toys. The Chippewa Bay

public boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner. If paddle

boats are more your speed a canoe and kayak are available for guest use.

This small rustic cottage sits in a perfect location to enjoy everything the

1000 Islands has to offer, conveniently located only 15 minutes from

Alexandria Bay and is a prime jumping off point to access all of the treasures

of the region.

This cottage has:

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sleeping for up to 5 people. Large bedroom has a

queen bed and a twin daybed. Small bedroom has a full sized bed. Living room

has a full sized futon.

Just across the footbridge is the "main" house, our larger log cabin on its

own private peninsula. If a larger home with more modern amenities better

suits your needs it may be the perfect choice. Or rent both together for a

spacious compound to enjoy with friends and family.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs permitted with pet fee of $50 per dog and completion

of Pet Waiver. No cats allowed.

Parking is on the adjacent property. Access the island by walking over a

footbridge.
