Please note, in light of the recent Social Distancing recommendations (per CDC guidelines), we are leaving the apartment empty for at least three days between guests, to allow the apartment to refresh between visits. Of course, we thoroughly clean after each visitor, using an anti-bacterial cleaner. The entrance is specific to the Apartment, so no need to share a door.

Also, besides our normal high temperature laundering, we have spare pillows and a spare comforter, to alternate, allowing more time between users.

We've fully remodeled our 1 bedroom apartment! It's right in the center of what's happening in the village, and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, pubs, a brewery!, sushi, a bakery, many galleries, museums, Fisher Price Toys! - all within a short walk. There can also be found great skiing, hiking, and biking nearby. Our ice rink is just down the street!

We've thoroughly updated the apartment in our 1860's mercantile building, with a gorgeous shower, completely modern kitchen, and a roomy bedroom (with king size bed, of course!)
East Aurora is a unique village, with a well known history in western New York - Elbert Hubbard and his Roycrofters brought East Aurora to fame in the early 1900's Arts and Crafts Movement. With the restoration of the Roycroft Inn and many of the original buildings of the Roycroft Campus, East Aurora has seen a nice resurgence overall. It's a great little village to explore, with many galleries, museums, restaurants and pubs, plus a nice selection of small retail shops.
Outdoor activities are abundant... We can direct you to great parks in the area, primitive or not, for hiking and biking, or simply picnicking with a bottle of wine!

The space
Our Airbnb is just outside of East Aurora in a semi-rural setting. It is one of three side by side apartments in a single story house. This Airbnb is the left-most apartment and has a private entrance. There is a shared driveway for parking.

This is a cozy apartment with a large master bedroom. It has a living room, with a futon couch, and a cute eat-in kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer in this unit. There is a very nice back porch that is a great spot for coffee, relaxing and getting some work done.

Guest access
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is no yard access with this apartment, but it has a lovely back porch that overlooks the back property which includes a small organic blueberry patch. If you're an early riser, you'll likely see deer, maybe some sheep if they escaped from our neighbor, and if you're very lucky, a family of foxes.

Other things to note
Absolutely no parties. We expect guests to be respectful of the other guests and tenants in the building.

Beautiful downstairs In-law suite (without kitchen). Home is located only 4 minutes away from downtown East Aurora for shopping, eating and exploring. Also only twenty minutes from the Bills Stadium. Private studio apartment with a queen size bed and a single bed. Has a couch and living space with cozy fire place. Plenty of room to hang out and relax. Our home has its old house charms, being 120 year old farmhouse owned by 2 artists. Our place is very comfortable & we hope you feel at home here.

THINGS TO NOTE:

+The Sweet Little Green Room has a brand new XL twin bed that sleeps one person comfortably. It is a small room that is super cozy w/ an easy chair for relaxing. The walkway can be a little tricky and slippery in the winter. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. It is the guest's responsibility to shovel and salt walkway . Snow shovel and salt provided. Plow service.

There is central Air Conditioning in the home plus a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is no thermostat in the apartment as it is controlled on the upper level. Two space heaters are provided in order for you to adjust your comfort level.
The bedroom has a window. The entry door is half glass which lets light into the kitchen. This is essentially a walkout basement apartment with a private exterior door.

Full kitchen with cookware, toaster, microwave, Keurig style coffee maker, refrigerator and stove with full size oven. Small dining peninsula in kitchen. Coffee, tea and staples like spices, oil and various other pantry items all for your use. This is for your own cooking. Some paper products. If it's in there we don't care if you use it! Same goes for bathroom items. Please help yourself to anything you may have forgotten or need! Only starter items provided. Replenishment is responsibility of guest.

Listing is just a short drive (less than a mile) to all that the visitor and pedestrian-friendly Village of East Aurora has to offer. It is home to a dozen or more locally owned restaurants with original character (Italian, Chinese, Thai, American, Mexican etc.), famous Buffalo favorites like Mighty Taco and Barbil open up until 2am ), and several standard chains such as Tim Horton's (coffee lovers favorite) and McDonald's . Dispensary. Art Galleries, Vidlers (an historic old-fashioned five and dime) as well as many other opportunities to browse shops and boutiques along historic Main Street are waiting for your visit. Vera Bradley? Alex and Annie? We have that too. Home of the National Historic Landmark status Roycroft Campus where Elbert Hubbard founded the Arts and Crafts Movement at the turn of the 20th century and the Original Site of President Millard Filmore's law office. If you stay more than one night, there is plenty of Americana to be found right here! Just let me know what you're looking for and I'll help you find it.

For the outdoor and exercise enthusiast there are almost a dozen nearby parks. It is only five to ten minutes from here to Knox Farm State Park, Owens Fall Nature Sanctuary, Emery Park, Chestnut Ridge, Hunters Creek Park and Majors Town Park as well as the Cazenovia Creek Nature Sanctuary. 25 minutes to downtown Buffalo, Woodlawn Beach State Park (fabulous Lake Erie Sunsets!) , Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, and Walden Galleria Mall. Approximately 45 minutes from Niagara Falls to the north and Ellicotville (Holiday Valley 4 season resort) to the south.

We want you to be comfortable during your stay! Please ask if there's something you need. Bed & bath are cleaned regularly and although we try to keep the rest of the house tidy, we do have a dog and both work full time (and travel frequently.) Our place has a very relaxed, laid-back vibe. A bit arty.

The room is EXACTLY as pictured & described here...its a small, upstairs bedroom with new queen mattress & linens. Decor is reclaimed industrial/vintage with a beach theme in the bathroom.

This is a 100+ year old house/no central air however, there is a ceiling fan, window air conditioning unit, and we provide an extra fan when its warm.

Side door entrance with boot bench. Upstairs, second-floor private bedroom and bathroom a few steps away in a shared (with host) hallway. Front side porch with comfy-cushioned furniture (in fair weather.)

During your stay
We're typically around during the day, but might be in-and-out. Occasionally we are out-of-town traveling in which case we will leave alternative local names/numbers to reach if needed. We have a very friendly, medium sized dog - she barks at noises, but with a hello and pat on the head, will quickly become your friend.

We live 'on-property' and ask that guests respect QUIET time in all areas after 11pm.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on the corner of Main and Olean, above the local toy store (Toy Loft).
One bedroom with queen bed and a full sofa (not a pull out) in kitchen area with extra blankets for an additional quest. Kitchen is a studio kitchen with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

Space includes three rooms: Bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette.

Other things to note
Parking is a bit tricky but not impossible. The best thing to do is park on Main Street. It is free and safe. It is fine to park on Main Street overnight. You can also park on Main Street during the day but street signs say two hour maximum during business hours. I have never seen this monitored but I understand if you’re uncomfortable parking on Main all day. There are two free village parking lots close by. One is behind 42 North Brewing Company on Pine street. The other is behind the Aurora Theater on Main Street. Both lots are about two blocks away.
You can park in public lots all day but the car should be moved to Main Street for overnight.

(Please note, from November 15th thru April 1st there is no overnight public parking available. This is due to snow removal requirements). Guests somehow figure a place to park over night during the winter months. If you need assistance, I can provide some guidance.

Our four square Roycroft built craftsman style home in the center of the Village is around the corner from the historic Roycroft Inn and Campus in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Roycroft founder Elbert Hubbard lived in the house in 1904. We are in the middle of the village; walkable to all!

East Aurora is a classic village that you'll love!! An independent film company even made a movie here last winter! Wow!

The space
There is a piano in the living room. Our guests can play it or there is a player piano feature that can be utilized.

Guests are welcome to come into the kitchen to get stored items in the refrigerator. There is a separate coffeemaker and toaster available for your use in the dining room. The front porch is a wonderful spot for relaxing, as is our back deck and backyard.

During your stay
I love chatting with my guests! I am a docent at the Roycroft Inn and the Elbert Hubbard Museum and a life member of the Aurora Historical Society. I also give tours in Buffalo so can suggest places to go and things to see and do there, as well.

Bright and cozy one bedroom, one bathroom guest house in the heart of the Village of East Aurora. A short walk to parks, shopping, restaurants and everything else that the village has to offer.

In the Village of East Aurora there is no on street parking allowed from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. from November 15th to April 1st. During this time, a single parking space in the driveway is the only space we provide.

This is a beautiful, freshly remodeled two bedroom apartment just outside of East Aurora. It has a big back porch that overlooks the property.

Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and large dine-in kitchen.

We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and the Buffalo Ski Center, and 20 minutes to the Bills Stadium. We’re a quick 30 minute drive to the City of Buffalo and 40 minutes to Niagara Falls.

The space
Our Airbnb is just outside of East Aurora, in a semi-rural setting. It is one of three side by side apartments in a single story house. This Airbnb is the center apartment and has a private entrance. There is a large shared driveway for parking.

There is a beautiful, updated kitchen, a nice deep bathtub for baths, and two comfortable bedrooms. The porch is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sun go down, or to sit with your laptop and get some work done. (There's a nice, strong wifi signal back there.)

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is no yard access with this apartment, but it has a lovely, huge porch that overlooks the back property which includes a small organic blueberry patch. If you're an early riser, you'll likely see deer, maybe some sheep if they escaped from our neighbor, and if you're very lucky, a family of foxes.

Located in the heart of the village, with blazing fast wifi is our quaint, trendy, newly renovated, lower level (must be able to make stairs), open concept apartment with new stainless steel appliances and high end furnishings. This 3 family monthly rental, Sears & Roebuck Catalog home built in 1941, was one of the last to be built during the Depression. Provided are linens, starter toiletries, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea. Maximum 4 guests and parking for one car.

We have a loyalty program for returned guests. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and queen Murphy bed next to the living room area. The queen Murphy bed is located at the extended living room and can be used as a 2nd bedroom. Privacy panel drapery exists. Please feel free to use the gardens. We hope you enjoy your stay! There are two exits in the apartment, a lot of natural light and ambiance, 3 outdoor living spaces, BBQ Grill, and tandem kayak for your pleasure. Must be able to make stairs. Feel free to use the gardens.

A queen Murphy bed is located at the extended living room and can be converted to a 2nd bedroom. Privacy panel drapery exists. This apartment is garden level. Maximum of 4 guests and parking limited to one car. No smoking or pets on premises.

The space
The front of the apartment is much like a master suite. There is a living room, bathroom, wet bar/coffee bar area and the master with his/hers closets and a king size bed. The second bedroom is in the back half of the apartment, large bedroom with a separate living room/ sitting area outside that bedroom near the full kitchen. Each bedroom feels a lot like its own apartment which is great for privacy traveling with others.

We thoroughly remodeled our beautiful apartment, with a large bedroom & a spacious high-ceilinged kitchen / living room! It's right in the center of what's happening in the village, and it's surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, pubs, a brewery!, a bakery, many galleries, museums, Fisher Price Toys! - all within a short walk. There can also be found great skiing, hiking, and biking nearby.

The space
Please note, in light of the recent social distancing recommendations (CDC guidelines), we are leaving the apartment empty for at least three days between guests, to allow the apartment to refresh between visits. Of course, we thoroughly clean after each visitor, using an anti-bacterial cleaner. Note also. the apartment has a private entrance.
Also, besides our normal high temperature laundering, we have spare pillows and a spare comforter, to allow more time between uses.

We've thoroughly updated the apartment in our 1860's mercantile building, with a gorgeous shower, completely modern kitchen, new appliances, and a roomy bedroom (with king size bed, of course!). It provides the comfort and privacy you like, with a private entrance off Main Street, and with large bright windows overlooking East Aurora's bustling Main Street.

Our apartment is self-contained, with a private front entrance from Main St. The apartment is above our clothing store, so easy access to us if you have any questions.
Parking - We have parking directly behind the building, and there's a large village parking lot in back as well.

One room cabanna with rustic stickwork porch situated in a private 20 acre old growth forest. Private locked entrance road, 3 acre crystal clear spring fed pond complete with a sandy beach & dock. Only 3 miles from village of East Aurora, close to Knox Park for music events such as BORDERLANDS. You can take short hikes to scenic waterfalls and other eco adventures. Offers many who have limited access to natural surroundings an opportunity to be totally immersed.

The space
A civil war era farm left undeveloped and turning back to wilderness just beyond the fringe of civilization allows guests to enjoy complete solitude. Essentially an exclusive eco resort, grounds are maintained to support any number of guest campers. Cabin is located deep in an old growth forest with some of trees having girths exceeding 6'. The 3 acre spring fed pond is stocked with walleye (yellow pike) for the avid fisher, perch for the kids, and fat head minnows. A spacious sandy beach offers crystal clear bathing. White tail deer abound, as well as coyotes and a wide array of wild fowl and migratory birds. The travelers will be able to enjoy the entire site without any intrusion.

Exclusive use of cabin, Amish built outhouse, pond (fishing, boating, swimming), forest (hiking, camping), beach, and grounds.

Other things to note
Cabin is accessorized with numerous antique curiosities that are to remain in place untouched. The pond is pure spring water, deep, and unspoiled: no soap, shampoo, or detergents are allowed!
Other than wood stove, no central or thermostatic heat.

Nevertheless, we have electric available and cell phones have service, no WiFi.

A large bonfire (aprox. 1 ton of logs) can be available for an additional $200.00 if the guest requests it be built for their arrival. If not, please have fun getting all the wood from the forest you may want for you bonfire adventure. Guest must have aptitude at building and maintaining wood stove fire.
This is essentially camping. Winters are very cold. Comforter and flannel sheets provided, but still recommend your own sleeping bags in winter.
Dirt road will be plowed for access in event of snow.
