I am open to having children of any ages in the house, but the house is not child-proof - there is easy access to cabinets with cleaning supplies, stairs, plenty of sharp corners, and other things that are not as child-friendly. Please be aware of this and plan accordingly and responsibly.

Extra towels are in the bathroom closet for your use.

I will restock and clean things as necessary such as laundry, dishes, toilet paper, etc. but please take care of these things yourself as you create or notice them, or if needed let me know if something needs to be done

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My humble home is an 8 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! This is a private room within an entire house . The house is specifically set up for guests so everybody will enter through the front door but each bedroom has its own lock and key and are private, only accessible by the person who has the room reservation.
