Nice cape cod style home situated on a spacious and quiet lot, located close to the Village and Hamilton College. Great for anyone visiting a student attending Hamilton College. Please bear in mind this is an older home and although it has some updating and it is quite comfortable it is an older home (stairs and floors creek, and upper level bedroom have dormers which restricts some ceiling height).

Whispering Willow Loj is so private but so close everything. The home is expansive with a large eat in kitchen with patio doors to the back deck. The kitchen flows to the living room and boasts a gas fireplace. It is a great place to relax with the morning sun or central visiting area. The living room also has quick access to the back deck. The expansive formal dining room comfortably seats 10 people. The lower level has a spacious den with a 50” smart TV. There is a bedroom suite with and king bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The home stately sits on two and one-half acres of land. The home is roomy with much space to relish. Whispering Willows is a three level home and is decorated with a nature theme decor with many original art pieces. It is a home you and your friends and family can gather and enjoy one another along with the nature that surrounds you. The backyard is private. Relax on the deck and enjoy rainy days under the retractable awning. There also is a dining table for outside dining along with a fire table to enjoy cool nights. All blankets, sheets, towels, soaps, shampoos, and much more are provided. Just ask to see if the home has certain items you may need!

You will receive the code to the front door before check in time. Also there is a locked basement and bedroom that guests may not enter.
