This is a private apartment in our home. We live on the upper level we are here if you need something but, we also respect your privacy. You have your own private entrance and key to go as you please.
The entire apartment was built by Frank also all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom also all of the furniture.
We have 20 beautiful acres to go hiking trails are marked leading down to the stream and ravine. There is an additional charge for each dog $30 for each dog 1 time fee***********No visitors without prior approval from Anne&Frank **
There is one bedroom with king bed and the other room has 2 twin beds but no door the bathroom is in between the two rooms twin beds off of kitchen area

Chenango Lake is a beautiful, spring-fed lake offering family fun, swimming, boating and fishing! It's located about 6 miles outside Norwich NY. We're centrally located, approx 2 hours from Albany, 3.5 from NYC and 3 from Rochester.

Our cabin is seasonal (May-Oct), furnished and heated. We offer DISCOUNTS for weekly stays. Our waterfront is approximately 300 feet and is shared with our cabin next door. The cabin is rustic yet comfortable with one bedroom with 2 queen size beds (a curtain between for more privacy), a full master bath, a half bath off the dining room, a well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a large living room with 1 queen size sofa sleeper, 1 twin bed and 1 regular sofa. The cabin sleeps 7. The dining room seats 6-8 comfortably and has a 5 gallon water cooler with extra water jugs. There are ceiling fans throughout. Open the sliding doors in the dining room and walk out onto the large deck, overlooking the lake, with a table, umbrella and seating for 6, a picnic table with umbrella, a couple adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Spectrum cable TV, wired internet and wi-fi is included as well as linens and towels. There is a fire pit next to the lake as well as a great hammock for watching the sunset! A dock, 2 kayaks, a canoe, life jackets, fishing equipment, swim floats are all available and shared with our cabin next door.

This cottage has been in the family since 1992. In 2015, Chris and his 4 brothers purchased it from their parents, made several upgrades and began renting it. I'm Chris's wife Missy and manage the property! We absolutely love Chenango Lake and the time we spend at this cabin. We have 2 adult sons and both grew up spending time at the cabin every summer. It's a little piece of heaven just a few miles from home. Many of our guests agree and look forward to coming back again!

This apartment is a modern designer, two bedroom. Kitchen features all high end stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave oven, a self cleaning gas range, pull out sink faucet, kitchen pantry storage, under counter LED lighting, Counter top island with seating for four, Living room, dining room & kitchen in an open floor plan. Separate laundry room with storage. Bathroom features marble vanity top, chair height elongated toilet, built in cabinet storage and a 60” glass door shower with seating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, couch in living room. TV and ample closet storage. Private enclosed glass sun porch. Dimmable can LED lighting and new tilt in windows with screens through out. Please note that the house is not directly on the water but the lake is a 5-minute walk down the road. There is no public beach at Chenango Lake; all lakefront properties are privately owned. There is a public area sufficient to put small boats, canoes, or kayaks in the water, but there is no public dock. The fishermen in our family will share information on their favorite spots upon request. :)
