Welcome to our charming and adorable 1900 craftsman bungalow. It has been completely remodeled and updated from top to bottom, and has the charm of an old home with the modern conveniences of a new one. Just 2 minutes to town and the lake, and a short drive to apple orchards, pumpkin patches and the finger lakes wine trails. There is also a nature trail and playground in walking distance as well as a brewery and distillery. Perfect for families or couples. We have a great sitting area on the porch to watch the sunrise and outdoor eating area in the backyard equipped with grill to enjoy the sunset. The home is equipped with cable, wifi, smart tv's to access netflix and amazon prime, and games and books for adults and kids. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. We know you will enjoy being here as much as we do!

The Carriage House is close to the village of Skaneateles and its beautiful lake. While several restaurants and Mirbeau Spa are right across the street, we're roughly a 5-10 minute walk to all other restaurants, shops, grocery store; as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, etc. Great for couples, groups, and families. Washer and drier in the unit. Outdoor grill and an acre of private land available.

Comfortable linens and towels provided, kitchen stocked with lots of basic ingredients. The cottage-feel will settle you right into vacation mode!

It is a very private, second-floor, 1,000 sq ft apartment. Master bedroom queen bed sleeps 2. Guest bedroom with two twin beds sleeps 2. Sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 2.

Very short drive to downtown. Would not be a safe walk as the house is on a busy highway, although it is a short distance to town. Loved it! This 1,000 square foot cottage boasts 200' of Lake frontage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has been recently remodeled and updated (2019). The open concept floor plan, with BRAND NEW eat-in kitchen and living room, is perfect for a wine tour weekend getaway or a week-long family vacation. - "I absolutely loved this house. It was breathtaking to drive up to see a sweet house surrounded by woods with the lake in the background. What was even more breathtaking was to actually walk into the house and see the lake in all its glory theough the wall of windows. I never tired of the view and the peacefulness and had I been able to swing it with flights etc I would’ve eagerly extended the stay. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well stocked, there’s a washer and a dryer and a very good choice of kayaks, paddleboards, oars, life jackets, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the second bedroom looked really cute. I honestly cannot express to you what a sense of peace this property gave me. Skaneateles is a gorgeous 15 minute drive away, Dougs Fish Fry was awesome, went twice. The town is just as beautiful as the first time I happened upon it 7 years ago. Do drive the lovely one hour drive to Ithaca Farmers Market, you won’t regret it I promise! But do it early in your stay so you can take advantage of the all fresh produce, pies, cheese and flowers. I will definitely be bringing my husband to this house within the next year. The only negative I can possibly think of - and this is being SUPER picky - is that I would suggest to update the two leather couches to upholstered couches and possibly move the tv to another wall for easier viewing. But again, this is me being excessively picky! ;) The house and the lake are sublime."

Lakeside Landing is on the West Side of Skaneateles Lake and it is located 15 minutes from the the Village of Skaneateles, approximately 8 minutes to Anyela's Vineyard and 45 minutes from Syracuse University. The house is directly on the lake. The interior was remodeled, repainted and decorated in 2020/2021. This property is ideal for those looking for privacy and a relaxing family vacation.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the porch or from the dock. There is 100 feet of lakefront for you to enjoy, including a mooring for a boat rental.

The main level has an open floor plan, a new kitchen with new counter tops and new cookware, a spacious living room and a gas fireplace, half bath and washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room leather couch pulls out to a queen sofa bed for extra guests to enjoy.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms also have a pull out twin sofa bed. On the second floor there is one bathroom with a tub and shower.

The property also has an outdoor shower, a BBQ and a separate bunk house with 2 bunk beds. Guests have to fill the propane tank for their own use at ACE Hardware in town.

There is a mooring ball for guests to hook up a rental boat. Guests cannot dock the boat at the dock, however, they can hook up to the mooring ball and load and unload at the dock. If Guests wish to trailer their own boat to the property, they must trailer the boat to Skaneateles Marina or the public launch and keep the trailer at a different location. The road to the house is a private road and guests cannot keep vehicles or trailers parked on the road. A trailer and boat cannot be kept in the driveway due to space and incline of the road and driveway.

Bicycling, motorcycling, hiking trails, golf, apple and pumpkin picking, wineries, restaurants, and shopping all within 10 to 20 minute drive.
Or, you can hang out and try your hand at farm life. This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself and your children to livestock and animal care. Help feed, clean and water the animals, groom animals, or collect eggs from our free-range chickens.

It is a quiet setting since I am off the main road. The deck in the back is also a nice escape and is furnished with a comfortable glider and chairs.

Finger Lakes highly praised wineries only a day trip away. Great selection of restaurants downtown, only a half hour walk from my house. Can launch Kayak in Cliff Park.

Ideal location in the Village of Skaneateles. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was newly remodeled inside and out in 2020. 30 days is the minimum rental period per the Skaneateles village code.

The space
It is conveniently located on a quiet residential street and is just over 3 blocks to the lake and all the village amenities. The backyard opens into FC Austin Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, a baseball field, volleyball nets, a walking track, a giant playground, and tons of green space. The YMCA with a fitness center, gymnasium, aquatic center complete waterslide and splash playground, and two all-season NHL hockey rinks is right next door. You can swim at the public beach in one of the cleanest lakes in the world. It is a short and quiet walk to the village center full of unique shops, numerous 4+ star restaurants, and concerts by the lake on Friday nights in the summer.
Skaneateles also hosts the Curbstone Festival the 3rd weekend in July, the Skaneateles Antique and Classic Boat Show the last weekend in July, the Skaneateles Festival in August, and Skanraces Labor Day weekend. The space
Home and outdoor space ( pardon our dust as we are renovating the exterior for a more enjoyable future guest experience) (Note these renovations do not impact the interior of the property, nor will there be any workers present while guests are staying) is yours to use, not to include the garage, or basement. Please note there is both a bath tub and shower.
Upon arrival you will utilize the back entrance (remote entry via lockbox) which leads you into a mud room, fully furnished with bench seating, boot tray, antique hall tree (courtesy umbrellas for that occasional rain shower) and a tourism area stocked with all the latest brochures from the Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce. Now you will notice a large eat in kitchen, fully furnished with all full sized major appliances, to include a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and refrigerator and freezer (note ice trays are provided). Cooking is with great ease, fully equipped with baking sheets, mixing bowls, Mackenzie Childs pots, pans and utensils. Syracuse China dinnerware service, full glassware set, silverware, Keurig Coffee maker (help yourself to coffee pods and selection of teas and coco). Other small appliances such as a toaster, can opener are provided. Equally you will find various kitchen items such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, sewing kit. Should you need a broom or vacuum they are tucked in the kitchen closet. Unfortunately, we do not offer an iron or ironing board at this time. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen. The Livingroom is off of the kitchen area and offers both a sofa and love seat, coffee table, end tables and lamps. A television equipped with a fire stick and WiFi is also available and all passwords are shared in both your welcome message as well as on an easel located on the kitchen counter. You will access the designated bedrooms adjacent to the Livingroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and there is a closet area, which includes a vanity. There also is a slipper chair, full length mirror, wall lighting and side tables, 2 dressers and a linen chest at the foot of the queen size four poster bed. The Sun porch is located off of this bedroom. The two single rooms are located on the second floor. Please note since this is a converted farmhouse you will access the upstairs through the master bedroom. If you are very concerned about privacy of those who are staying with you, perhaps this is not the home for you. It is more open and is similar to a hotel. There are doors on the upstairs bedrooms and they are private spaces. There is a landing area purposed as a sitting area. Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, dressers and side table, along with bedside lamps and oscillating fans to compliment the central air conditioning (which guests are able to control). One room is further equipped with a closet. The rooms are all purposed to maximize the overall space of the guest home. The second floor stairs are equipped with hand railing. The stairs have been noted by some guests to be steep. Should stairs be an issue for you to navigate, please take note of this as we want all guests to have an enjoyable experience. Our Home is fully carpeted to exclude the kitchen and bath which are ceramic tile. The mud room is laminate flooring as is the sun porch. The sun porch has patio furniture with cushions, table and beverage cart. We hope you as our guests enjoy your stay!

Our single story home has a modern open floorplan. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. All linens including blankets and quilts are wash for each guest. Welcome to the lake! This secluded year-round home will be your oasis away from the world. This lakeside home on the shores of Otisco Lake in the fingerlakes region of central NY has all the modern conveniences of a year-round home with the feel and location of a secluded rustic cabin. Have coffee on the deck in the trees overlooking the lake with only the sounds of the water accompanying you. Enjoy an evening on the lake shore just watching and listening to the lake.

The space
This is a 2-story home with narrow stairs; it has a very comfortable interior but has a backwoods 'flavor' and will appeal to those that remember days at a lakeside camp.

Guest access
Not recommended for those limited mobility as the home and property have many stairs, some of which are steep with footpaths having obstacles without lighting. The parking is on the road side only and the walk is a few hundred feet to the house.

Cottage is a level waterfront, located four miles from Skaneateles on the east side of the lake. It is ideal for 4 adults and 3 children, but I’ll let you be the judge. Two Queens, bunks, and two trundles. Calendar is not updated regularly.
