Huge yard with deck, picnic tables and grill. Beach accessible from back yard for swimming, walks, kayaking and hunting for sea glass and rocks. Walking distance to Sodus Point public beach, historic light house and parks. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away and safe walk home. Rental comes with use of three kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Washer/Dryer, gas fireplace, linens and bath towels included. Enjoy this updated cottage, complete with state of the art kitchen and beautiful views of Sodus Bay. (only 1 mile from the center of Sodus Point) The property has a big boat dock with enough room for 2-3 boats, stairs into the water and a huge deck on top of the boathouse with table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open up to another deck. There is also a cute brick patio in front of the house with gas fire pit and grill. The Sodus Bay golf course is right across the street! This home has four bedrooms..officially sleeps 8, but one of the bedrooms has two large closets that make great sleeping cubbies for kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking/eating including condiments, spices and paper products. There is also a washer/dryer in the utility room (right next to the kitchen)- Let us know if you need more room… and you can rent the cottage next door too! Parking for 3-5 cars. Please, no pets. We rent Tues to Tues in the summer.

A quaint one bedroom apartment with a small living room located right on Greig street. It is the closest place to stay by all the fun Sodus Point has to offer. A one bedroom one bath apartment located in the Sodus Point Lodge. It is steps away from Abe’s tiki bar and Jacks. Matt lives on the premises, and the lodge employs a full time cleaning staff. The street can be a little loud when the bands are playing, but this is part of the fun staying there. Open the window or hang out In the entryway and watch and listen to the fun on greig st.

Perfect location!" - "Well designed and kept property but I didn't see a balcony that we had access to as was listed on the property description. We didn't realize that the kitchen facilities consisted only of a tiny sink, microwave and tiny fridge. We should have enlarged the photo! Not a deal breaker, just something to note. The bathroom was beautiful and well done. The only improvements I can think of would be a real door and a way to hang up wet towels. The bedroom was nicely designed and consists of a queen sized bed and night stands. The walls are paper thin, or so it seems. We could hear our neighbors talking and their tvs. The location is right on the street so it is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. The downside is that it can be noisy with people walking by and vehicles. We appreciated that pets are allowed. All in all, it was a great stay and I would stay again."
