The Cottage is conveniently located directly across from the Sodus Point Lighthouse Museum and park, which leads directly to the sandy beaches on the lake and the bay. The location caters to vacationers that want to be close to downtown and the exciting night life (restaurants, marinas and shopping), yet also desire a private setting for family fun and relaxation. The beautiful view from the cottage includes a panoramic view of Ontario lake and Sodus bay, the sandy beach, pier, and the amazing sunrise and sunsets off the water .
The cottage sleeps 8 guests comfortably. There are two newly renovated full bathrooms, and two bedrooms--one with a queen size bed with a private bathroom, and one with a double and a single bed. One of the great rooms has a queen size pull out bed and there is also a roll-away bed and portable crib available. The eat-in kitchen is large and has all updated appliances. There is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer. There is FREE WIFI, basic cable, and the cottage is air conditioned.

Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks on either the back or front patios. The sliding glass door off the great room opens onto a beautiful, private back patio with furniture, a grill, a large shaded back yard with a fire pit and picnic table.The front patio also has tables with umbrellas and seating arrangements.

Cute Cottage on Sodus Bay with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This cottage is separate from the main house and you have access to lawn in front of cottage and small beach. Also there is a dock to tie your boat up to or a public launch nearby. One bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double. Also we have a rollaway for that extra person you would like to bring! Sodus point is known for its great restaurants and bars. You can walk to town in 7 minutes. Kids can feel safe going to town to get ice cream or to visit the park. Also close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the lake and pier. Great cottage for fisherman and families. Come in the winter for some great ice fishing! Use of 2 kayaks with property.

Enjoy this updated cottage, complete with state of the art kitchen and beautiful views of Sodus Bay. (only 1 mile from the center of Sodus Point) The property has a big boat dock with enough room for 2-3 boats, stairs into the water and a huge deck on top of the boathouse with table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open up to another deck. There is also a cute brick patio in front of the house with gas fire pit and grill. The Sodus Bay golf course is right across the street! This home has four bedrooms..officially sleeps 8, but one of the bedrooms has two large closets that make great sleeping cubbies for kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking/eating including condiments, spices and paper products. There is also a washer/dryer in the utility room (right next to the kitchen)- Let us know if you need more room… and you can rent the cottage next door too! Parking for 3-5 cars. Please, no pets. We rent Tues to Tues in the summer.
