Three Brothers Wineries is only 2 miles away! \We are located just 6 miles from Geneva, 30 miles from Watkins Glen, and 45 minutes to Rochester or Syracuse. A cozy, spotless, well kept two bedroom home (2 queen beds), a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with new stove, new refrigerator, new microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, large island which seats four, and houses a washer and dryer. Dishes, pots, pans and more are provided, the bathroom includes a bathtub w/shower. Linens are provided, as well as bath towels. **Please bring your own beach towels.**

The living room/dining room has a sofa, chair and entertainment center with a 50" smart TV and Wi-Fi on one end, and a beautiful oak dining room table to seat six on the other end.

The enclosed porch overlooking the lake has a leather love seat sofa and chair on one end for reading or napping, and a table and chairs on the other end for eating or playing cards and games. Adirondack chairs and a picnic table, as well as two grills one gas and charcoal are available for your convenience to enjoy the beautiful views of Seneca Lake!

BRAND NEW PRESSURE TREATED WOOD DECK, 180 sq ft.! Makes for a great spot to have morning coffee, lunch and dinner and a glass of wine with an INCREDIBLE VIEW!!

The partially shaded 55 foot private beach is stocked with 5 plastic Adirondack chairs, three kayaks, a canoe, 12ft row boat, and a brand new permanent 98 ft. dock installed June 2021. Nearby marinas (2 miles) are available for boat rentals , docks or slips. Fire pit on beach!

- "You cannot beat the views from this property. We vacationed here to escape the traffic and noise of home! Exactly what we got. Being on the lake was so peaceful. Gorgeous sunsets. Unfortunately couldn’t use the kayaks water was a little too rough for my comfort but relaxing on the dock was great. Sitting on the deck with my coffee in the morning and just enjoying the view was perfect also. Inside the home you will find everything you need. Paper towels, TP, sheets blankets etc… Very clean inside and comfortable. This home was very comfortable for the two of us!"

Drift Away is located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, just 10 minutes from downtown Geneva, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Roy’s Marina, and Port’s Café. The home sits just below another property but remains peaceful and private. This is a quiet area with year-round residents, so we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.

Other Things to Note:
➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.
➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.
➡️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM per town ordinance. This is a peaceful area with year-round residents—please be respectful during your stay.

Guest Access:
Water’s Edge is rented as a whole-home lakefront property—you’ll never be sharing the space with other guests. Both units are completely private and have separate exterior entrances with no interior access between them. You’ll have full access to the entire home, both floors, and all outdoor amenities, including the fire pit, dock, kayaks, grill, and beachfront area. It’s the ideal setup for groups who want to be together—while still enjoying their own space.

The Neighborhood:
Water’s Edge is tucked along a peaceful stretch of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, surrounded by quiet lakefront homes—many of which are owned by full-time residents. While the setting is scenic and private, you’re still just minutes from Roy’s Marina, Port’s Café, downtown Geneva, and Watkins Glen. It’s a serene home base with convenient access to wineries, hiking, and everything the Finger Lakes has to offer.
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors and help us preserve the peaceful character of the area.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.

Other Things to Note:
➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.
➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.
➡️ Quiet Hours – The town enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be respectful of our full-time neighbors.
➡️ Train Crossing – The nearby train passes about 1–2 times per day and is typically brief and quiet. That said, please stop and look both ways before crossing the tracks.
➡️ Parking – The town permits 2 vehicles in the driveway. A third car may be parked in the grass just before the railroad crossing.
➡️ No Boat Docking – Boats may not be docked at the property.
➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in.
➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some amenities such as the kayaks, grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating may be unavailable during winter months or due to inclement weather.
➡️ Use at Your Own Risk – The fire pit, dock, and kayaks are for guest use only and should be enjoyed responsibly.

The Wine Down Bungalow on Seneca Lake ensures your total privacy with 1 exclusive parking spot for your stay. The bungalow completely remodeled in 2023. It is a separate cottage/apartment from the main lakehouse where you will receive an exclusive key pad entrance to unlock your way to a spacious style bungalow. The Wine Down has a stand up shower and closet with linens/towels. Dinette for two, kitchen including fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and varieties of kcups and tea. The seating area includes two swivel cushion chairs, and a couch for watching TV and relaxing. One comfortable queen size bed with a fireplace and a Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit throughout. Large grill for exclusive use provided outside along with a table and two chairs.
The bungalow is ideal for individuals looking to take in the FLX region and all of its offerings. We are in a perfect location to numerous wineries and lake viewing points. Less than a mile down the road is Roy's Marina where you can rent all your watercraft needs for the day. Additionally, we are less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Geneva and numerous restaurants to explore during your time. ***Note: This rental comes with shared access only to the dock with our larger 4 bedroom home renters. All other waterfront such as firepit, decks, boating, and etc is not shared and exclusive only to the renters of the larger home. Please be mindful of one another.
