Please note guests must climb some steps to get in the house, one step to enter the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down.

Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

Wi-Fi, 5 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, 4 arcade games in the rec room, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, outdoor Cornhole game, and more are provided free during your stay.

Please note that the hot tub is on a cleaning bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. Two times a week they come to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between the services they provide, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

We do provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, some laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need.

You are welcome to read the books I have, listen to music on the surround sound kitchen system or Bluetooth aurora light system. The living room also includes a tv with a, vhs, sega genesis, and DVD player with a great dvd/cd/blu ray collection. Always providing the newest movies! room 1 includes a 50" hd flat screen wall mounted w/dvd player, mini fridge and microwave. Room 2 has a 42” hd tv with blu ray player and plenty of movies. central heating will keep the place warm during your stay. Window AC is available in the room with the tv when warm/central heating when cold, I also have a portable ac unit for really hot days. There are always new movie posters, antique and retro items on display. led lights, string lights,a little spaceman and aurora lights keep the place glowing at night, along with a light up sink, toilet and shower so you won’t get lost. THE SPACE IS ALWAYS BEING UPGRADED! Kitchen Sink is currently not available, guest meatloaf incident 🤦‍♂️also since i had a guest leave a bad review about moving his car so i could go to work please just dont come over if you will do that, i beg of you, just go camping or something 😂😂 also there is street parking if this is an issue. Its very easy to get 5 stars from me so relax and enjoy the stay!

there’s driveway parking and street parking.I may need out once a day for work (maybe). For some reason they let a false review stay up about no street parking. you can park wherever you want i will also warn you about my work schedule. The Space is accessible through the back patio door and in the back door where you will find your keypad for your stay. I park in the garage, you are welcome to park in the driveway or street. There is a keypad for private entrance with a light switch for late arrivals when it is dark. Great space for lone travelers traveling medical professionals or anyone needing an affordable, clean and comfy place to stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful. (quiet time 10pm-6am)

During your stay
I stay in the basement with a separate entrance i park in the garage (May need out once a day for work). The kitchen and bathroom are shared areas so personal items should stay in private rooms. Once in a while i may be cooking in the kitchen but for the most part i am not around, but always a message away. I’m always keeping the place clean and upgrading.latest additions include big comfy couch, second 50"tv and 9.1 surround. If you have any questions while staying or need any other movies to watch just make a bird noise “cacawww” ...or message me.

I have a little kitty so I will need guests to be very careful entering, exiting, and making sure the doors are closed and locked when leaving. I live in the house so you may see me around in the kitchen living room or bathroom since that is the shared space in the house. I’m usually working on something in the garage or in the basement. I expect guests to keep clothes on in the shared spaces and keep doors closed if you want privacy. I also expect guests to clean up after themselves. This house is the upstairs of a duplex and you will be staying in the upstairs unit. You will need to climb 10-15 stairs to get into the unit. Please do not book this space if you cannot climb stairs. It was renovated in 2022. You will find new appliances, brand new furniture and decor, and cozy linens. We provide ample supplies for short and long stays to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. The space is super cozy with brand new memory foam, king size mattresses. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to hang out at while you cook in our stocked kitchen that has all the essentials.

The space is open and sunny. Help yourself to a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, we have a pour over and a French press for you to use at your convenience. We provide beans and a grinder, and typically have creamer in the fridge!

There are two adult bikes in the garage, we would love for you to use them to tour the neighborhood or take a day trip.

You will also find a grill and fire pit in the garage. Please put it back when finished. And keep the garage door closed when not in use. You will find the garage door opener on kitchen window sill

This house is totally private and you will be the only guest here. The garage is not available for use, but the whole main floor of the house and backyard are open for guests. The driveway is about 120 ft long, so multiple vehicles fit in the driveway easily.

We have two exterior security cameras. One in the front yard and one in the backyard. The cameras are always on. If any unauthorized parties are thrown, a 500$ fee will be charged, and the cops will be called.

There is no street parking near the house and you cannot park on the grass. The driveway is very long and completely available for use.

We allow pets but expect you to clean up after them. Please throw away all animal poop in the trash and do not leave it in the backyard or house. If we have to do extra cleaning for those reasons we will charge you a 100$ clean up fee, we are kind enough to open up our home for pets so please follow all our house rules.
