Located within the historical district next to the Frankenmuth Florist and across the street from the Wickson Memorial Library. All bedrooms have a television and two bedrooms have private decks. The Horse and carriages go by several times which is always a treat.

The kitchen has 1950’s Retro looking appliances (with the comfort of today's appliances) in the traditional baby-blue colors with pink walls and black & white tile floors. Kitchen pots, pans, blender, crock pot, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dish soap, paper towels, etc are provided in addition to service for 24 people. The main level has the master king bedroom and a secondary queen bedroom.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a pull-out Futon, and a family/play room with TV, tables, chairs, games and a PlayStation. The former Summer Kitchen located adjacent to the home has been turned into a recreation room complete with a combination poker & bumper pool table, classic Coca-Cola refrigerator, AC/Heat, and 55 inch TV.

The outside porch, complete with an old fashioned swing for two, allows for great people watching being right on Main Street. This Rupprecht Homestead is just two buildings South of Frankenmuth River Place Shops, less than a 2 minute walk. Five designated parking spots at the home allows you to keep your car in one place as you walk through beautiful downtown Frankenmuth, of which you are located in the heart of. If you decide to drive, everything in town is within a 10 minute drive. The popular Birch Run Outlet Mall is approximately a 15 minute drive.

Inside the home you will find plenty of room for guests to spread out either upstairs or down. Full granite kitchen stocked with everything you will need for your stay, spacious dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV, and one bedroom and full bath on the main floor for those not wanting to tackle the trip upstairs. Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Upstairs the home features 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed along with a HUGE separate room with a futon and additional queen air mattress perfect for kids. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed as well as a full size bed that again, is a perfect set up for parents and children. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller but functional with a full size bed. Bedroom 4 is on the main level and has another queen size bed. All beds are memory foam! The home also now features an on-demand water heater, never run out of heat for showers!

The basement has a finished area complete with a game area with assorted card and board games, card table and chairs, and smart TV! This area also has a convenient half bath as well. Laundry is located downstairs as well and is available for use during your stay!

I have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and this home exceeded them all. The home is older (which we loved) so there is no central air conditioning but each bedroom has a window unit which works great when some like it colder then others and the one unit on the main floor was fine for the living and one bedroom on the main floor. But the rest of the house is very up to date. The gas stove in the kitchen is amazing if you plan to cook a lot in the home. An the part of the house we loved the most was the front porch swing. The other above and beyond the owners provide is a lot of extras that I have never seen before and things I would normally have to bring i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and not just started packs. Also every room had tissues, had soap by each sink not just a little bar of soap, even laundry soap if we needed. Really above and beyond. Last thing is the location of the house was perfect. Close to walk to everything, neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around and quite. But best was sitting on the front porch swing and watching the horse and carriages go by. Would highly, highly recommend the home and we may be back in the future."

While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements and approval are granted in your booking agreement. Any gatherings or events over 16 guests will incur additional charges and are subject to special event policies and procedures.

The main level has the master king bedroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, one king room and one room with two queen beds, and a loft area featuring a sofa sleeper.

Enjoy several common spaces offering comfortable seating and spots for socializing. There are six total Smart Roku TVs (two at 65" and the others at 55") with a wide variety of channel options through the Spectrum Cable App – or log into your apps (remember to log out when you leave)! An excellent selection of board and card games will keep everyone happy!

The gorgeous property will give you plenty of space for fun outdoors, including a table and chairs, a swing set, yard games, and a grill. There is plenty of parking, green space, and walking trails nearby. Remember to take family photos on the stately porch!

Newly remodeled, this 2 bedroom/1 bathroom historic home is fully equipped with brand new furnishings, a completely renovated kitchen, and high-speed Internet. Each bedroom contains a new mattress and a 55” flat screen smart TV, ideal for some alone time or for unwinding after a long day exploring the town. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal.

The back patio is excellent for grilling and relaxing thanks to our outdoor hammock hangout. 4 adult-sized hammocks are suspended from a pergola adjacent to a patio with a table for 6 and a full-sized grill.

Your Space
2 bedrooms and a common area that’s easily converted into additional sleeping space makes accommodating some extra guests comfortable and easy. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The couch in the common area converts into a twin bed and the oversized sofa chair has a pull-out twin bed as well. The bathroom is spacious and has been newly remodeled with a large tile shower.

I want your stay to be as comfortable as possible! I am always available via phone, text, email, or airbnb messenger to answer any questions you might have before or during your stay. If you have any complications with the home or any of the equipment, I don’t live far and would be happy to come and assist you if needed.

Your Neighborhood
The Hubinger Haus is within walking distance of most of the popular destinations in Frankenmuth. Enjoy an afternoon wine tasting at St. Julian Winery (4min walk) or grab a beer at the Frankenmuth Brewery (5min walk). If you’re feeling a chicken dinner with all the fixings, Zehnder’s Restaurant and the Bavarian Inn are only about a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of other popular landmarks nearby, including The Christmas Station, Splash Village, Prost, Tiffany’s, and more!

Getting Around
Most of the best of what Frankenmuth has to offer is centrally located from the house and is easy to get to with a quick walk. This home was designed by our family in 2023 with specific intent to introduce guests to our family adventures!

All of the bedrooms are lightly themed to reflect some of our favorite places: El Dorado, Gatlinburg, Marquette and San Diego.

Our common areas in the house provide games, art supplies, an extensive collection of records complete with first floor speakers (that connects to your phone), plenty of relaxing room and Smart TV's (for the rainy day).

But....in true adventure fashion, a majority of the fun can be had outdoors!
Since we are positioned 1 mi North of the expansive Cass River, we want you to take advantage of that with our kayaks and paddle boards....so bring truck(s) and straps. After a long day of watersports, enjoy our 6 person hot tub open all year!

Not a water person? We provide 6 bicycles to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL nationally-recognized trails and oh ya....not to mention the mere 5 minutes bike trip to downtown Frankenmuth!
