Located within the historical district next to the Frankenmuth Florist and across the street from the Wickson Memorial Library. All bedrooms have a television and two bedrooms have private decks. The Horse and carriages go by several times which is always a treat.

Kitchen pots, pans, blender, crock pot, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dish soap, paper towels, etc are provided in addition to service for 24 people. The main level has the master king bedroom and a secondary queen bedroom.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a pull-out Futon, and a family/play room with TV, tables, chairs, games and a PlayStation. The former Summer Kitchen located adjacent to the home has been turned into a recreation room complete with a combination poker & bumper pool table, classic Coca-Cola refrigerator, AC/Heat, and 55 inch TV.

The outside porch, complete with an old fashioned swing for two, allows for great people watching being right on Main Street. This Rupprecht Homestead is just two buildings South of Frankenmuth River Place Shops, less than a 2 minute walk. Five designated parking spots at the home allows you to keep your car in one place as you walk through beautiful downtown Frankenmuth, of which you are located in the heart of. If you decide to drive, everything in town is within a 10 minute drive. The popular Birch Run Outlet Mall is approximately a 15 minute drive.

Inside the home you will find plenty of room for guests to spread out either upstairs or down. Full granite kitchen stocked with everything you will need for your stay, spacious dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV, and one bedroom and full bath on the main floor for those not wanting to tackle the trip upstairs. Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Upstairs the home features 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed along with a HUGE separate room with a futon and additional queen air mattress perfect for kids. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed as well as a full size bed that again, is a perfect set up for parents and children. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller but functional with a full size bed. Bedroom 4 is on the main level and has another queen size bed. All beds are memory foam! The home also now features an on-demand water heater, never run out of heat for showers!

The basement has a finished area complete with a game area with assorted card and board games, card table and chairs, and smart TV! This area also has a convenient half bath as well. Laundry is located downstairs as well and is available for use during your stay!

I have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and this home exceeded them all. The home is older (which we loved) so there is no central air conditioning but each bedroom has a window unit which works great when some like it colder then others and the one unit on the main floor was fine for the living and one bedroom on the main floor. But the rest of the house is very up to date. The gas stove in the kitchen is amazing if you plan to cook a lot in the home. An the part of the house we loved the most was the front porch swing. The other above and beyond the owners provide is a lot of extras that I have never seen before and things I would normally have to bring i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and not just started packs. Also every room had tissues, had soap by each sink not just a little bar of soap, even laundry soap if we needed. Really above and beyond. Last thing is the location of the house was perfect. Close to walk to everything, neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around and quite. But best was sitting on the front porch swing and watching the horse and carriages go by. Would highly, highly recommend the home and we may be back in the future."

While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements and approval are granted in your booking agreement. Any gatherings or events over 16 guests will incur additional charges and are subject to special event policies and procedures.

The main level has the master king bedroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, one king room and one room with two queen beds, and a loft area featuring a sofa sleeper.

Enjoy several common spaces offering comfortable seating and spots for socializing. There are six total Smart Roku TVs (two at 65" and the others at 55") with a wide variety of channel options through the Spectrum Cable App – or log into your apps (remember to log out when you leave)! The couch in the common area converts into a twin bed and the oversized sofa chair has a pull-out twin bed as well. The bathroom is spacious and has been newly remodeled with a large tile shower.

The Hubinger Haus is within walking distance of most of the popular destinations in Frankenmuth. Enjoy an afternoon wine tasting at St. Julian Winery (4min walk) or grab a beer at the Frankenmuth Brewery (5min walk). If you’re feeling a chicken dinner with all the fixings, Zehnder’s Restaurant and the Bavarian Inn are only about a 10 minute walk away. This home was designed by our family in 2023 with specific intent to introduce guests to our family adventures!

All of the bedrooms are lightly themed to reflect some of our favorite places: El Dorado, Gatlinburg, Marquette and San Diego.

Our common areas in the house provide games, art supplies, an extensive collection of records complete with first floor speakers (that connects to your phone), plenty of relaxing room and Smart TV's (for the rainy day).

But....in true adventure fashion, a majority of the fun can be had outdoors!
Since we are positioned 1 mi North of the expansive Cass River, we want you to take advantage of that with our kayaks and paddle boards....so bring truck(s) and straps. After a long day of watersports, enjoy our 6 person hot tub open all year!

Not a water person? We provide 6 bicycles to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL nationally-recognized trails and oh ya....not to mention the mere 5 minutes bike trip to downtown Frankenmuth!

Our home is all about having a place for family and friends to visit and share time together. Whether it's early morning coffee on a glider rocker on the sun porch, grilling on the patio, or competing with the kids on the full size air hockey table, we hope you just feel at home.

Like most Amish dawdy hauses, it is a ranch style home so you don't have to deal with stairs. So even if it is smaller than the home we just moved out of, there is plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, and playing. The outdoor patio is completely private and perfect for gathering most of the year! Even in the winter because of our newly installed hot tub! And the rest of the yard is completely fenced with an extra high chain-link fence which you and your pets will appreciate.

And in case you wondered, we have plenty of electricity. I said 'inspired' by the Amish.

When it comes to accessing the wonders of Frankenmuth, we can't say enough how perfect the location is. Leave your car in the driveway and walk two blocks to where the traditional Frankenmuth attractions begin. If you know Frankenmuth, you know that everything is centered on "Main Street" and there is a slight incline from the river up to Genesee Street. We're at the top of the 'hill', so you get to start with the downhill walk. If you don't want to walk back, we’ll come and bring you back!

Regarding accessing our home. You'll get a code for the front door and for your private bedroom. The bathroom is shared by the two guest rooms, but currently we are only booking one group at a time, so each group will have a private bathroom. If you need a second room, check our listing that offers both of our guest rooms.

The common areas of the house are available for your use - including the Hot Tub. As a true bed and breakfast, by definition, we provide breakfast and we reside in the home. This is different than many places that you may find elsewhere. See the "During Your Stay" section for more details.

As far as accessing other places? The Birch Run outlet mall is 8.6 miles from our home. Take the back way down Dehmel Rd to avoid the crowds on Main St. Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is also a little far to walk but how can you not go to a place that has billboards all the way down in Florida.

By definition as a true Frankenmuth bed and breakfast we are there in the morning to provide breakfast and we reside in the home.

We split time between Michigan and Florida, and like to camp, so you may meet a couple of our adult kids who help if we are gone.

Speaking of breakfast! We provide a different home-cooked meal each morning of your stay. Check out the pictures, they'll make you hungry! But please note: we don't provide a buffet of ALL the items in ALL the pictures at ONE time. We have to mention this because someone had this expectation and left us a bad review because we didn't!

So even if it is smaller than the home we just moved out of, there is plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, and playing. The outdoor patio is private and perfect for gathering most of the year! Even in the winter because of our newly installed hot tub! And the rest of the yard is completely fenced with an extra high chain-link fence which you and your pets will appreciate.

When it comes to accessing the wonders of Frankenmuth, we can't say enough how perfect the location is. Leave your car in the driveway and walk two blocks to where the traditional Frankenmuth attractions begin. If you know Frankenmuth, you know that everything is centered on Main Street and there is a slight incline from the river up to Genesee Street. We're at the top of the 'hill', so you get to start with the downhill walk. If you don't want to walk back, we’ll come and bring you back!

Regarding accessing our home. You’ll have your private bedrooms and bath, and the common areas of the house are available for your use - including the Hot Tub.

As a true Bed and Breakfast, by definition, we provide breakfast and we reside in the home. This is different than many placess that you may find elsewhere. See the "During Your Stay" section for more details.

As far as accessing other places? The Birch Run outlet mall is 8.6 miles from our home. Take the back way down Dehmel Rd to avoid the crowds on Main St. Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is also a little far to walk but how can you not go to a place that has billboards all the way down in Florida.

We split time between Michigan and Florida, and like to camp, so you may meet a couple of our adult kids who help if we are gone.

One bedroom contains a Queen size memory foam bed and the other bedroom contains two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King size. The sofa pulls out into an additional queen bed and the chair pulls out into a twin sized bed.
A single step to access the front door as well as a wide door opening can accommodate persons with limited mobility. If desired, an entry ramp can be provided. One of the bathrooms has a step-in shower.

Inspired by the Amish, we've decorated in a simple farmhouse style that will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Our home is all about having a place for family and friends to visit and share time together. Whether it's early morning coffee on a glider rocker on the sun porch, grilling on the patio, or competing with the kids on the full size air hockey table, we hope you just feel at home.

Like most Amish dawdy hauses, it is a ranch style home so you don't have to deal with stairs. So even if it is smaller than the home we just moved out of, there is plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, and playing. The outdoor patio is private and perfect for gathering most of the year! Even in the winter because of our newly installed hot tub! And the rest of the yard is completely fenced with an extra high chain-link fence which you and your pets will appreciate.

And in case you wondered, we have plenty of electricity. I said 'inspired' by the Amish.

When it comes to accessing the wonders of Frankenmuth, we can't say enough how perfect the location is. Leave your car in the driveway and walk two blocks to where the traditional Frankenmuth attractions begin. If you know Frankenmuth, you know that everything is centered on Main Street and there is a slight incline from the river up to Genesee Street. We're at the top of the 'hill', so you get to start with the downhill walk. If you don't want to walk back, we’ll come and bring you back!

Regarding accessing our home. You’ll have your private bedrooms and bath, and the common areas of the house are available for your use - including the Hot Tub.

As a true Bed and Breakfast, by definition, we provide breakfast and we reside in the home. This is different than many Airbnb's that you may find elsewhere. See the "During Your Stay" section for more details.

As far as accessing other places? The Birch Run outlet mall is 8.6 miles from our home. Take the back way down Dehmel Rd to avoid the crowds on Main St. Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is also a little far to walk but how can you not go to a place that has billboards all the way down in Florida.

During your stay
By definition, as a true Frankenmuth bed and breakfast we are there in the morning to provide breakfast and we reside in the home. Speaking of breakfast! We provide a different home-cooked meal each morning of your stay. Check out the pictures, they'll make you hungry! But please note: we don't provide a buffet of ALL the items in ALL the pictures at ONE time. We have to mention this because someone had this expectation and left us a bad review because we didn't! Outside of breakfast, we will try to make ourselves scarce unless you are looking for our help in experiencing Frankenmuth. We can get you started with a wine tasting (ask for details), maybe a guided tour, or maybe all you need are a few recommendations!

We want you to have only the amount of interaction with us that YOU want to make your visit to Frankenmuth perfect! Regardless, we are never more than a phone call or IM away throughout the day and evening.

Located less than 100’ from Main Street, this charming getaway in the heart of Frankenmuth, MI its perfect for a weekend getaway or a long vacation.

The space
Newly remodeled, this 2 bedroom/1 bathroom historic home is fully equipped with brand new furnishings, a completely renovated kitchen, and high-speed Internet. Each bedroom contains a new mattress and a 55” flat screen smart TV, ideal for some alone time or for unwinding after a long day exploring the town. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal.please note that the AC units are window units and not central air.

The back patio is excellent for grilling and relaxing thanks to our outdoor hammock hangout. 4 adult-sized hammocks are suspended from a pergola adjacent to a patio with a table for 6 and a full-sized grill.

2 bedrooms and a common area that’s easily converted into additional sleeping space makes accommodating some extra guests comfortable and easy. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The couch in the common area converts into a twin bed and the oversized sofa chair has a pull-out twin bed as well. The bathroom is spacious and has been newly remodeled with a large tile shower.

Please note the that the AC are window units. Theres one in each bedroom as well as in each common area.

Viola's Place is a Vacation Rental in the City of Frankenmuth. Viola was our neighbor of 20 years and she moved out at the end of July of 2017. This home is a perfect place for two couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. Within walking distance of the major attractions in town (Main Street about 1/3 of a mile from the home), this is the ideal home for your visit during the various festivals or for couples here during weddings at the major venues here!

The space
While this home was very well maintained, we have updated pretty much everything to make it modern and very comfortable for our guests. From new flooring in the kitchen, bedroom, and breezeway, new appliances in the kitchen, to comfortable furniture in the various rooms, this home isn't just a place to "crash". A brand new decorative concrete patio was put in during the Spring of 2018, so plenty of areas to relax and enjoy during your visit to Frankenmuth.

It is ideal for a family who is here in town for a festival, wedding reception, holiday, or weekend visit!

The Historical Franklin House is located on Franklin St. - Frankenmuth's historical street. Only a short walk to downtown, you'll be within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shops and other world famous attractions. Plenty of parking and set on a half acre. Updated in 2020 and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining getaway. Lots of books and games for the kiddos, and a lovely patio with grill in the back yard for enjoying the view with a refreshing drink. There is a fire pit for chilly nights and roasting mallows. It's a great place for a night on the town at Prost or Tiffany's, but very comfortable to stay in and whip up a delicious dinner in the convection oven while sipping a glass of wine. Beautiful setting with huge trees, great sunsets and a train depot that is almost 150 years old complete with the track-switch lever, pot belly stove, and old phone. Our goal was to provide accommodations that had everything you need for a family with children while on vacation. There is also a brand new wheel chair for those who may need one. The Perch is an upstairs apartment. Park in our free lot, complete with two exclusive spaces for guests, and go up the back staircase to the rooftop deck which leads to the front door of your getaway nest.

The Perch features an open living space as well as an optional curtain wall to provide privacy when the Murphy bed is in use. If you need the Murphy bed, please let us know!

Beautiful Frankenmuth home only a block off of main street. Great thought and effort has gone into remodeling this two story to meet every need of groups up to twelve people. Restored original hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, all brand new furniture and appliances make this home comfortable as well as charming.

The space
Five bedrooms and two baths assure privacy and comfortable sleeping. The main floor has a full bath and the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed. Upstairs includes another full bath along with two rooms with queen size beds, one room with a full size bed, and one room with two queen size beds. There are also two pack n plays and one rock and play available for those smaller guests.
Cooking for your large group is easy in the large modern kitchen, complete with all new appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and service for twelve. Check out our list below of items included on property. The dishwasher makes clean up a breeze and allows more time for you to enjoy your vacation!
If you prefer to grill, there is a covered patio and dining set right out the backdoor. In the evening the bistro lights give just the right ambiance. Enjoy a wide variety of our yard games while waiting for you meal to cook.

This home was designed by our family in 2023 with specific intent to introduce guests to our family adventures!

All of the bedrooms are lightly themed to reflect some of our favorite places: El Dorado, Gatlinburg, Marquette and San Diego.

Our common areas in the house provide games, art supplies, an extensive collection of records complete with first floor speakers (that connects to your phone), plenty of relaxing room and Smart TV's (for the rainy day).

But....in true adventure fashion, a majority of the fun can be had outdoors!
Since we are positioned 1 mi North of the expansive Cass River, we want you to take advantage of that with our kayaks and paddle boards....so bring truck(s) and straps. After a long day of watersports, enjoy our 6 person hot tub open all year!

Not a water person? We provide 6 bicycles to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL nationally-recognized trails and oh ya....not to mention the mere 5 minutes bike trip to downtown Frankenmuth!

We sponsor Lexington Coffee Company, in addition to multiple other Michigan sponsors for breakfast supplies. Enjoy mornings with our coffee bar, and nights with our Bartender's cocktail kit.

Be our guest at the beautiful ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn, an estate home accommodating up to 16 people and located just steps over the wooden covered bridge to all Frankenmuth offers. The ResidenZ offers five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests with an additional sofa sleeper for a total count of 16. In addition, there are five full bathrooms ( two with a jacuzzi tub). Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer & dryer with laundry soap.

The space
The main level has the master king bedroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, one king room and one room with two queen beds, and a loft area featuring a sofa sleeper. Enjoy several common spaces offering comfortable seating and spots for socializing. There are six total Smart Roku TVs (two at 65” and the others at 55”) with a wide variety of channel options through the Spectrum Cable App – or log into your apps (remember to log out when you leave)! An excellent selection of board and card games will keep everyone happy! The kitchen has a combination drip and Keurig coffee machine. K-cups and coffee filters are not provided.

Access to the Bavarian Blast Waterpark is NOT included in your stay. ResidenZ guests can purchase access to the Bavarian Inn Lodge water features for a discounted price. Please contact the Bavarian Inn Lodge/Bavarian Blast for more information during your stay.

While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker, wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements have been approved for your booking agreement. Any gatherings or events over 16 guests will incur additional charges and are subject to special event policies and procedures.
