But the home is set back some from the road so kids and animals can play easily with supervision. And NO parking on main drive or in yard. - "The main level is roomy and open with lots of seating for meals. The appliances are new and even though it is an old historic home, it feels contemporary and very very clean. The bedrooms are a really nice size, and the 3rd floor is a great space for a family or for older kids to stay. The only thing to be aware of are the stairs. The ones going up to the 3rd floor are steep, small, and wooden. The main stairs are wood as well but normal size. The main bathroom upstairs is large and new. Great bathtub and shower. The 1/2 bathroom off of the kitchen is new and very nice, and the 1/2 bathroom in the basement is small but very clean and new. Our host was very attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is family friendly and in walking distance to Eastown which was really nice. Quiet time starts at 9pm so that was nice. We would definitely stay there again!"

The space
This charming, spacious home has been fully updated inside, with thoughtful touches throughout. If you’re looking for space, this gem of a home is for you! Nice sized front porch with an entryway that opens into a cozy front room. Walk into the large, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, deluxe island, and an eating area that accommodates 8. Step down into an additional space that seats 4, with large wrap around windows that look out into the expansive backyard. Next to the bathroom you’ll find yet another sitting area with a large 65’’ LED flat screen for your group to kick back and relax. Off the kitchen is a laundry room featuring a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full Bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll discover a super Master bedroom that’s perfect if you require ample space, as it features not only a spacious sleeping and sitting area, but also a private office that serves as a walk through to the closet. Another full Bathroom, and 3 more bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed, and 1 with 2 twin beds) to complete the upstairs. All beds have new memory foam mattresses and premium bedding.

Please note there are no 1st floor bedrooms in this home.
