Gorgeous four bedroom home is only a few miles down the road from the airport and only about 3 miles from the Woodland mall. Towels and wash clothes are available and has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a large air fryer. This home is perfect for both business trips and family vacays. No parties or gatherings allowed. NO EV charging allowed . This house is centrally located on a Main busy Street so please anticipate some traffic. But the home is set back some from the road so kids and animals can play easily with supervision. ( Please note: the actual parking driveway is small and can only accommodate 3, maybe 4 small to medium vehicles ( depending on size) or 2 large vehicles. There is NO on street parking available. And NO parking on main drive or in yard. - "The main level is roomy and open with lots of seating for meals. The appliances are new and even though it is an old historic home, it feels contemporary and very very clean. The bedrooms are a really nice size, and the 3rd floor is a great space for a family or for older kids to stay. The only thing to be aware of are the stairs. The ones going up to the 3rd floor are steep, small, and wooden. The main stairs are wood as well but normal size. The main bathroom upstairs is large and new. Great bathtub and shower. The 1/2 bathroom off of the kitchen is new and very nice, and the 1/2 bathroom in the basement is small but very clean and new. Our host was very attentive and responsive. The neighborhood is family friendly and in walking distance to Eastown which was really nice. Quiet time starts at 9pm so that was nice. We would definitely stay there again!"
