Any damages caused by pets will result in charges for repair or replacement.

5. Food and Drink in Designated Areas: Eating and drinking should be confined to common areas, not bedrooms.

The apartment complex was whimsical with some very very nice amenities. Their library was awesome and the different facilities available for the residents and guests were fantastic. Nothing's perfect. The elevator stopped working on the last day we were there. (I'm glad it was only 4 flights of stairs.) We had discovered fleas in the apartment while we were there. I notified the property managers who were less than helpful and rather insulting. They first suggested I go around and take pictures of the fleas. {Do they not know what a flea looks like?} I immediately became offended. When I asked if they were serious about the photos they replied the unit didn't have fleas because pets are not allowed in the apartment. (I'm offended again) Year round residents of the Grand Castle have dogs going up and down the hallway constantly. They are allowed pets. I felt the property managers were insinuating my wife and I brought the fleas with us. This could be true since there are many residents with dogs and we could have picked up a few hitchhiking fleas while we walked the hallways. The furnishings in the apartment were sparse and uncomfortable, especially the beds. Two pieces of furniture in the living room, a small couch and a window seat. Not enough chairs. I don't want to end on a sour note. My wife and I would stay there again. We liked the overall cleanliness, spaciousness."

Please come and stay at our cozy 2 story Grand Rapids Home. You have access to the whole house, and this rental has just been newly remodeled and refurnished with all the amenities of home. Specifically, this 2 bedroom house has 1 main floor bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed as well as a similar queen-sized bunk bed in the 1 upstairs bedroom to easily accommodate 8 guests. There is a full-sized bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. A washer/dryer is provided for use in the basement. Two tables have also been set-up in the basement to make room for play or entertaining. Wifi Internet is available and cable t.v. is set-up above the study desk within the spacious living room.

This air conditioned house is attractively decorated and has hardwood floors through-out the 1100 sq. ft. finished house. If you need other sleeping arrangements, use the sectional couch with ottoman in the living room area. The dining room table comfortably sits six to eight adults and is off of the kitchen as one heads toward the living room The kitchen comes with a good-sized refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and dishes, pans, & etc. needed for preparing meals.

Parking is off-street and in back of the house. It is a corner lot, and public bus transportation is available within the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located and only a few miles from the Van Andel Arena, DeVos Center; breweries, restaurants, museums, Meijer Gardens, Medical Mile, and Grand Valley State University. US 131, also, has an easy entrance and exit nearby. Thus, one can easily travel North to visit the Comstock Park Whitecaps Ball Park, quaint town of Rockford, or Cannons burg Ski Area; or head South to Gun Lake Casino, Saugatuck, or the State Park in South Haven; or connect via I-96 and head West to see Holland, Grand Haven, Lake Michigan beaches, or Muskegon; or go due East to browse around Aquinas College, Calvin College Campus or simply stop & shop at Woodland Mall, and the big box & chain stores on 28th St. SE -- most are all within about a 45 minute drive or less.

Our designed large two bedroom apartment is a great place for you to stay on your visit to Grand Rapids. We are 1/4 mile to both an in-town and major express-way artery allowing you to get anywhere in Grand Rapids easy and fast. 10 minutes or less to Downtown, Airport, Malls, Steelcase, X-Rite. Public Transportation is 200ft from the front of our building. Ample free parking. Two queen beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Designed to giving a homey feel, we want this to be your home away from home.

The space
When you enter the home you will see the very open large family room, seeing through the family room into the kitchen. The dinning room table with seating for 4 off to your left. You will see the bar with 2 stools, and the large kitchen with everything you need. Looking back into the living room there is a very large sofa and 2 chairs. The smart TV will give you access to some of your favorite apps. Leaving the living room you will see the bathroom with a tub/shower. The bedroom is very comfortable. 2 hanging closest with extra blankets. The second bedroom again welcomes you in with a comfortable bed and a fun design. A perfect place to relax. You will have plenty of space in our apartment so you can relax. Plenty of space for a group of 6.

This fun focused house has 3 main bedrooms on the first floor, and the traditional living room was converted into a sleeping/lounging area with a tri-bunk!

The basement features a TV room with large sectional couch, 65’ TV, card table, and an additional bathroom.

The game room features several arcade games, foseball and ping pong (smaller than regulation).

The space
This recently remodeled ranch will give you the vibe of being at a beach without all that sand! The Beech house has 7 beds to accommodate large groups, although some of the beds are more communal and not private, however you may love the tri-bunk!

The Beech house has gone through a lot of upgrades in two years, including free play arcade games, an artificial turf yard, a 3D pool liner with special goggles, and a few other surprises we are proud of.

As a public school employee I’ve done my best to provide a safe, fun space for bachelorettes, families, and any other group looking to have an incredible time.

Finally, a 3rd bedroom features 2 twin sized beds. A well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and finishes serves the main floor, providing convenience for all residents and guests.

Finished Basement:
The basement includes an additional living room, separate from the main floor living room.

The basement has two spacious queen-sized bedrooms, both with TVs. A second bathroom is conveniently located for those using the basement bedrooms.

The basement area is perfect for all kinds of entertainment including an arcade machine, bar stocked with an ice machine and mini fridge, as well as a large table and all the classic board games.

There is a large, fenced in backyard with a hot tub on the patio.
