- "The house and property was clean and looked newly renovated. About a mile away from downtown Saugatuck, so a great location. Easy find and access from the highway. We had two days of rain when we stayed so I appreciated the game cabinet and pool table - they were a fun way to get my kids off of their screens. We had a great time. We’d definitely stay there again. Only suggestions - perhaps a baking (cookie) sheet or two and a veggie steamer to insert into a pot. Thank you!"

We adhere to strict cleaning and disinfecting requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton and washed in hot water with bleach and dried on high heat... Very clean and very comfortable. Self check-in is super easy.

- "Perfect stay for our mini family getaway! Property was very clean and comfortable, felt very homey. We were able to enjoy the beautiful firepit and had a ton of fun playing ping pong in the garage! Loved the very close towns of Saugatuck and Douglas. Oval Beach was gorgeous and the kids had so much fun playing there! Everything you might need right at your fingertips. I don't think we had to travel further than 5 miles for anything we needed, so much to keep you busy! Amazing restaurants, breweries, free local music at the park, dune rides 1 minute down the road, etc. Everyone was extremely friendly! We will be coming back again!"

Unwind on 120 feet of lake frontage with sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Experience the peace and tranquility of Hutchins Lake with an early morning ride on our kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddle board.

Brower Cottage is located in Fennville Michigan, about 10 minutes from Saugatuck, Douglas, and Lake Michigan beaches. We are about a two hour drive from the Chicago loop.

Take a short drive to Oval Beach in Saugatuck to watch the sunsets on Lake Michigan or visit the tasting rooms at Fenn Valley vineyards and wine cellar. Shop for antiques and art at the shops and galleries in the Saugatuck / Douglas area. Walking distance from Crane Orchards and Pie Pantry for delicious fresh baked pies, sweet cherry picking in the spring, peach picking in the summer, and apple picking in the fall. Minutes from the Saugatuck Dunes State Park for hiking and cross country skiing.

- "Brower cottage did not disappoint! The views from the living room are picture perfect, especially when sitting in the comfy chair and ottoman. All the furnishings were attractive and comfortable, including the beds. We enjoyed watching our favorite shows on TV and listening to my Pandora stations. The kitchen had all the cookware, utensils and dishes I needed to fix meals. The cottage was also well stocked with paper goods and cleaning supplies. I didn't have to buy anything! My grandsons came for a visit for a few days. They loved the bunk beds, playing on the dock and swimming. We did do some exploring in the area. . . the Outdoor Discovery Center, shopping in Holland and Saugatuck and visiting Windmill Island Gardens. The flowers everywhere were beautiful. Of course, being close to Crane's Restaurant and Pie Pantry, and their U-pick orchards was a real bonus. They have 30,000 trees! Anytime I had a question or concern the owner was quick to answer my messages and offer his help. I will definitely stay at Brower cottage again."
